Do NOT rent here.Cubesmart is pretty good. (Ask about proof of insurance) I was told one price over the phone, then a higher price when I got in, then was charged an even higher price for the next month. I get one month free, there are four days left the this month, I pay 56 dollar instead of the 37 I was told for a 5x10 I'm charged the following month and I ask why, since I had a free month, and was told that the 56 dollars was for the 4 days. I wasn't charged for a lock, they did not tell me about insurance and apparently just charged me 10 for it.. but their monthly rate they tell me is 79 for a 5x10? Divided by 30 that's 3 dollars daily... 3 x 4 = 12. And 22 with insurance... 30 max after tax but I couldn't see someone justifying 56... I asked about this and got a different guy then in the beginning and this guy was SO RUDE. He sighed while I was talking and kept saying it wasn't difficult to understand!!! Rather than explaining how math!! And I kept my calm and did my best "sweet girl" voice the whole time so I wasn't remotely rude to HIM. Do NOT rent here. The good guy who has manners doesn't even work their anymore so there's no reason to go.

I buy storage units online and have done so for a few years now. This facility needs to re-train their staff on the process or just do something about the wait time. Walked in and the guy behind the counter was already helping out another couple (who also purchased a storage unit), seems like he has no idea what he was doing, I'm still waiting for him to finish up with the couple so he can get to us and it's been 20 minutes now. I understand it can be busy but this process is not lengthy at all, other facilities have me in and out of the office in 10 minutes max. This guy hasn't even taken these people's payment and it's been over 20 minutes! The lady is having to show him what he needs to put in the computer and what he needs to do, Life Storage please train your staff to do better.. Sure wish I was at a CubeSmart instead!

Stored here for almost a year. It seemed fine for the most part until we started looking around at other storage units and realized we were paying way too much for the space. Additionally, when our credit card was compromised we contacted management and and let them know what had happened and they refused to help us out with the late fees, which I could’ve understood, until I was told that they had helped too many other customers with late fees since the shutdown and couldn’t help me. It completely changed my perspective on how we were viewed as customers. Glad to be out and saving money by storing somewhere else.

Came here a couple of months ago with my uncle to get a storage unit at about an hour before they closed. The staff was very helpful and they answered all of our questions. They guy that help us was very friendly, he gave us a tour of a couple of units so we can see first hand what our options were. He was very patient with us and he was willing to help us with whatever we needed. My uncle ended up getting a unit that day and the whole process was fast and easy. I will definitely come here first if I ever need a unit of my own, the prices were the best in the area as well.

I wanted to take a moment to express what a wonderful experience that I had at your facility the other day. Your through knowledge and explanation of the various storage options is quite extensive. It is very refreshing in this day and time to find someone who is passionate about their job and the company they are representing. Too often people do not have an understanding or enthusiasm. You attention to detail and your "customer first" attitude is what it is all about. I want to thank you for your time and I had such a pleasant experience at your storage facility.

Nowadays, it is so difficult to meet people with positive energy at work. Recently, I found one person : the manager of life storage at this location . She is very agreeable to talk, friendly and at the same time very professional . I was late to go get my key . Although it was past 6 pm , she stayed and waited for me at the office. She gets out of her way to help you. It is always a pleasure to see her. She also loves her job . It is very important for a customer. Best manager I have met in 10 years!!!

Casey was super helpful, having to move and needed a storage place quick. I called and the entire process was all laid out for me to the point of what was what and everything I could possibly want to know about the new storage unit I'm renting. I've always had an hassle whenever using different storage places or even renting moving trucks from other companies. Not here though, my experience was by far my best yet! Thanks LifeStorage!

During transaction I handed the manager an extra $100 bill. He promptly returned it to me and said it was the right thing to do. I never would have noticed it. This young man was honest. That not only is a reflection on him, but also the company he works for. When a company like Life Storage creates an environment where their employees act in this way - that is a good company. I will seek this company out the next time I need storage space.

Casey Crawford Was Amazing! Got me in last minute with a great deal. Made sure I had the right size storage... Which I DIDNT! So I had to upgrade my storage size. Great customer service skills and I’m glad he showed me my unit or I would’ve been an upset customer! I’ll always use life storage because of him now! Great Job Boss! P.S. Do the rapid rental!!!

An A+ experience at Uncle Bob's Self Storage at 13820 Montfort Road. Manager Kelly Wood was extremely efficient. When we needed a larger unit, she found one that was in close proximity to the smaller one. Our unit was inside on the second floor. The facility was always very clean with good climate control. I highly recommend this self-storage facility.

I love this facility!! Casey and Dewaylon were great, and very thorough. The sign up process was quick and painless. Easy. The units are affordable. I found out the next day I didn't need a storage and cancelled. But this place is clean, air conditioned, and Casey and Dewaylon finish it off with their great vibes and obvious desires to do a good job:)

We were in need of a LARGE amount of storage space and didn't know how much. Kelly made sure we had just the right amount of space at an excellent price. The facilities were clean, bright and cool. I stored my furniture and other belongings in this facility for over 3 years. The staff was always very nice and helpful and attentive, and if I had any questions or requests they were very quick to respond. My items were safely stored and were in excellent condition when I closed down my storage unit. I would give them a good rating, thanks!

John was excellent with customer service during my quick move. He explained all of the fees he charged me in detail and I was able to store my 1 bedroom apartment - SAME DAY! The property is in a great location and easy to access. Also, it is clean and the climate controlled is just what I was looking for. Thank you for all of your help!

This location was phenomenal, I haven’t had the greatest experiences with storage facilities in the past. But Cadence and the Store Manager Regina went above and beyond to accommodate me situation! Regina was so polite, courteous l, respectful and beyond amazing! I will go out of my way to use this location in the future.

We have been renting a unit for many years, customer service is consistent they're always on point and they really care about their tenants. Store manager Cody Dillard was unprofessional and unwilling to work with me after being a customer here for over a year. We are in the middle of a pandemic and he could careless, he told me to pay the bill or they were selling my stuff... im moving by the end of the month do not waste your money go to public storage.

The price is right and the place seems secure. But the elevator stinks and the on-site bathroom lacked lightbulbs due to someone stealing them from the sockets. Don't walk in the office without an appointment or you chance being turned away. The management seems to accommodate as much as possible though.

Moving from the country to the city, and have way more stuff than I thought I did. I will probably need a place to store some of it, so I went to check out some places. Mini, the manager here, was a big help and made me feel comfortable about leaving my things to be watched over by someone else.

I'm so late on this review but on March 18th i needed a truck and it was available and my movers were late and Casey was a gem he assisted and told me what i had to do and it all worked out, i updated my insurance and saved $10 and got a new space. Thanks Casey always a pleasure work with you.

Great Staff! I always had my stuff ended up in aunctions at previous places; however, The Guys: Cody, Casey & Diwaylon always have communicated with me & always understood if I’m late, (even if a month late). I feel so blessed to have these relationships with my unit. I am very satisfied.

Good customer service, not anymore they supposed to be open at 9 30 ,yet there are inside of the office with the sigh ,,,open,, but they the office door locked and just watching the you are outside of the office but they do not open the door to let you in even is past 15 min after 9:30

This is the first storage unit I have ever had and was a little nervous. The staff here are great & have been more that helpful. I feel my items are safe; the facility is clean and secure. I want to give a “shout out” to Janice who has been very helpful with a special situation I had.

Brittni was very helpful. I came in with a need and lots of questions and she was very knowledgeable, answered them all and got me into an affordable unit that fit my needs. In less than an hour, my paperwork was done, I packed my belongings into the unit and I was on my way.

Great place. Manager was very organized and clear on steps to setup the rental. Could note have been easier. Note: Climate Controlled doesn't mean it's 'cold' inside. its cool...so I do feel my electronics are safe from heat - just not quite what I expected.

I rented a 10×10 unit at this location. I have no complaints, it's a storage. The units and the place overall is clean, and well maintained. Never had issues the entire 9 months I rented. Casey at the office was always cuteous, polite and well informed.
