The manager Jessica is great. I was looking at a competitor but after walking into the office and receiving such amazing customer service, my family decided to stay here. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we had many questions and wanted to get the best deal. Thank you again Jessica, life storage has a gem on their hands.

Jessica was helpful from the moment I signed up. From phone calls to make sure everything was set, up to the move in helping through the process and making sure I was taken care of. The main reason I chose to use Life Storage was for Jessica's help based on previous reviews and her assistance was more than I could've hoped for.

U-haul did not care about my reservations I made month ago,but when I got there they told me non available. I was looking for a storage place and found life storage. Jessica was so helpful. I was able to rent our space online and when I arrived everything was all set up for us to get into the space. There were carts at the door so It was easy to unload our stuff. I haven’t seeing a storage company with better security before.
