Everyone is very friendly and I wouldn't want to go to any other dental place. The receptionist is extremely nice and accommodating and so is the dentist. I've had to cancel a few times because of ride issues and they didnt charge me for missed appointments and totally understand that things dont always happen the way you plan in life. The dentist is the nicest doctor I've ever met thus far. I'd really recommend anyone who needs a dentist to check this place out because I'm sure they will help you out in any way possible.

The best at all levels. Staff is amazing, first, the office staff connects with you, Lisa is a very warm person and always has a smile with a friendly disposition. The Hygienist is not only sweet and friendly but so thorough and detailed with his work, your teeth feel so clean and fresh when he's done, first time I've been so satisfied with a Hygienist. And the dentists there patiently provide you with all the information if you need to ask questions. Dental care is second to none.

I have been going to Lifesmile On Sherbrook for 5 years now, the staff is absolutely phenomenal, very kind, always ensures that you are in the know about what is going on, explains everything very clearly in language that you understand. They are very quick to get you an appointment and will accommodate your schedule, all of their staff that I have seen are absolutely amazing with children and always make my boy laugh. Highly recommended!!

The entire experience was so wonderful. The receptionist was super polite and helpful. The dentist and hygenist were both amazing. They talked me through my anxieties and did their best to make the process of pulling an infected tooth as pleasant as possible. The aftercare and follow-up was also exceptional. Not to mention they fit me in the same day I called! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

I always have amazing experiences at LifeSmiles. Lisa is always so happy and personable when I arrive and leave. Jouie is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. He is so gentle. Dr. Halchuk always answers all my questions. She loves what she does. Which you can tell. At times I have anxiety but I always feel less worried when I see her. She eases my concerns. My young children and myself have been patients at this clinic for many years now. We’ve had various issues over the years and the staff have been helpful. I highly recommend this office if you need a Dentists place to accommodate your whole family. It’s been great having back to back appointments for my kids to fit my multiple schedules.

The staff is always accommodating when it comes to changing appointment schedules. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes before being called for my appointment. They make you feel like you are cared for, and I like that. My whole family has been coming to this location for more than 15 years now.

The staff at the Sherbrook location are very positive, welcoming and make your experience as comfortable as possible. I have usually been able to get in for an appointment within a week of calling to book. I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves some recognition!

Amazing team, everyone I have encountered there have been great! The hygienist and dentist are so nice and calming when I start getting anxious, very good at explaining things and not “talking down/lecturing” when my flossing is sub-par ;) I highly recommend this office!

It was amazing it had been awhile since I went to dentist they were so understanding made me feel at ease for the most part since it's a dentist and they have scary tools lol but besides that they were great did great work will definately suggest them

Always a friendly greeting upon arrival! Office is very communicative and even conveniently texts with you! Dr. Shelley is awesome and does a lot of research and work in the TMJ field. You can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend.
