Of the highest quality institutions, this storage facility is great. The staff is very friendly and their system for buying online is quite convenient because you don't have to check in (they have cameras and a tamper-proof seal with the heavy-duty lock and welcome bag inside). There's convenient parking that leads straight into the elevator, and the storage area closes at 9PM (and to get even get there you need an 8 digit code entered at two places). The prices are very reasonable, too; I'm renting a 10' x 10' for cheaper than I rented one in the west suburbs. The online portal makes it really easier to manage any administrative activity related to your unit(s) (including getting one), too. As the stars show, 5/5 from me.

Life Storage is a five star for me and my company. The facility is centrally located, extremely clean, there is always parking available, plenty of carts on property, user friendly system to retrieve your invoices, the prices are competitive with the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and Chiquita is always available, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Chiquita is always greeting you with a friendly smile.

We were greeted by Jayquan in such a friendly way as soon as we walked in. We had a very specific need and Jayquan was able to brainstorm and find the right solution for us. He not only was able to address our concern but he genuinely connected with us and we really had a great time conversing with him while we were setting everything up. We chose Life Storage on Desplaines St. because of its manager, Chiquita. She is a fantastic representative of the company. We had visited other storage sites while making our decision. She is gracious, proud of the company, knowledgeable, promised to do things and then did them, and a true pleasure to do business with. Her location was not the most convenient for us, but she made the difference.

Facility and overall experience 5 stars, as the place is clean, very secure and well run. A major shout out to Chiquita who was absolutely amazing during my very short but contentious stay (between myself and a family member). Chiquita was always professional, very organized and communicated well through some of our tough situations. Chiquita is a rockstar at what she does!!

Chiquita is the most helpful and thoughtful manager. She picked out our unit for us and it is right when you get off the elevator! She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She is very present at the building and easy to contact. She is always willing to help. We chose the Desplaines Street location even though it is not the most convenient for us because of her!

This is my first time using a storage unit! I was very nervous but the staff make the experience great! I called Keith made me feel so reassured! Whenever we have a question about our account and space she gets back to us immediately. Very happy with the space and staff. Not to mention clean bathrooms and parking lot.
