I have been a loyal customer of this storage facility for over 6 years, renting 4 of those years. At one point they use to provide me with excellent service, even when I lost everything at one of their locations because of a bad storm that damaged my unit. But lately, I've received some unpleasant experiences at the #718 store location, starting with after-hours access time. I was never notified of the change until I tried getting into my unit one night around 8 pm when I use to be able to get in up until 10 pm before the change the time. When I called Customer service they were so rude telling me I need to check with the office for any changes they may make in the future and that there's was nothing they could do to let me in. Before I left the location I saw another person at a unit and asked how long were they there and how did they get in, they explained to me that they too had no idea of the time change and had to call and have someone open the gate for them, so I called back to tell them that I spoke with a someone there that was let in after hours and why wasn't I let in. A few minutes later they open the gate for me and hung up with saying bye or anything. Next, the new store manager told me that the cost of my insurance was going up and I had to use the company they chose for me, I was allowed to use my company of choice. Then the one thing that pushed me over the edge was I tried maying an online payment and their system kept kicking me out and advised me to change my login info. then I called the 800 number about 7 time to make a payment over the phone and the person on the other end would pick up but would'nt say anything then hangup. I called the local number and left a message explaining what happened and I didn't wont to pay any late fees. The next morning a young called me saying that they will not waive the late fee and I had 5 days to pay it. Then I asked to speak with a manager or can I please get the district manager number and man got on the phone and said they will not waive the fee and gave me Tommy Cox Regional number and all I kept getting was a voicemail. I then called back up to the store and told the young man the numer I was given was to a voicemail and I hadn't recieved a return call and its at the end of business. Now I decided to go ahaead and pay the late fee online, and once again the system told me my card was number was wrong so I call the store and paid over the phone with the same card I tried using online. I told the young lady that answered the phone that their website is still having problems with logins and taking card paynents. I explain to Kizzie Jone before I choose to lease with them that I get paid once a month on the 3rd and most likly the majority of my payments would be made on the 5th of each month and if I had any problems would they take care of them and she said yes. I can only imagine how worst it's going to get with this company going forward. I advised them that this will be my last month renting with them. Never again.

Called to make a payment for my space for the month but had questions since I was about to vacate my space in a few days. I spoke to a really nice representative that advised me I could pay for the days that I was occupying the space instead of paying for the entire month. When I called back and spoke to manager he told me I was given the wrong information and I would have to pay for the entire month and seemed very unconcerned that his employee had given me incorrect information. I then asked to speak to his manager and I guess the apple doesn't fall far from tree because he had the same un-empathizing demeanor and spoke to me in a vey condescending manner. Not sure if he thought I was calling to beg for money like a bum or something but needless to say I ended the call. I've currently been renting a space here for almost 3 years and normally if I need a storage I always use these guys. I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN! Tim Cox is a poor excuse for a regional manager and he needs to learn how to talk to his customers instead of talking at them!!!!!

This new manager at 3333 n Buckner is very rude and unprofessional. Her name is Victoria. I fear of writing this review because of retaliation. However, my experience was recent. I have been calling the office once it opened. I have still been calling......no answer. Whenever Ms Leatha, the last manager was in the office there was no issue of getting someone on the phone. I dont know what happened to her. Now we have some manager who doesn't answer. I feel for the other employees who work with her. I hope she doesn't do them like she does Life Storage Customers. I'm not happy with this manager. Life Storage took a step down when they hired this manager. Victoria if you just happen to see my review. Please change how you are running this office. Its not proffeprofes at all.

Well the girls who work there I guess r ok but the people there wow and I'm talking about the one who lives in 615 now if she lives in one y can't everyone else live in one to tell about her she sells her dope out of it and keeps 3 dogs in there all day now that ant right I know just if she can do it y can't everyone else do it to come on what is good for one needs to be good for all just go by there and see for yourself and you can by some dope if you want dont let her dogs get you remember 615 it's where the GMC pickup is always be at so if you want to get a place where the dopeheads are at then it's your spot but I want I mean come on now Life storage y'all need to do something about this it's not good for business

Great customer service and a very secure storage plus the customer service from Crystal & Jaime is awesome goes above and beyond the bad weather days they even called to notify that some storages were hard to get to but they were glad to help if needed I would not change them for anything they have great prices and they maintain it clean and are always willing to help I greatly recommend this location I have had up to 3 storages and have had no issues since Jaime came aboard and now with Crystal aboard it is great very pleased with them. Stop by and get a quote if your needing a storage and get the customer service that is greatly appreciated.

My experience with the this location was wonderful. I had my belongings in storage for 2 yrs. and I was helped out tremendously by the staff the entire time. They all were very kind, polite, and provided great customer service. The manger also went above and beyond for me during a delicate situation I experienced at one time and I am forever thankful. I would recommend Life Storage (this location specifically) to everyone who is looking for and really appreciates great customer service.

I rented a space in this location. Jaime Padilla and crystal the associate on site is awesome very responsive, very welcoming. The space was clean when I moved in and privacy is very much respected. I highly recommend Mr. Padilla and this location if you want to get a great storage experience with a great welcoming associate that is always willing to help out and answer every question in the most professional way. I will DEFINITELY go back to rent space there again soon.

I HATE False Advertisements! They Advertise that you get ONE FREE month of Rent if You're a NEW Renter (i DIDN'T get mine but i'm Still fighting to get MY 1 MONTH FREE Rent), there are NO bathroom facilities for us to use, the gates are STiLL OPEN past 8:00pm And they NEVER mentioned the EXTRA * bleeping * $15 for Insurance until AFTER you've Started your Lease with Those CROOKS (i DON'T want Or Need Insurance)! I Also HATE CROOKS like Life Storage!

I can not express just how much the Dallas (Buckner) location helped me out in so many ways. The manager, Jiame there was always helping, well informed and so kind! The entire staff is so nice and helpful. I have been with you for 10 years at that location and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to store my belongings while I was abroad. Crystal helped me today, I originally reserved a 5x5 closet sides unit and explained to her my items and situation she guided me through the process and upgraded me to a unit that would suit my needs and budget. She’s truly a amazing human, she was very through with the fine print and fees etc. 10:10 satisfied with this location! Safe !

Today I went in to rent a unit and being shy not knowing anything about nothing I met a Angel name Victoria with so much patience and understanding toke her time a hour to be exact ti show me unit after unit, read the lease and insurance to me, show me about the lock. Well all I can say is thus place is the best

The process was easy and fast Mrs.Crystal Lopez gave me the courtesy of seeing the storage before buying to make sure that it was enough Space for me. She got me in and out and I was provided everything that I needed with boxes and tape. I got a great quote the first day and I love this storage already.

I had the pleasure of going to this location today and the lady that assisted me was very kind and courteous. She was eager to address what I needed and was very thorough with explaining all options. I went to the office yesterday to get prices for a storage unit. Victoria helped me and she was very professional. Even though she was very busy she went out of her way to give me undivided attention. She was very customer oriented and I will definitely refer other people to this facility

My first day to store my stuff was easy, quiet and clean. Storage place was clean and my cylinder lock l purchased was available upon opening storage door. The place is amazing and worth the feeling to know my property is in safe and good hands there.

Crystal was very professional, and made me feel valued as a returning customer! She deserves a raise. There was another customer that was sort of giving her a hard time, but her professionalism was impeccable, and she was very kind to the customer!

Its difficult to get around in that place. Many of the locks are rusted and causes the locks to become difficult to fit. However, the storage units are spacious and the prices are lower compared to locations with the same square footage.

I have tried other facilities, one was even a former uncle bobs location, but nothing compares. Well done guys!!! UPDATE 7/28/2022: Careful if you plan on a long-term stay. Price hikes seem to run ramped as more time goes by.

Was rented a unit with faulty door we should have never been rented where I have hurt my back trying to open. I left a spare key as requested so door could be fixed door was not fixed and items came up missing out of my unit

Just a storage place. Difficult maneuvering in larger vehicles. Seem expensive for a small unit, but I've never priced them out. It's my parent's unit.
