Cashier forgot to ask if I needed a receipt. I noticed I didn’t have a receipt when I was 10 minutes away. So I then call and ask if there is anyway I can get a receipt. He then says they can’t print me a receipt after my transaction if there was a client after me. He then yells and says ,”it’s not my fault you forgot to ask for a receipt”. I then say ,”it’s your job as a cashier to ask the client if they need a receipt”. I then ask for a manger and says he is the manger. He then proceeds to say he’s not going to talk to me. Also tells me that I’m not going to tell him how to do his job after the the client trying to come up with ideas to get a receipt. I then ask to speak to someone who is in higher authority. He hangs up on me!! I call again and who I believe is the owner answered the phone and was kind and didnt raise his voice found a way togive me a receipt. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Never should a business hang up on a client nor raise their voice or get a attitude with the client.

Never rated a liquor store before. Here goes, I used to love coming to this place. The prices are great, selection of cold beers and liquors are superb, police presence in parking lot during night hours is cool. However very recently the usual friendly staff of cashiers is no longer there. In there place are some new cashiers that quite frankly don't take their job seriously. Their lack of professionalism is frustrating when there is a full Store of customers and the cashier(s) are carrying on conversations for an extended period of time, talking on their phones, texting, or on Facebook. This place was a 5 star all day before the regulars left. Hopefully the service improves.

Very friendly. Customer service was great. They didn't however have a case of Yuengling beer that I was looking for. I found it At Meijer for $21.99. Please stock this beer in a 12 oz bottle/case. Thanks

Extremely sad to see tip cups out once again. Who should be expected to tip coming the liqour store. It stopped for awhile and now back begging, will shop somewhere else from now on.

I love this place for it's location and prices! I mostly buy the Madria Sangria and Three Floyds Gumball Head. Staff needs to be more friendly.
