I didn't feel like cooking dinner, so played eeni mini miny moe with a bunch of pizza places nearby and Little Ceasers it was tonight, and I am not mad about it! Ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni, half green olives. I'd give the pizza a three stars. It was cheesy but the dough was just a tad undercooked for my personal preference. Another minute or two in the oven and it would have been perfect. Crazy bread was the star of the show. So good, and sooooo buttery. I ordered the ceaser ranch for dipping which was my fave. I also ordered the cheesy jalapeno dip which was OK, but more on the saltier side. Actually, come to think of it, their food was pretty heavily salted. For dessert, I just had to get the m&m cookie brownie treat. It was not overly sweet at all, and was SO good! I probably could have eaten the whole pack to myself. They do not have online ordering at this location, which is a bummer, so you have to call in your orders. I haven't had Little Ceasers in a very long time, and I am glad I took a gamble tonight. The kids loved it too!

I can’t praise the owner enough. We’ve been ordering from here for a while now and always been very satisfied but tonight the owner, Craig (I hope I got that right!) went above and beyond. I placed an order only to have to cancel it 5 min later as I had a flat tire. He asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything and even offered to come and pick me up and get me home safely. I was so shocked. I told him I’d be fine but he still insisted that I could call back and he would help me. He truly is a wonderful person. I did finally get home and was able to order pizza. He had just left when I got there but his staff praised him, saying how awesome he is. When your staff speak that highly of you, you are a great owner and person. You can expect our orders to come in regularly and I will praise this location whenever I can. Thank you again.

They reduced the cheese to minimal on their pizzas at this specific location. Worst little caesars in the city. They prepare dough in pans for dinner rushes, they call them "sheetouts". You can tell the dough sat at room temperature way over suggested time because the dough is super dry. I can't believe I'm saying pizza pizza is a better option. West end little caesars are awesome though.

The pizza place focuses on take out orders. They can make fresh pizzas as fast as 5 minutes. It's affordable too considering the good quality pizzas that you can buy. I usually buy their wings (I recommend a mix of honey garlic and hot sauce) here 'cause they're so good! The place is neat and they also have washrooms. The employees, above all are very nice and humble. Thumbs up peeps! And ow, just look at that pizza: Isn't it amazing?

much like any Little Caesars, this place serves pizza, and it's pretty okay. last time i was here, i waited 25 minutes for two hot and ready pizzas, which seems kind of counterintuitive to the pizza name but it is a new location so i don't expect them to have their system up to 100% yet. mind you, while leaving, i overheard an employee ask if anyone knew how to make their cinnamon dessert...

Called at 9:30 to order a pizza. They close at 11. They said they can’t make anymore pizza due to not having anymore dough. I feel like there is a problem when the pizza place doesn’t have anymore dough and still an hour and half of being open. Poor management or staff with low work ethic. Won’t be trying again.

Came into this location like usual and was surprised to find out the major gap in prices. I ordered the lrg 5 meat feast which is 8 slices ( same as the medium ) but the large is $25.00 plus tax compared to the medium which is $12.99 and has 8 slices as well. Please explain the $15 dollar difference for the same amount of pizza?

Very bad customer service. The staff need more training how to serve customer. You can’t have head phones( Air pods in my case) and serve a customer as you can’t hear them. I have to speak my lungs out so the girl can hear me as she was on the phone or listening to music ! Very unprofessional

First time visiting this pizza place and was recommended by a friend. Very unsatisfied with service and food quality. Unfortunately will not be returning.

I love this place, the stuffed crazy bread is great. But unlike any other location I've been to, if you don't ask for it well cooked, they give it to you slightly warmed with the bread still raw and oftentimes the cheese still a cold, unmelted brick. I would love to know why.

Been 4 times over several months. Always received fresh hot pizza. Never been disappointed yet at this location. Bought lunch combo.. My next venture is. little caesars new fanceroni pepperoni.

I am one of those customers who has pizza from there once or twice a week, until now. I tried that bacon wrap pizza deal, and when I got home, it was still uncooked in the middle, which made it unappealing.

Very good owner. Clean and service is always 100%. Greg and his wife care about their customers and treat you with a smile. Been here five times since grand opening and have referred many friends. You won't be disappointed. Great work team

Wow Chicago pizza wasn’t half bad for the price ya the guys running the joint are awesome and the price pizza is now these days this is bang for your buck and if this isn’t for you hot and ready :) is always a good deal

Food was good. However employee was behind pizza warmer. Tried getting his attention but he was busy on his cellphone. Waited couple minutes till he realized there were 2 customers waiting

The service was excellent and the pizza was quite good. We took advantage of the deep dish special. No delivery for this location, but you can find them on uber eats.

I live close to a new location that just opened up in Beacon hill/Gloucester east. Greg the owner is awesome. Always cheerful and great each customer with a smile.

They are nice and friendly! Great staff and great tasting pizza. This is our new pizza place to go. The owner truly cares about his customers.

Have never had a hot and ready either hot or ready. If the franchisee can't afford to keep the franchises promises it should be shut down.

Staff are awesome, but they have prices way off from what they are supposed to be. They need online ordering aside from skip the dishes.

Really enjoyed it. Great value, great service. Owner a really down to earth guy. If you want a good quick pizza, this is your spot!
