Very nice but would not recommend. Very slow. Like extremely slow. We hired movers to load our very small 8x8x8 Pod and it took them two hours to disassemble furniture and get it loaded. It took Limestone Moving that much time just to unload, and that was with us finally jumping in to help. I helped them load and unload the dolly which isn’t what I paid for. They did not come equipped with straps or box cutters. What moving company doesn't have a box cutter or straps?!? They really struggled to figure out how to unload things efficiently, often wanting to take one or two things at a time when they could take much much more. My mom was there as this was my first move and one of the movers called her bossy. If she hadn't stepped in, we would have been 3+ hours in. And they even asked her to help unload at one point. I really didn’t pay $320 for my 55 year old mom to help. Nice guys but would not recommend and won't ever use again.

Where do I even begin? The team at Limestone changed my thoughts towards moving and the whole process. I have never had professional movers but decided in my most recent state-crossing move to try it out and what can I say these guys were SENSATIONAL! The team is very responsive and made sure to check on me and clarify any questions before moving day. I am very particular about others handling my things, but all my furniture and boxes received extreme care. Matthew himself was my main point of contact. Him and his team eased my worries with their professionalism, charisma and timeliness. They were punctual and efficient- what would have cost me double or triple in time had I not gone with Limestone. If I’m being honest, this was originally going to be a 3-star review. Despite Joel and his crew working SUPER hard in the Austin heat - and around all sorts of nonsense with my downtown building, a couple of things were damaged (it happens). One piece in particular kinda hurt extra as it couldn’t be repaired and I was honestly grumpy. I saw a long uphill fight dealing with the claims process, but these guys took care of it with a couple of photos and a handshake. Is it a full white-glove experience with Limestone? No. But these guys have grit and will get the job done, and will do right by you.

I had a wonderful experience with Limestone Moving Company. They are all friendly and easy to talk to, and it looked like they were having fun while working too. I really appreciated that they were able to work quickly and treat my belongings and spaces with care. I even had a few last minute requests that they obliged without missing a beat. They were also great about following COVID protocols. If I have to move again anytime soon (sure hope that’s not the case), I’ll absolutely call them up.

Garrett and Justin were awesome!! They showed up on time, were super friendly, and moved everything really quick, even on one of the most humid and hot days. We were moving a bunch of stuff from the 3rd floor to the second floor on another building and they did it all great and fast. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were very professional and had great attitudes. Limestone also has the best rates in Austin, and the best service!! Thank you Justin and Garrett!!

Limestone moving is a savior when it come to moving needs! I tried to use Einstein moving and they completely messed up my move in date. I called Limestone and Anne Marie helped me schedule a move in date. She was super kind and made my experience go so much smoother than with Einstein. Matt and Luke came on time and were gentle with my stuff. I can’t thank them enough and I will for sure use Limestone whenever I need to move in Austin! THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Daniel and Justin are amazing! They moved all of our 3 bedroom apartment in 2.5 hours. The truck was so organized and in a way where all our belongings are safe. They're also the nicest people ever. They were kind, attentive, and made sure we were happy with everything. They really make the whole moving process enjoyable and really put me at ease. Such a great, professional experience. These guys are top of the line. Besides being affordable, their customer service is unbeatable. Anne Marie is a pleasure to work with and the movers did a great job packing our stuff (nothing broke despite a rough multi-state drive).
