Security guard was extremely rude. Scratched at my partners ID and tried to find any excuse he could not to serve us despite us being 23 and 24, sober and holding legal ID Incredibly rude and insulting. Never had an issue until now. Definitely consider looking into the security that's been hired at that store if you want customers to keep coming back.

Made to wait in express lane while walk in's and browse lane gets served first even though I was there first,normally spend $300 a week there as is my local but after it happening again today I will be going to another pub from now on,have been going to the Waterloo for 30yrs , never again

I've never been treated as rudely spending money in my life! Asked for a smaller box and because the staff member was unhappy with this request they actually threw the box at me. The Manager and the staff member then laughed at me. Staff all either need serious re training or to be fired!

I've never been to a Liquor land drive through and was pleasantly surprised. Ok, it's just a drive through but compared to others I've seen it was clean, well stocked and staff were very good; quick and polite. I recommend this site to all.

Seems to be shut on a Tuesday evening.Happened twice in past two weeks where they were shut on a Tuesday .Also they seem to have an online price and a store price difference .Champagne that was $50.00 online .was then $60.00 in store.
