It's pizza! Best when hot. Decent when cold. Avoid ordering when they are crowded, the quality suffers dramatically. The store has a fairly high turnover of staff, which is not a good sign of proper management or ownership... one or both are likely a problem. This store has had poor upkeep with it's customer waiting area since it opened. A lot of people wouldn't notice, but I've managed fast food, retail, and several different pizza places, and am critical of things. The bathroom is in poor shape, toilet frequently runs, the bathroom door drags across the floor, the sink has been disgusting on multiple occasions. The tile at the front entrance has been cracked or missing for as long as I can recall. I DO HIGHLY suggest coming in, when the store is not yet busy... say an hour after lunch until maybe 4:00 or 4:30 pm before it gets busy for dinner rush. This is going to be a good time to get a well made, fresh pizza, with attention given to it. I like to order my pizza a certain way. I tell them to be sure to make it right or they will make it twice. I don't usually have a problem, because they remember I'm demanding. But, I also tip them well if it's made VERY well. If it's just made good, I still tip 20% to 25%. I suggest tipping your pizza and takeout staffs well, as well as your delivery drivers. They have a very good memory of who takes care of them. Treat them well and they will usually take the time to make sure your orders are right and have your extra napkins or what have you.
I have been going to this Little Caesars for 4-5 years and have always had great pizzas without any complaints. I don't know what's been going on the last few months, but the last 5 times in a row going there, I have had issues anywhere from with getting the wrong order, undercooked pizza, bread sticks that are still raw dough and mushy and we're hardly cooked, and overall just bad pizza. Everything has just been inconsistent. When I order a pick up pizza portal, I do not want a hot and ready that's been sitting there until someone takes it. I have always gotten brand new cooked pizzas that were great, but lately they just put a hot and ready they haven't sold in there. The pizza I just bought tonight is basically just dough and cheese. No sauce hardly on the pie anywhere. And I know it was not a brand new pizza. I ordered it across the parking lot because I had to go to another establishment. By the time I got there and went inside it was less than 5 minutes and my order was already done. On the app it said it would be done in 15-20 minutes. That's how I know it was not a newly cooked pizza. See image. I have been going to Little Caesars for practically my entire life and never have I ever had this bad of experiences in a row. I will usually vote Little Caesars over most fast food pizza places like dominos or pizza hut. Not lately.
USED to be the best little Caesars Pizza around, now it’s run by complete idiots. Most of who don’t mind yelling profanities loud and clear even when kids are present in lobby or complain about quitting they just “hate it sooo much”. Didn’t feel it was necessary to review until tonight when half of my deep dish pizza was under cooked. Just raw dough with melted cheese and pepperoni thrown on top. But we were starved and ate a few bites before noticing the texture and taste were way off. Now we’re sick to our stomachs... Which is insane considering I sat there while they cooked it for over 15 minutes because these kids have no concept of making hot and ready pizzas, they rarely have anything made ahead of time. Sadly I’ve tried calling for the last 15 minutes straight with no answer. This is ludicrous. I’ve already spoken to owner once before when I went upto order a pizza last year and they closed two and a half hours early because “they could”. This is the final straw you’ve lost my business.
This particular Little Caesars came highly recommended to me by some friends on the internet. As a New Yorker, I’m somewhat of an expert when it comes to pizza, let’s be honest being able to talk down non-New Yorkers about pizza is a cornerstone of my personality. I was a little hesitant to try this place as someone who tends to stray away from chain pizza restaurants and goes more for the local gourmet, farm to table, cagefree, organic, non-gmo, sustainably sourced pizza from merchants with progressive ideals to match my own. That being said this was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I was shocked. I was told this place has some kind of filter that makes the water close to the pH of New York water. And after eating this pie I believe them, the secret to NY pizza is the water. That’s why our pizza is the best. I was blown away at how amazing this place was, the krazy bread is also amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
If I could give zero stars I would. My childhood love for this place has been officially crushed to stop trying to get that pizza love in adulthood. Our pizza is deformed, undercooked, feels laced because mouth felt weird after an attempted bite—spit out, no swallow! Also, wrong dessert, no crazy bread and no sauces (3x—say no to dry) after specifically reaching out to delivery to please please please Mr. Postman!! Double check that they packed it; our deliverer had refutal behavior on their end from the staff that they don’t see what he has on the receipt and denied him the rest of our order. I have facial expressions, no words for the rest of how I feel about this slight against pizza Gods. Boo on y’all, I feel dumb for not going bougie pizza now.

worse customer service I have ever experienced. First they shorted me a pizza; when i called to complain Angel the manager was rude and basically didn't believe us until finally she saw the pizza there. Then she said she would refund us for the pizza and make us one for the trouble, so we were find with that. So the next week I went there to get that. She wasn't there but the district manager was, he said he didn't care what Angel said, said "look Buddy I can give you one or the other not both". when i asked him for the corporate number he told me to look it up on line and then abruptly stopped talking to me and started talking to someone else. That in itself was very rude!!! I used to eat there 3 to 4 times a month. never again. they just lost another customer, at least as long as that District Manager works there!!!!!!
Ordered a thin crust pizza among other things through the "Pizza Portal". When I arrived to pick up my order they informed me that they were out of thin crust. Annoyed but not that big of a deal. They offered me another pizza of my choice no extra charge, cool so I went with the stuffed crust. I should have double checked before I left because when I got home it was just their regular $5 pizza. So I ended up paying $6.50 for the regular pizza, and on top of that had to sit and waste another 15 min of my life while they made it. This basically makes the "Pizza Portal" useless in my opinion because the app doesn't know if they are out of certain products. I go to this store probably once a week, I need a gift card or something from this store or I'm going back to 'Papa John's'.
Made this my weekend dinner. I love the prices and the stuffed crust with ICB and a Coke is excellent. Although customer service is okay most of the time, there was one instance when I asked for a cheese stuff crust and they gave me pepperoni. I forgot to check and when I got home I realized what they did. I'm not found of pepperoni at all so I took it back. They gave me no issues switching it out for a cheese one, but the gentlemen taking care of the issue seemed annoyed at me like "who the hell doesn't like pepperoni!?" I'll tell you who, THIS GUY! Hopefully he didn't spit on my replacement.
Ordered a large sausage pizza and a thin crust pepperoni. Got home and discovered I was given two large sausage pizza. Called to get the order corrected and it just rang and rang and rang. Next attempt it was busy. Called four more times and it just rang and rang and rang and another being busy. Other experiences buying a cheese pizza? Good luck it isn't overcooked. Again. Love the fact they are located close to my house but come on! It ain't that darn hard to to not over cook a cheese pizza or simply give the customer the order they did in fact order! Shame on you!!!
They’ve never missed having a pepperoni hot and ready yet and despite some of the reviews I’ve never had an issue on any of my orders. For the price they keep surprising me with how good their food is and how polite their staff is. Props to management and the staff for keeping a clean environment and food always ready. This is the first little caesars I’ve been to and will probably make others disappoint. Keep up the good customer service and ignore those other stuck up customers. Serve them some cheese with their whines and keep your head held high guys!
This location is a little tricky to access and is tucked away in the corner beside the anchor store of the plaza...Wal-Mart Garden & Grocery. There is plenty of parking, but may be a little tricky for a large vehicle or truck and trailer combination. This location offers guest restrooms, and both the store and restrooms were well kept and tidy. The staff was fast and friendly and our order was made perfect. This location also offers “Pizza Portal” or live cashier carry out. Based on visit we will be visiting this location again in the future.
I ordered a hot n ready and crazy bread at 7:58. I was told my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. At 7:38, I asked how much longer for my food. The shift leader checked to see if he had a pizza ready, he did not, and put a pepperoni pizza in the oven. He did no relay this information to me. I left because it had been 40 minutes waiting for something that hadn’t even been started. I paid $10 for food I never got. I did not get an apology or feel like the employees actually cared. This was the Worst pizza experience I have ever had.
Worst place ever. Order over the phone and they messed up the order. Same with the gentleman in front of me. He did a walk in and they offered him a refund and his food for free for the wait. Did not offer a refund for me. had to ask for one and no offer for my pizza. Had waited 30 mins after the call to order. Got refunded my money but left without food. The employees in the back seemed to be arguing as well. Hopefully the owner sees this and addresses the issue in this establishment. Never returning after 3 terrible visits.
My complain its not about the quality food It’s about the customer service at this particularly store, “it’s terrible”. The waiting time it’s ridiculous, my last time there was this week and not more. The dependent was very impolite. She don’t know how management a business store like this one. Also she looked like frustrated and bad mood, was my third time there and I cannot see any attitude change, the customer deserve respect, …learn how do it..!

I’m very very disappointed I always order here and my food is usually ok not well done cheese the way I like it at this location but my issue is I ordered Italian sausage as my topping and it taste like little pieces of freezer burned meat on a pizza. I’ve had this same pizza at different Little Caesar locations and it was delicious but not at 13740 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida, 32224 I didn’t bother eating the pizza it tasted so horrible but I did eat the hot wings. Now I’m still hungry.
First off- the landlord needs to get the AC fixed. It's like a sweat shop for these poor workers and for the customers waiting for pizza. Tonight I ordered a deep dish- it was not hot and ready which I don't mind waiting- but I got my pizza home and the entire pizza was completely undercooked and still raw dough in the center. Why have customers wait- to wait for an uncooked pizza. The gentleman at the front that took my order was very nice and polite and worked as fast as he could.
Today, 12/14, my pizza was not ready on time. As a matter of fact, despite ordering an hour in advance on the app, I still had to wait 15 minutes. When I questioned that, I was told that it is "Friday pizza night." In addition to that lacking response, the crazy bread was dry, the topping on the Italian cheese bread was runny, and I didn't feel I was properly apologized to for my wait. What's the point of using the app ahead of time if I still have to wait?
Their staff is rude. I walked in and asked what was ready in the warmer. She gave me an attitude like what a stupid question and responded with pizza. I said what kind she said pep and cheese. I asked if they had bread sticks and she said no we have crazy bread, with a sneer. I paid her and told her she a very unpleasant person. The woman next to me said she wanted to punch her. If you hate your job so much learn a skill and get a better job.
Had an order delivered, missing multiple items. Tried to call, but was hung up on. I went to the store and was greeted with sheer rudeness. Interrupted me while I explaining what was missing to help someone else who came in after me. (Also missing items). Then blamed doordash while dropping my missing items on the counter turned and said nothing else.

Crooks!! Debited my card. Refuse to give me my order. Says no order exists. I have 2 emails. One is a receipt of the transaction. Took my money!!!! I'm not stopping here. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I'm reporting them to the BBB. I don't like being ripped off. Doesn't care about the customers. Take their money and leave them high and dry. Ignores me when I contacted them several times.

This place has some of the best pizza I have ever had the delight to have. Only pie thats beat it has been some of that scrumptious Chicago deep-dish. Anyone who thinks their garbage New York Pizza could compare to this Detroit original, Florida improved Master piece is delusional. Hands down the best pie in all of Jax with the best customer service out of all the other locations. I don't know how they do it.
I had not been in for a couple of months due to recieving twice undercooked deep dish crust. So I went in to order the same pizza I have ordered at this location for years and the staff made a big deal. I suggest unless you want a hot and ready go across the street to Pizza Hut or Dominos! Guys teach your employees how to work the register for adding and deleting toppings! I certainly won't be back, June
Decent pizza, but more importantly super cheap and ready when you want it. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, and if I call when I leave my house/work they always have whatever I want (even a special order!) ready when I arrive. Somebody mentioned they charge extra for extra sauce- true, but not a problem IMO. I always order double sauce with my cheese bread, it's well worth the extra buck.
Yes the pizza and wings taste great and the service is fast, but I've Never seen one hand washed or any gloves worn, any time I go there. Today, I watched my pizza prepped and cooked, as well as my wings "flavored". All done by the girl who worked the register. She Never stopped by a sink or put on gloves. Made me very uncomfortable and sad that I had already paid for my food. Yuck!
Elizabeth R at this location deserves a raise. Amazing customer service and extremely friendly! I’m 6 months pregnant and was craving crazy bread and she made some fresh at 10 minutes to close. I’m convinced if I was dying she would also save my life. Thanks Elizabeth!

I do not recommend this location. I was callig for 30 minutres to place an order. They answered and hang up on me. I called again and phibe libe was busy for 39 minutes. I had to drive to place the order in the store. The people that worked there had the worst customer service. Left the store to look for a different location to place my order
This used to be my go-to for fast and hot pizza. Now they're consistantly short staffed because they won't hire more workers. Even worse are on Fridays when the lobby is packed with irate customers bearing down the only 2 workers there! PAY YOUR WORKERS LIKE YOUR BUSINESS DEPENDS ON IT!!

I love how fast, fresh, and cheap this pizza is! It's a great deal and a surprisingly good pizza, as long as you don't let the price make you believe otherwise. My only wish is they would bring the pretzel crust pizza back as a regular menu item. That was the most amazing pizza I have ever tasted. I love this pizza chain! Pizza pizza!
The last few times I've ordered pizza, it was overcooked. Don't they have a timer to take the pizza out of the oven? Very dry and overcooked. And the last time we ordered sausage pizza. I don't know what it was, but it wasn't sausage. We used to have good experiences with Little Caesars, but we won't be ordering from them again.
My wife for the most part of her life managed a pizza franchise. We decided to try the thin crust pizza. While it looked great, there was something going on with the sauce. It had an overwhelming tang to it. This happens when the sauce is bad as the acidity makes it taste like that. Won’t be back again as we threw the pizza out.
It was ok. Ordered carry out. It was done on time. One of the pizzas was missing a 2nd topping. They were busy so we just took it home anyways.

Quick and cheap pizza, Honestly pretty solid. But sometimes the food has a chemical taste. The garlic butter sauce always has the taste of it too.

This store can't cut a pizza to save their lives. Staff doesn't look very professional either. Bunch of kids, one appeared to be a manager that had a septum piecing. I know it's a cheap pizza joint, but come on. Also the lack of product quality is insane. Got an order of crazy bread and this is some of what I got.
I just needed 1 pepperoni pizza 15 minutes before this location closed. When I went in there the employee said that there were no more pizzas. I asked if she can make one and she stated that everything was put away. 15 minutes before the store closed? That’s bad!

Went in and ordered to pizzas that was supposed to be hot and ready. Was told it would be 10 min. Did not leave until it has been 45 min. Had to ask them to put our pizzas in the warmer while we waited for our crazy bread. Other customers came in and order more and left before us. So so much for hot and ready.
The young black woman working there does a great job. She was very soft spoken in front of a crowd of people waiting but she was very professional under pressure. I wanted to tell her o the spot but she was too busy. If she sees this I hope it helps build her confidence a little because she deserves it!
Horrible. I stood in the lobby area for 20 minutes and never did get acknowledged or waited on. I walked out empty handed and I will not be returning. I had passed no less than 4 other pizza places to drive to this location. The location was CR220 and College Drive in middleburg, Florida. Unbelievable.
Went on a trip down to FL... in the small town where I grew up we never had Little Caesars, only a single chicago-style pizza resturaunt. I thought Little Caesars was fast food, but my experience there blew that stereotype out of the water! Amazing pizza for a good price. Breadsticks were great too.
Pizza is always good which is why so many people come here - to wait. Standing here waiting for a hot and ready (again). Staff is always kind and always conscious of the customers that are waiting but if hot and ready is not ready then why advertise it?
Prices have gone up, pizza is still mediocre, and the hot and readys don't exist anymore. The draw to Little Caesars was always cheap, quick pizza. If I have to pay $7/pizza and wait 15-20 minutes for it, I would rather get Domino's or Papa John's. More
This is the best little Caesars pizza we have been to. We order online and pick up in store. The employees always greet us and are always friendly. Our orders are always correct. The food is better quality than you'd expect from this type of place.
Pizza is usually good, but why can't this location keep diet soda stocked? Every single visit they are out of it. Can someone teach the management how to properly order? Highly recommend the pizza portal- no hassle quick pick up using the app.
The Hot and Ready is never Hot and Ready. They always tell me after I order and pay that it will be 5 minutes. I went back today, not sure why. No lunch specials ready. Out of 20oz Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Twist, Mt. Dew. I will not come here again.
Is called ahead to order pizza I get there and I'm told the card reader is broke they couldn't tell me this on the telephone then I'm trying to pay for my pizza after they charged me and upcharge because I told them I wanted less sauce they
Don’t say pizzas are Hot and ready when you have to wait 10-15 min each time you order a simple cheese pizza. Pizzas are never ready at this location. I could see if there was always a busy flow and pizzas are being sold fast. But nope.
This place is run poorly in the evening. They never have any pizzas ready and if you order through the portal add a good 15 minutes to the scheduled time it was supposed to be done. They need different leadership in the evening time.
I called 4 times before showing up in person and the phone went to busy every time. I walk in and there is no one around not even customers. I ordered and sat in the lobby to wait. Multiple times employees in the back where yelling
I was here a couple weeks ago (Matthew thank the heavens for your service) and let me just say, absolutely exquisite pizza. After leaving Brooklyn (Fort Greene) I have struggled to find some quality Za. This is top shelf stuff.
I've already been to three locations in the area and this one has been the best. The location further west on Beach Blvd made the pizza with a 2" crust. The one on University had a young employee that tried to rip me off.
Waited about 10 minutes for the pizza with no line...2L dr peppers were all covered in disgusting dirt, and the pizza was not hot. You'd think they would take extra precautions these days to keep things clean.
The pizza was hot, it was ready, and it was delicious. This is the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Jax, it compares favorably to some of the best places I remember back when I was growing up in the city.
So much for hot and ready. Walked in with only one customer In line and they didn't have a single pizza ready. Need to tighten up, compared to other stores this one is slacking.
This little Caesars is clean and Cory is Amazing he always has a smile on his face and his customer service is top notch

Paid close to 20.00 and asked for mushrooms onions sausage and peperoni. One little chunk of sausage . Onions you could barkly see. Tasted aweful..
Awesome Service!! This by far, is one of the best locations in the city! The order is always right and the people are always friendly. Great Job!
What's the point of having a "hot and ready" Sign when nothing is ever hot or ready!! 25 minutes for an order they tell you will be 10 mins..
Made a fresh pizza for me with no problem and had it ready in about ten mins. Guy at counter was very nice also. Great for $5!
They can't function properly when there's a full staff.
