She was so understanding, , and patient and very helpful in aiding me in my move from a much larger storage to one that was just as convenient during my stay with Life Storage. From speaking with you on the phone to assisting me with my password to the gate and verifying that I am the rightful person you were giving the passcode to..I really appreciate your security procedures and from the very personal way you remember my name whenever i call. The smile I hear in your voice makes my stay with Life Storage all the better and your way of letting me know that my items are secure. I just want to praise you and give you your props on how much I appreciate your professionalism, your respect and willingness to assist me no matter what I'm inquiring about. After meeting you in person (although I love the way your online app was so convenient in signing up to rent with Life Storage without having to come in) it was such a pleasure to meet the lady with the smile in her voice. They raised the price by $10 3x in one year. The number they replied with in NO WHERE on their website. They just want your money. DO NOT RENT HERE. They all have their downfalls, so you might as well rent somewhere cheaper. The new store manager seems very kind, but Life Storage itself is a waste of money. EDIT: See, the phone number left in the reply is NOWHERE to be found on the website. A EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to ask to speak to a supervisor, I get rerouted to the Dallas location manager. I called the number left in the reply, and I left an incident report with the customer service. Within 2 hours, the Dallas location manager called me. I don't want to talk to Martha anymore! She can't help me anymore than she already has. Why can't I speak to the area manager? What is the problem?? Isn't it strange that a company is only allowing me to speak to customer service reps that just redirect me to the local office? There are multiple Life Storage locations, so there has to be somebody else, above.

I've been renting space here for four months. In that time, I've had numerous problems with the facility. First, I've found broken glass in my unit, apparently thrown over the wall (which doesn't reach the ceiling of the unit) by another tenant. I reported this to management who did nothing about it. Secondly, the facility raised my rent by 25% just three months into my rental. Third, the area around the external elevators apparently had a dead rat or something rotting for some period of time. The elevator itself smelled revolting and I couldn't even get in it without holding my breath. This was later cleaned up but it was clear that the problem had been ignored for a long time. Finally, I've witnessed another tenant apparently living at the facility being evicted by police. In summary, this facility is filthy, unsafe, greedy and apathetic to its customers' concerns. I would not recommend it to anyone for any reason ever.

Life storage is a great place to store your belongings if you're in between places or just don't like throwing things away.. it's easy as 123 if you want to rent a storage with out all the hassle of leaving the house..I did everything online and they had everything ready for me without the hassle of all the paper work. Once i completed the online process and made it to the facility with my first load.. everything was clean and they also provide you with the most secure storages. My things or stored with cool climate control inside and i was given the option of utilizing the sturdy locks they provide or i could use my own..i really want to thank you for your speedy process and your procedures of making me feel my belongings will be secure as well as the security measures that were taken when i forgot my pass code for the gate entry..Quick. Efficient. Secure. THANK YOU Life Storage. The name.. How Befitting..

Luke did not hesitate to help us yesterday even though he was locking up for the evening. My sister and brother- inlaw had a truck load of furniture with no where to store it. We got lost and it was 5:58pm, we were desperate as we walked up to the door it opened and we were welcomed in. We actually went to the wrong life storage facility, and I'm glad we did. The other manager refused to stay late so we could make our reservation. After staying late and listening to our needs and our grievances Luke helped us find the right spot. He informed us that he is the new manager and to stop by anytime. Thank you!

OMG where do I start. This place is horrible the front desk employee is terrible rude and obviously hate her job. She made me pay then wait for her to come unlock my locks for about an hour. I walked back in the office and heard her calling people for un paid balances. So basically she was making me wait on purpose it went as far as me calling the police for her to come unlock my unit and she then had the nerves to evict me. Please please please don’t go here it’s too much prideful rude people in the front office. Ps I gave them a one because it doesn’t let you choose -1000.. #ridiculous customer service

Very helpful staff! I was disappointed that public storage was only open from 6am - 9pm. This place is open from 5am - 11pm. Those are excellent hours. The staff was extremely friendly & really excited about storage space which is great to see people like what they do. The facility is well maintained and smells great. The access is convenient & they have a lot of options with excellent prices. I'm thrilled to be using this space in Dallas.

My mom and I toured a few storage facilities in the area prior to visiting Life Storage. Initially, the storage special is what brought us in but the Store Manager, Martha Sanchez is what sold us on the unit. Moving is already a stressful experience so it’s a breath of fresh air when you experience service that makes you feel at ease. She was thorough and personable. We appreciate her time and assistance. I’d recommend the facility.

The people are nice and have answered right away, but the price they list and the price you pay are totally different. Listed $97 paid $197. All sorts of fees. Call ahead to see if they can furnish the free truck it's only at some locations for short periods of time. They have a dolly there you can use but it's been beaten and abused, the wheel was loose and it wandered all over while I was using it.

I received the best service from Martha. She was instrumental once I arrived at the location and realized the unit I reserved online was too small. She was able to find the correct size unit and in a better location. I was able to purchase additional boxes, tape, etc. to assist with my move. Martha is an asset and went above and beyond.

My family and I were getting into our car outside of this business, and I accidentally touched an employee’s truck with my door getting in. She then proceeded to come out screaming and cussing at us when there was absolutely no damage on her vehicle from me. We feel very disrespected and will never be returning to this business.

I like it easy access and set up. I’m not sure of the guys name who helped me. He was very nice and helpful made sure I got the best price for the amount of time I needed for the storage. He made the process so much easier I’m renting at the location Al limbscomb way in Dallas Tx not far from the fair park.

I came in last month for some boxes for a move, Drew was a massive help and made my day better. He even talked through the size of my apartment and the type/ amount of items I have and recommended amounts of boxes I would need. I appreciated the time he took to give quality customer service.

This is the best storage unit my husband and I have rented. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean, new and climate controlled on the inside. Don't have to worry about bugs and lizards going into our unit. Life Storage is the best choice by far!
