I hate coming now before I never had so many problems now it's just one thing after another and nothing gets done right so I ordered twice on my app of course because I hate the wait especially when ordering a specialty pizza so after ordering I go pick up my order and realize I forgot my phone yes I realize immediately how that was very much my fault so I wait in line and after waiting in this long line the cook and the cashier switch and not just that he doesn't acknowledge that I had been waiting finally when he got back I was still waiting I'm like really you want me to wait some more without asking me first I just needed the codes to be on my way so I asked the staff in the back if they could help all I needed was the codes for my two separate orders and finally here comes the cashier he tells me the codes as if I was supposed to remember them all and that's when things get even more frustrating I was told only one order had been made I'm mean it took them so long to tell me than just make it and after waiting 15 more minutes they tell me to wait and talk to someone else I'm like NO JUST DON'T MAKE IT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THESE PEOPLE COULD HAVE WORKED OUT A BETTER SITUATION THAN HAVING ME WAIT SOME MORE JUST TO GET TOLD THAT THEY SCREWED UP FROM NOW ON I WILL BE GOING ELSE WHERE AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PIZZS THEY DON'T ALWAYS MAKE WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST TIME I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED COMING TO THIS STORE!!

Called for delivery and was told they do not deliver. The girl kept cutting me off. I called the call center and they took my order for delivery was supposed to be delivered at 12:45 noon called back about two hours later to the store location and asked where are food was. The girl the answer the phone is very rude She said she did not know as she didn’t see it come through . I asked if she could call the call center and figure it out because we wanted our food. She said she was unable to do that. Then She yelled and said, m get it through your head, your order did not come through!” Then just hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another girl that said she was the manager and apologized said she would give a verbal warning to the girl named Jess that I had spoke to.. but to find out later in the conversation, the girl that I was speaking to you said that just was her manager not the other way around, like I was led to believe. Although this conversation with much better and more accommodating, then speaking with Jess.. I cannot believe that I was spoken to you like that and I will never come back to this location again. Absolutely horrible. Jess! You should not have a job if you don’t know how to talk to people.. learn!!!!!!

I went to pick up a large order I pre ordered. When I was given the pizza, I told the worker I’ll take half put it in my car & then come back for the rest. I seen a homeless guy who was apparently in the store right next to me with the rest of my boxes I just took it because I was confused & didn’t want to confront an unknown person. I gave him a box since he earlier asked for money & I didn’t have. Unbeknownst to me he had already taken a box from me. I went back into the store & let the worker know what happened & her response was “I’m sorry” “we’re short staffed” that’s not an excuse. 2 people were working in the back, the responsibility is on you no one should be touching another person’s order. Sorry doesn’t fix anything. I was given another pizza for the pizza he took & I kindly asked for napkins & she gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong. I’m sorry you’re incompetent & can’t do your job don’t take it out on me when you’re called out for it. I’m not even mad about the homeless person taking the pizza I’m mad about the fact my safety was put in jeopardy because someone was not doing their job.

Let’s preface by saying the issue I had was diffused by me taking a free soda. When I asked for a soda while ordering, the cashier said they were room temperature. I ordered, walked to food city (saw new awesome security btw I was familiar with), then went back to pick up my order. I was upset because my order was given to someone else so I had to wait again. I told the cashiers I was placing my milk in the fridge so it wouldn’t go bad and it would have spoiled in the car from the excessive heat (111 yikes!). I saw the soda so asked then grabbed my milk and soda on the way out. I’d give 0 stars for saying they were gonna call cops over a soda! But I still give 5 because it’s actually the best bread sticks I’ve had here in Arizona and it made me tear. My son and I were hungry. Thank you.

If I could give a negative rating I would. They girl that rang me up Jackie I believe her name is, was completely rude, and full of attitude. When first came in I went up to the counter, and a nice guy greeted me, and said that someone would be right with me, okay fine, I hear "Register being yelled in the back" then a "UGH" coming from a girl. Then her coming up from the back. She asked how can I help you? And as I went to tell her she started yelling at someone in the back to come up to her, completely cut me off. Then she asked me again, and I told her my order and had to repeat it twice. As she was getting my wings she attempted to give me a container that was leaking sauce, and it dripped on her shoe, then she started yelling, because of that, and looking at me as if it were my fault. In then end I just wanted to get the hell out of there, and never return! Don't come here if you not looking for unprofession idiot girls that are constantly yelling.

I ordered a thin crust, instead of calling me to let me know they were out of the thin crust, they made a regular pizza & stuck it in the order pick up section, labeled “THIN CRUST”. They had hand written signs stating “out of thin crust” but I figured I must’ve gotten the last one. So, I get home with no thin crust, no email or call from the store notifying me they couldn’t fulfill my order, nothing. They could’ve just communicated they were out and offered to refund my order- IT’S BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE…. I threw away half the pizza, it was not satisfactory. This is not the first time this place has failed to provide the basics, I’ll just be passing on this location in the future.

Horrible place that I have given many opportunities to keep me as a customer. My first issue with them was they never had anything "hot and ready" even though it is their current slogan. My second issue with them was the disproportionate uneven slices. Today they lost me as a customer for good. I ordered online to not have to wait for the non existent "hot and ready". When I pick up my order I received a half empty marinara sauce which I asked them to fix. They would not fill it or give me another one to make it a full one. They made the biggest mistake any owner would fire someone for if they seen it happen. Instead of fixing the problem they gave me a full refund. Lost hundreds of dollars in revenue over fifty cents worth of sauce.

I prefer not to bash anyone but the Young lady who took my order messed up. (I didn't realize it until I was walking out. I should have because the price was too high). Anyway, she seemed annoyed and didn't explain we had to do the entire refund. The manager refunded the money and u realized it was the total amount not just the one item I never ordered. I said wait, so I can't get the cheese bread and soda? That is when he said, we can't refund just one item, we have the do the entire order. I asked him again, so can I pay for the cheese bread and soda? He seemed annoyed whispered something to the cashier and she walked back over and I paid for the two items I wanted. I won't be back.

As soon as i walked in a women walked in behind me we werent greeted we waiting 2 minutes for ONE of the lazy workers to come help us. By then there was a line out the door, i waited another few minutes for my sauce for crazy bread. While waiting i was watching the slow moving workers in the back and noticed a girl was making a pizza with No gloves grabbing cabinets walking back and forth and making more pizzas. Then the girl who walked my sauce up had hickeys on her neck. Im sitting infront of the store in my car writting this review, i wont be returning im not even from this side of town im visting family and im extremely annoyed now.

The front counter lady was very rude. NO smile, no effort. Attitude like Agent 1 from Monster Inc. This place is awful. The manager has the most rude attitude towards everyone and wears furry ears and a tail which from my understanding isn't really work appropriate. She got mad because I drank a soda that I was gonna buy as if I was too poor to afford it. I get no hello or welcome. They over cook things and everything isn't hot or ready. WORTHLESS ! Let me repeat that, WORTHLESS ! WASTE OF TIME. This place is walking distance from my shop and 5 days in a row NO Hot & Ready ANYTHING. No Cheese, No Pepperoni, No Wings, No Crazy Bread, Zip, Zero 5 days in a row. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, 11:00, 12:30, 2:00, 4:30 or 5:00. When you are told that it would be best to order before coming on an item that is suppose to be HOT & READY they are just incompetent. Today I was told 10-15 minutes before they could get one ready for a product that takes around 5 minutes to cook.

Service was good, young lady was polite and friendly. Pizza was good. Only negative was the wait. Completely understood they we're busy, walking in and seeing maybe 8-9 other customers (including myself) either in line or waiting. Placed my order nada big 1 LG Pepperoni.. Was told 10-15 min... I get it common sense would say otherwise. They we're working hard.. Maybe they had a new batch about to be ready IDK .. It took a min but overall a good experience didn't mind the wait too much.

The neighborhood is someone trashy so I stay inside my car to wait. I like the shopping around the location as well. I order here when I have alot of people to feed as the pizzas are only 5 dollars so you can get alot for a little. If you have a big order I would order ahead tho to minimize your wait time. They need to learn how to make better pizza....the little cesar on 59th Ave and Thomas road is the best making pizza. They have all mid age weman in their 40s to 50s, and they can make awesome pizzas. They take their job very seriously. I give them 5 stars. The majority of staff are weman. The best time to get a pizza is during the day when the older weman are cooking. Experience counts a lot.

Edit: 2020-03-15 I’ve been using the “Pizza Portal” app for a while now. And the estimated time is rarely accurate. Either too early, which isn’t so bad as long as it stays warm. But more often it’s not even ready, and I sit there waiting, and then they finally figure out I’m there for the portal, and they have to then put the pizza from the start. So I wait double the time, plus some. Why even use it? Hot’n’Ready...in about 10-15min.

At an eye view there is no proper sanitation going on in this place. Mask underneath their mouths. NO GLOVES AT ALL. Touching pepperoni, cheese and butterballs with their bare hands. At a time where we need to be safe and pre-cautious due to the pandemic there are no cares whatsoever here. Paid for my pizza and gave it away. Went down the street to Pizza Hut and paid a little more but happier with their standards.

I hate this location. Rude manager behind the counter and on the phone. The McDowell location makes up for them and why I still like little ceasars. I’ll drive to 44th and McDowell than drive up the street .Your last manager was a cool and polite and it reflected on the staff. Now it’s gross and very dirty. I get why it’s low staffed who would want to work there with that type of manager.

The front counter lady is nice but she handed me a pizza that was sitting for atleast a hour and was missing cheese and some of the pizza. I get you gotta have it hot and ready but have 12 on standby ? She pulled out 2 more pizzas and they were both old and gross. Just got a refund cause my appetite was ruined by that point.

Horrible customer service. I get that the food service industry is not a desired job to have at the moment but its not worth paying $8+. You have staff handling chemicals and your food without gloves and can clearly see multiple health code violation at play. This location needs to pay closer attention to its employees and maybe provide some additional training.

Slowest ,#idontwanttobehere. Workers. I've at minimum came here 10 times and everytime was awkward. I'm greeting them ,saying thank you and get no response. Food comes out good just the workers give off a different vibe . Even with All this said I will still continue to come here I do support our local business in my area . Hopefully it gets better soon.

Well i know it's says "HOT AND READY" but sometimes everytime i go there's people waiting for it. I think the procedure of making and storage certain amount to maintain the quality of pizza should be review and that way the store can get those costumers who just seen from the outside a waiting line and turn around, and go somewhere else.

My first time coming to this location and it was very busy. The lady that was taking care of all the customers was super nice and very efficient in taking orders from people walking in and phone calls that seemed all at once. I didn't get her name but it was this afternoon.

The children working there cant ever get my simple order correct. Every time never fails. I just stopped going. I went in to order some pizzas. I usually order pizza from here because they do a great job but today they mess up on my order. & they can’t say they were busy because there was no one there. I order 4 pepperoni and 1 supreme and the supreme didn’t have all the ingredients it should have and it wasn’t even cut.

I have yet to come here and wail less than 25 minutes for a hot and ready cheese pizza. Customer service is a foreign word here and the employees yell and curse at each other constantly. These are not isolated incidents, they happen literally every time I come in. I would not return here if the pizza were free.

This place is straight garbage I went in to get a thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza it took them 30 minutes; my kids were waiting in the car, I went up 4 seperate times to ask if the pizza was down nobody, nobody in that store is a pizza genius if I could I give them a .25 star cause pizza is always good

Only reason to go to little caesars is for hot and ready pizzas. I went there at 2:30pm on a Sunday - No pizzas ready and 4 people waiting for there orders. A line of 5 more people and the 5-6 employees there seemed in no rush or concerned at all with the state of things.

Being that the cost of Hot N Ready pizzas has gone from $5 and some change to nearly $8/pizza, you’d think having an adequate amount of CHEESE would happen, right? Enough to cover the crust at least. Raise prices, reduce ingredients. Way to not go, Little Thievers.

Waited for half an hour only to be told order hadn't been placed. Staff unwilling to help a senior(mom) get a pizza, manager told me "the lady refused to pay" when she was told twice! Pizza will be ready in 8 min. Very poor service.

The pizza here is good, the wings are good, and so are the cheesy bread sticks, there is only like 4 seats, and it's very crowded between 4:00pm and almost until close. I live down the street so it's in walking distance of my home.

It's little Caesars. For $5 is pretty good. This location has a crew that makes you feel you're interrupting them. Management changed and there was hope but some of the same faces came back and well....still, can't beat the price.

One of the very few places to be smart enough and have pizza's ready at dinner time...

I do not recommend this location, the store was not very clean, had a small selection of soft drinks, and the associates need to go through more training. 3" of crust from the edge to the toppings.

Never has anything ready, always have to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Employees could use some customer service training and hygiene tips. Showers and laundry should be required before coming to work.

This is my favorite Little Caesars location. I don't know what they do different, but the crust on their pizza is the best, never dry or hard.

Not happy. $27 for 2 crazy breads and one pepperoni pizza for it not to even come? You took my money, where’s my food?

Ordered online and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the estimated ready time! Always slow at this location.

Wanted pizza fast.lol we were starving. Had to wait only 5 mins. Came fresh out of the oven. Perfect. Comfort food.

Just picked up 3 pepperoni pizzas about 15 minutes ago and they came out so perfect! Cook deserves a RAISE$$$$
