I love this place esp since due to having the final stages of Fibromyalgia, I'll go there with my walking stick. Staff knows what I like and if not too busy, they'll get what I want and have often asked if I need a hand to take a bottle to the car. Only once when my pain was so excruciating that I accepted them to help me down one step to the carpark and place it on the front driver's seat. You couldn't ask for better service than that! Full 5 stars and More! Please check them out. I fully recommend them!

Fantastic service by the young man at the Modbury Heights Liquorland this morning, 16/11/2021. I put date and location in there because this man deserves praise for his outstanding customer service ethic. Wasn't sure where the item was, the sales assistant went straight into the walk in fridge, got the product out and processed the order, all within about 30 seconds. He even offered to pack the goods into a box for me.

Don't bother going to liquor Parafield gardens in afternoon when there is a lady on as you won't get cold drinks as she only puts new stock in fridge when its all gone and you get warm drinks so she doesn't keep rotation going for cold drinks never going back again

Well stocked store and the two guys in there were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a particular Rosé and they didn't have it but assisted me to buy one they thought I'd like.

3 workers in store serving one customer. Absolutely no customer service. Was not greeted. Was not told how much my purchase would be . Did not have a word spoken to me
