I get it, Little Caesars is basically the pizza industries version of Dollar Tree so I am not expecting a 5 star product but the last couple of times I have been to the Old St. Augustine Rd location, I have had the worst pizza ever. The 79 cent econo store brand pizza at Winn Dixie is higher quality than what I've received. The last time I purchased the Extra Most Bestest it was "cooked" very weird. I don't know if there is something wrong with their oven or they are just using really really poor quality dough. The crust was OK but the rest of the dough was so thin and soggy. I went there yesterday around 11:30 AM and again ordered the Extra Most Bestest. They did not have any ready so I waited a good 10 to 15 mins for them to cook one. Since it was cooked "fresh" I did not bother to look at it before leaving. Big mistake!!! When I got home one side of the pizza barely had any cheese or pepperoni on it while the other side had this huge mountain of half cooked cheese and pepperoni. I did not at any point tip the box, drop it, etc. It was level the whole time. Plus it's been cooked. The cheese and toppings should not shift. The dough was again very soggy and appeared half cooked as well. The cheese was almost raw on the mountain side and I have never seen so much grease in all my life from a pizza. I threw it right in the trash. What a waste of $6 and 15 mins. I'm sure the staff is barely making min wage and they really don't care but how can you take that nasty mess out of the oven, cut it, toss it in a box and serve it to me? Would you eat that? If not, why serve it? If you saw the state it was in, why not inform me it didn't cook right and do I want another or something else? I would have settled for a $5 one or the lunch combo. That was my last time ever setting foot in that particular store. If I'm desperate for Little Caesars, I'll try the one on Baymeadows and see if they are any better. If not, I'll pay a dollar or two more and order from Papa Johns.

I’m here at the location now & the store is OPEN per the website & from the look of the building but there were folks inside & outside saying they close early tonight. I’ve drove all the way from about 30 mins in b/c my kids wanted pizza from Little Ceasars not Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns etc they wanted Little Ceasars & the other LC’s close to where we were at all closed at 10p so unfortunately tonight won’t be a night they get that pizza. I guess it’s Pizza Hut tonight but I don’t think it fair persay a customer having to come all the way here (although I could of called) just to find out the store is closed earlier than stated. I can understand the store closing earlier for the holidays or being closed & it’s not update on the google but its a normal day. It would be nice if this schedule per google is updated. Tuesday 10AM–11PM Wednesday 10AM–11PM Thursday (Thanksgiving in the United States) 10AM–11PM Hours might differ Friday (Black Friday) 10AM–11PM Hours might differ Saturday 10AM–11PM Sunday 10AM–11PM Monday 10AM–11PM I will reach out to corporate if this issue isn’t resolved. Again, it’s not fair to a customer to travel from 2 mins up the road or 30 mins out just to find out the store is close.

Tried to get a hot n ready on Wells, none ready, told 5 min....waited much longer. Had to leave without the pizza because i had an appointment to get to. Was not able to tell staff i was leaving because i had no time to wait my turn to talk. I had prepaid. Once i was back on my side of town i told Kenaya who is the supposed manager. She informed me it was a franchise, and if she gave me a pizza their store would lose $5. She told me to go back to Wells but they are many miles away and would be closed by the time i got there. She and a male employee let me know they were willing to lose my business....i live right next to the store and have been going there for years. No humanity at all. The pizza wasnt even for me, it was for my husband who just got out of the hospital. What should i expect though? Those two employees have a very low IQ. Mix that with lazy and there you go. I think Kenaya was having a power trip, her life sucks so she enjoyed being able to have control for a moment. I hope these two idiots have not reproduced.

Little Caesar's Pizza pizza is terrible now, so last night I came and got the two pepperoni pizzas like always then the employees didn't even seem to care at all. One night we had to wait forever and never got the pizzas as promised so instead we got subs at Publix they never got our pizza so it was a total BUMMER! I honestly don't like their pizza anymore it tastes terrible, and the waiting times along with the taste and lazy employees that work here, aren't worth the time & effort of going through. I don't recommend this place EVER again and you're better off going to other pizza joints like Pizza Hut which is right next door to them, or better yet, buying pizza from the grocery store instead. But even that can be just as bad! And $12.88 just for two pizzas?! Ouch... How very dissatisfying

We have been ordering from this specific Old St. Augustine location for years. We typically order and pay ahead and then pick up the pizza. In the past, we haven't had a problem. However, the last 3 times we have ordered, the pizza is no ready upon arrival. Not only is it not ready, but the way is 30+ minutes and people walking in are getting served much quicker. We are very disappointed. Management doesn't understand or care about our frustration. And this keeps happening so they aren't fixing the issue (the 1st time they said their online system was down, what's the excuse months later?). Our kids really like this pizza, but Pizza hut is not much further away so we may have to spend our money there instead.

Been getting pizza here since it opened 20 years ago. This is the worst it’s ever been. The order is always wrong, and then they act like you’re the problem! One of the pizzas was wrong today. This woman rolled her eyes, huffed, and then spent the first 5 minutes looking for the receipt on her computer. Then when she realized she was wrong, she groaned and told me I have to wait 15 minutes. She walked off leaving my food on the counter. I waited a few minutes for her to come back, and asked her to keep it in the warmer. You would have thought I asked her to spin it on her head! I wait 20 more minutes for the food. I asked for my sauce that comes with the bread. She says “It’s in the box”. It wasn’t. I asked for two sauces, and she slammed them on my pizza box. Done! Last time you guys get my business.

Got carryout from here and the wait time was a bit more than advertised... that being said the pizza was above average quality for carryout type of joints. All the toppings were quite generous and everything was cooked very well. **** I had to come back here after nearly a dozen more visits and upgrade to five stars.. for a chain pizza restaurant like this that I would normally compare to say Domino's and the like the pizza quality here has been top notch literally every time.. the toppings go almost from edge to edge and the pizzas look fantastic every time. I really didn't expect this kind of quality as I said from a chain restaurant but they really do never cease to amaze me.. when I go to the stores the personnel are very supportive and friendly and frankly the young people I run into communicate well and are always eager to help. Good stuff all!

Talking about a best little Caesars I've ever been to, super friendly atmosphere, got what I ordered with no problem, the blk young gentleman up front very professional and courteous,I really hope you get a management position as you deserve all the best,whole stuff very nice and friendly, no wonder that they're busy with a 5 star service like that. I've never had a "bad experience" here until this last visit. With the exception of always being out of garlic butter sauce, it's always been ok. However, tonight I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready around 7:30. Arrived at 7:35 and was told it would be 5-10 mins. No big deal, these things happen. I understand. 30 mins and ten customers later, the cashier hands me 3 pizzas. Not what we ordered. I gave her the name and the order number again and she handed me what seemed to be the correct order. It was not. I should have checked, but I was ready to leave after waiting as long as I did. Got home and realized that the pizza itself was incorrect. Attempted to call, no answer. Dinner rushes happen, but you should probably make sure you take care of the patient guy who waited 30 mins for an ONLINE order.

The particular little Caesar's i visited on this day was located on Losco Rd in Mandarin in jax, fl. I was left on hold so long while trying to place and order for my daughter and her friends pool party that i had time to get in my car and drive up there, still on hold. When i got there I told the guy that came up front what happened and he called to a girl who came up front and then they started arguing about who left me on hold and who's fault it was right in front of me. The i finally was placing my order and they were out of what i wanted. The guy up front did discount my order for my wait. However, i would have went somewhere that did have what i wanted if someone wouldn't have left me on hold.

This location is by far the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. They serve pseudo supreme pizzas here. When I ordered a pizza I expected it to actually have the toppings. When I pay for supreme I don't expect some guy in the back who thinks he's Salt Bae sprinkling ingredients on top of a pizza. I actually expect toppings to be on my pizza. Now let's talk about the poor service. Every time I go in there the guy behind the counter acts like he's been smoking a blunt all day. The service is very slow and poor at best. And this is to the owner. Stop taking down my reviews, everyone deserves to see how poor service your location provides.

I would like to express my appreciation to Assistant Manager AJ and employee Eddie at store #7454. Door dash failed to pick up and deliver a large order going to my child's school. There was a lot of confusion, but both AJ and Eddie were extremely nice, patient, and helpful with the whole debacle. I ended up having to pick up the order myself and they were so helpful making sure it was ready and even refunded my order for all of the issues with Door dash. The customer service given was excellent and they both should be recognized by the store manager and district. Thank you!

Pizza was not bad but this was the first and likely the last visit. Ordered online at 5:01- was supposed to be ready by 5:29pm. Arrived at 5:25 and they hadn't seen my order-then found it and I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for them to make it with no apology. Large thin crust which cooks in their oven in 5 minutes. Thought we would try them out. Bad decision. Someone else got it right. Run by kids and management doesn't appear to care although they do have camera's everywhere. Real hands on.

I ordered online and by the time I parked my car in the parking lot the tracking order stated packing your Order up. Went in to order a pizza but didn’t want the one hot now they had. The menu screens were down so I asked what toppings they had. Was told “the usual” toppings when I asked what they were the girl went to the kitchen and snatched a toppings list off the wall. When I ordered she got very snippy and when I asked for a receipt was told they were completely out of receipt tape. When I asked why she had not mentioned that before ordering she rolled her eyes and went to the next three people having the same conversation.

This is the 2nd time we have placed an online order two weeks in advance for a school, 25 pizzas ordered, received a confirmation email with a pick up time of 10:30-10:35. Showed up to pick them up, not even one pizza was ready. We waited over 30 minutes to get our pizza and had 100 students waiting for food. This location should not be accepting orders that they can not full fill. We will not be using it again. Very disappointing. Today there were two other schools there to pick up their orders-- also not ready.

Arrived at my pick up time and it was chaos. Having said that there were only two people working. I heard another customer say this place is always packed and never efficient. I don’t get pizza here often, but I will give those two people a lot of credit. Pizzas were very good and they were doing all they could to keep up. I would definitely order from here again - just give them more of a heads up on my order. Hopefully they can find some help!

Walked in and saw a bunch of people, waited a few minutes and asked the lady if everybody had their orders taken already , she says "yes were only doing online orders the sign is on door " really rude and just walks off. Understaffing and no hours should never ever get taken out on a customer. She didnt have to be rude cause OBVIOUSLY I didnt see the sign. I would suggest putting sign on register and neat so people can read and see the sign. I wont spend my money after being talked to like that.

Run by children, used to be a good place to stop by and get some pizza, now they never have anything ready and give attitude when I ask when the next pizza will be ready. Don’t get mad at me because you have to work. Definitely recommend hiring a few real adults to help get this place running decently. Employees lately have been rude, and arguing with each other in front of customers about things that don’t have anything to do with the job.

Extremely rude manager, they got my order wrong after waiting for 20 minutes asked them to remake it and she was giving me an attitude im trying to talk to her and she is on the phone and she even described me and said something to who ever she was talking to in the phone, the pizza i gave back which i even touched infront of her to show her it had something on it and she put it back on the shelve and sold it infront of me. They had no ham, no paper to print a receipt.

The guy inside told me the manager purposely takes the phone off the hook. So know one can call in and make an order. It's true I call in for weeks and weeks no answer. Got a pepperoni pizza and 3 meat pizza plus wings an cheese Stix. It was cooked while I waited. Maybe 15 minutes worse case and dayummm it was hot and excellent. We all loved it but maybe we could have cooked the wings more a couple minutes in the air fryer they were just right. Very affordable compared to the big 3 delivery pizza. Very friendly person who I think was the manager but she had the hustle with customers every few minutes wanting a pizza .

I pod for a pepperoni pizza. I waited 20 minutes before I finally left. There was only one other person in front of me. This is by the worse service I’ve ever seen. Did a walk in order for two large pies and was told to come back in 20-25 minutes, which seemed a bit extreme, but ok. Came back and pies weren't ready. Had to show receipt to get the order which apparently wasn't made correctly or at all. Waited another 15 minutes. Lack of consistency, lack of customer service. No one knew what they were supposed to do. Unorganized chaos inside. Just ridiculous and the place looks dirty. Never again. Do better!

We've been coming here since it opened. There have only been a couple of times when I've complained, but always to management. I just picked up two pizzas. Both have 2 full inches of crust before the cheese begins. One of the two pepperoni pizzas had most of the pepperoni on one half of the pizza with two slices only having one piece of pepperoni. So disappointed. I'm not looking for perfection for this price, but if like to see SOME effort!!

Called in they refused to answer, give up and go inside they proceed to take my order and mess that up and I didn't notice until I was home. As I sat and waited they had multiple other customers call and eventually they came up and complained about no one answering the phones. They said they were understaffed yet another employee asked as they were leaving if they needed help the manager said no.... c'mon ain't that hard to answer a phone...

I TRIED for a week to request a refund for a recent order. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO ME AT ALL!!!!! Both pizzas were just entirely too greasy, but the Slices-N-Stix was so under baked and mushy it was impossible to eat at all. I actually tried to bake it more myself, however, as it was already sitting it a greasy box and so underdone it just didn't help at all. The entire order was disappointing and we simply couldn't eat it.

This is what you call a supreme pizza? What did I really get for $10? This is ridiculous. The service is always poor and this pizza is pathetic at best. I'm never coming back to this location. I seriously doubt the owner of this location really cares.

This location was our place to go for a quick grab and go pizza. We ordered 2 pepperoni and they were anything but good! . The only thing I could smell when my husband brought it home was the yeast. The pizza dough was full of holes and hard as cardboard. The dough tasted old and smelled horrible. I wish I could show you a picture of it. Needless to say it went into the garbage! Mr. Ilitch is rolling in his grave right now !

So I called the store to order a large pepperoni pizza . And the guy who picked up my call was rude . He did not even let me ask how long for the pizza till it's ready. This is the best Little Caesars I've ever been to period. Always plenty of cheese and crust is always perfect! I can't express enough how good they make the pizza's at this location. If every little ceasers was ran like this one they would be #1 pizza franchise.. This is coming from a former pizza restaurant general manager of a competiter. They would have closed us down if this location was next door..

I went to Little Caesars a couple days ago I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes granted it was a busy weekend but it seems more than not my orders come out wrong lately. They are very nice and polite people even gave me a free pizza for the wait but the last six months it seems to "me" that they have gone down hill a bit. I would still definitely recommend them just make sure you're order is right.

It's hard for myself and for my husband to find "meat-free" eating options after we get off of work. We can't eat at drive-thru places as they make me ill. We get a hot and ready cheese pizza for only five dollars plus tax. It is the most affordable fast food eating option out there. If you are on a budget this is the place for you. I don't have to compromise on my eating morals and I also save money.

Every time I try to call them they send me to the fax machine. Either because of my area code or because they don't want to pick up the phone. When I asked about it, they said "oh, we didn't know you were trying to place an order" this is a common occurrence every time I try to call them. This is the 3rd time it's happened within 2 months. They obviously don't want my business so I'll go elsewhere.

Owner of this place sits on gold mine...but doesnt even comes close to its full potential...disorganised stuff ..if they get even close to be busy they are lost....extremely long wait on prime bussines hours...on other hand on slow times they are all outside vaping and chating...still best value for your $$$ but they are missing lots of bussines for lack of manegment skills and being short on labor

They don't even do extra most best pepperoni right...it's a normal pep that they put more cheese on top and send it through again,so u cant see the fact they skimp you on pepperoni untill u start eating where there is blatantly less pep and recently I got sick as all hell eatting here ,but I thought it was just a one off ,nope orderd again and got sick again .I prabably won't eat here again .

Call today place a order over the phone, when I go to pick up my food, they ask again what I order, this happens when they don’t get your name the first time you order. Then the man I talk to puts my food on the counter and starts talking to someone else, without telling me this is your food. When I get home he gave me the wrong order of wings..Never again .. I will go someplace else.

Rediculous...12ppl standing inside, 2ppl got their food and returned within minutes because it was wrong. I just left and went next door to Wendy's. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago, it took about 25 minutes to get 3 pizzas. 2 ppl came in during that time with their order wrong also. I believe they have a pretty new staff, but it's not rocket science to make pizza.

I waited too long to post this rating. I always get a good pizza here. Great service this particular store should be the model for all little ceasers. No other one compares to it cooperate should use this store to train all others on the art of making pizzas. I can't say enough check my reviews I never give 5 stars but I had to this time hats off and keep up the good work

They aren't bad. Sometimes if you or order online some of the food isn't ready when you get there. On a few occasions, my pizza was burnt. Seems like they need to hire more people and not people that like to lingure outside and smoke pot. Maybe that's why my food has been burnt few times. But this place was amazing and ill still eat there when I'm broke.

We ordered 20 pizzas for a business function...We were promised to have them at 10 am but the store did not open until 10:30 am The manager was there and realized the mistake, she stepped up to the plate and made the pizza's within 10 minutes. The manager was very professional (I didn't get her name). We will be using them all of the time! Great job.

Food is ok for what it is.....the problem comes from production. Most of the time when I go in looking for Hot N Ready it's actually Missing N Action. This time there were no pizzas or other items at all hot or ready. This happens too frequently to be an unfortunate event.

The few times I've gotten food from the location, there is always a long wait. The staff seem like they don't care about the consumer. This is the only little ceasers I've been to that's been in such bad shape. I understand the food is cheap for a pizza place buy I don't think that should be the same for the customer service of it as well.

Went next door to gyro 365, and it was delicious. I couldn't help but notice on the bottom part of the glass on outside of Little Caesars has promo decals. One is missing and there is some serious mold on the backside of the wall there. It's plainly visible through the window. I would be cautious before getting from this location.

Walked in no hot and ready's ready on a Sunday Then I asked how long it would take to cook one in the pizza boy started crying about how he had a butcher online orders and he would take 25 minutes I didn't ask for all that I just wanted to know how long it would take it's that attitude is why that pizza boy works at Little Caesars

This is our quick and easy, go-to place to pick up lunch for the family on weekends when we either didn't have a previous plan or are too short on time to prepare anything. Despite being super busy, they do a great job here, and every time I've pre-ordered either by phone or using the app they have had my pizzas ready.

Worst customer service ever. No plates no cups no napkins. I guess you get what you pay for. If you wanna visit an empty place where the only thing you will receive is a trash customer service you more than welcome to stop by. Also if you want a not hot nor ready pizza come thru. U will have to wait 20 minutes

Came in last min close to closing time by mistake and Mr Dylan was awesome with no disrespect, You would normally get rude negative behavior anywhere else and he notched evertything in in positive way. Waited quite a while for 2 pizzas during my visit, my order was given to the wrong customer. After realizing this the store manager refunded my money and still made me 2 replacement pizzas. The day I visited they had a massive order of 50 pizzas just prior which set the scene for the rest of the day.

Awesome and friendly staff, my order got mixed up and the staff got everything taken care of in a nice manner. Our pizzas were freshly made and tasted great!

The person at the counter was nice and apologized often. I had to wait for 45 minutes for 4 pizzas. The place was busy that evening. The 2 cheese pizza's were undercooked. I did contact store. Absolutely the best, least expensive hot fresh pizza around! Their "Hot & Ready" feature is unique and awesome, though I could wish for 1 or 2 more choices. Close & convenient, I love this place! Cheaper than a lot of frozen pizzas in the grocery store, it's also worlds better! Truly hot & fresh!

The Team was working hard on New Years Eve 2022 and kept food moving through the flow of customers. Good job, ya'll.

No customer service at all. No greeting when you enter. A lot of times the portal is not working and you wait for notification that the pizza is ready and you never get it and you have to go in and stay in line for 20min to get your order. Undercooked cheese stuffed crazy bread all the time.

Online order wasn't there for pickup. Took 25 minutes to get one pizza and an order of chicken wings. One poor girl dealing with 8 angry customers. Not enough staff. That is a management problem on a Sunday night.

The employees here were beyond awesome even under really stressful situations created by those in charge of the scheduling. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy even when customers were being demanding and inconsiderate. I hope those employees get the recognition they deserve.

Top notch service and pizza. Adrian keeps this place in business, running the front and back both with a smile on his face. Little Ceasars needs to give this man a promotion asap! Highly recommend!

Never have had a problem. The Pizza was always good especially with double cheese. In a rush " Hot and Ready " is always hot and ready. Never have had to spend more then ten minutes taking home a large pepperoni pizza for six bucks. Excellant pizza. So can't go wrong …

Ordered a pizza and waited for the pizza to be ready. Got the pizza home it’s barely cut and the cheese is literally off the pizza. I called to let them know and they said “it’s so fresh the cheese didn’t have time to set” and then hung up on me.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's a busy location. Could use a good cleaning to include the windows inside and out. Normal fast service but they didn't have any pizzas ready to take. Was told about a 10-15 minute wait but got it in 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and almost everyone wore a face mask.

Little Caesars really need to get bigger wings. Once they do that I'll upgrade them to 4 stars

The woman working at the register was awesome and doing everything she could! This woman needs a raise! The downside...we waited 45 minutes past the time the app said our order would be ready to find out we were not getting any food this evening. My family starved.

I personally think the pizza is great. Whether it is the hot and ready or one you get made fresh. The crazy bread is my favorite bread sticks from any of the pizza places. The service is usually good with friendly employees. Stop in, I think you will like it

The pizzas were ready upon our arrival and delicious ! Great quality for the price !!! Elizabeth has helped us the past few visits and she has been so helpful and personable !

Wait times are usually a little longer than expected, but food is yummy. we have had several interactions with Elizabeth and she is a rock star! She is continually pleasant and patient with customers. I don’t know how she manages to smile and be kind.

I pulled up at 9:29pm and the door was locked with two customers inside. The door says the location closes at 10:00pm. A girl walked out from the back, gave me a dirty look and walked off. I will never come back to this location ever again.

Usually it’s a good experience but the last few times I’ve ordered through the app, it’s taken 45 mins to an hour after placing the order to receive the order.

50 minutes for a two pizza order. Order comes out with one pizza and not the one I ordered. Then pizza is given to a door dash driver. Solid establishment.

This is ny Favorite Little Ceasars, The Management and Employees there give great service and are very kind even when volume is high. I've always gotten Great Food and Great service. Thanks. The Managers there are Always Helpful.

Awful customer service. Put a in "custom" order online received the complete wrong order and they refused to fix their mistake. I actually work hard for the money I make so it hurts when it gets wasted on a meal i can't eat.

They said it would be ready in 10 minutes and I waited 25 minutes and the pizza still came horrible totally different from they promised. Never order Pepperoni Cheeser Cheeser pizza is more expensive and is fake in reality.

Horrible experience. Slow slow slow. Had people waiting for 30 mins for hot and ready pizza what a joke. Manager walked out for a smoke break and staff was all in back on break together. Would be lest stars if I could.

Staff was at the phone, with a personal call, never asked for my orden or a greeting, take forever to make my order, 3 lunches special, from 13:00 pm to 13:40pm

Get here after a long work day no one in line I nfront of me can't even get a Hot an Ready pepperoni... welcome to Little Ceasers where its hot and sir you need to wait 20-30 minutes to get a pizza ready for you

Service is haphazard. The employees have a unneat and disorganized appearance, the menu screens with item pricing are off. The ultimate supreme pizza is almost$12!! VS a more normal $8 at other locations (WOW).

Update on old review not happy then and not happy now. Shouldn't be playing songs about getting d*** sucked when you walk in when I walk in with my kids !!

This place is not good. Of the 10 visits 2 were good. I've order online and had to wait 20+ mins. I've ordered in the business and usually have a wait 20+ mins every time. Never seems like their portal works.

I asked for a fresh classic and the guy told me I’ll have to wait 8 minutes and then came back later and they gave me a pizza and when I went home I opened it was an old pizza... Like I waited for no reason.

Normally they have been pretty good but the last few times I have ordered regular family orders and group orders the pizzas have been raw or not completely cooked. I think they are trying to cook to fast

Very dirty, disorganized, and poorly maintained. Employees just walking to WinnDixie during their shifts and having a 20 minute wait on food because they are incompetent. A never return for me!!

I ordered online and when I get there the pizza portal was broken. Thankfully, the guy behind the counter had it in the warning oven behind him waiting for me! These guys/girls are always great!

Manager was not polite to me or her employee. She raised her voice to him in front of me when she didn't need to. The employee was nice and was trying help me out, but he got yelled at instead.

Waited 25 minutes after the portal pick up time. Customer service is non-existent here. Either get better management and more employees or close the store. Employees ate very unprofessional.

Always have the deep deep dish supreme. This time they did a great job with the toppings. Sometimes it can be hit or miss depending on who is making the pizza's. But always a great value!

Had to wait an hour after the time it said it would be ready. On top of that one of our pizzas were wrong.

My son loves the pizza from this place. It is always hot and ready ( i think I only waited once out of almost a hundred times i've been here and the service is always friendly.

Refused refund even though food was wrong for fifth time in a row. Hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone again.
