I'll start off by saying I am not a fan of Little Caesars Pizza, BUT I am a fan of their customer service. This has been by far the best customer service I have received from any place in such a long time. I had to buy lunch for my employees at my workplace as it would have been far too busy for everyone to go out and buy their own lunches since we were extremely swamped with work. In order to save some time, I asked the employee at Little Caesars if we can order our pizza in advance and pay it in full, so when it was ready I can pick it up on the way to work. I needed to pick up seven personal pizzas at 11AM in order to make it on time, but the employee said that they actually opened at 11AM, so the earliest they would have my order by would be 11:30AM. When I told him that it would be too late, he checked the store schedule and noticed that the manager would be opening that day. He said he could leave a note with the manager, so my order would be ready right at 11AM. I was happy to hear that, but was also a bit skeptical. Regardless, I took his word for it and paid for the pizzas. I went over the next day, and right at 11AM, the manager was there on time, and greeted me with all seven pizzas fresh from the oven! I was extremely happy with the experience! The manager was very friendly and helpful. Like I said from the start, I am not a fan of their pizzas, but I will DEFINITELY be coming back because of their excellent customer service, and to show support for a smaller franchisee. Great job on the employee and manager! Highly recommend!

Food here is always good, but expect to wait to get it fresh from oven as they don't seem to make much ahead. Only issue I have with this store really is the lack of cleaning. The floors are disgusting. The lobby and kitchen areas you can see especially. They appear to be mopped somewhat but I question if they use any degreaser or cleaner in the actual water. This makes me question cooking and prep areas seeing this and I do question the food as well. They proudly post their green dine safe pass, but perhaps it's time for another inspection because not sure how it would pass today seeing it how it was. It's clearly been like this for a bit. Only reason I gave 3 stars was due to this.

I ordered there for the first time a few weeks ago, and when I wanted to remove something, it seemed like the cashier was not able to remove it from their system, so she called another coworker to get help. They were speaking in another language, but I had a feeling something was wrong, because they were taking too long with it. They ended up charging me this particular amount, which I thought was too much for what I was getting. When I went back to dispute it, they tried to compensate by giving me some breadsticks to make up for what I paid for. Such a deceitful bunch of people. I bet they were hoping I wouldn't catch their pathetic attempt to get away with it. This is a very good example why minimum wage should not keep going up.

i bought a medium Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza and it was very delicious the cheese was excellent an tasted very good and tasty. it was also very stringy and was cooked all the way through. the pizza was perfectly cooked and was not burnt or chard and was full of sauce and toppings. my only problem is that i had to wait around for around 10 minutes and there was no seats and since i came by bus it was very annoying. this was a beautiful experience just like the experience i had at the location on Dundas street west and Runnymede road. i recommend this place to anyone who likes stuffed crust and wants quality fresh pizza and as their slogan says it was hot and ready

Employees are very friendly but Rohan doesn’t seem to understand little Caesar’s motto… hot and ready. I’ve been in multiple times all different times of the day but this location never seems to have more than one pizza ready. At this point you are better off ordering from a different pizza store than go pick it up because this location doesn’t save you any time

I went there for the first time today and this amazing server named Ishpreet was so kind to me! I usually have difficulty with servers at other locations but she was so understanding of my accommodations! Honestly deserves employee of the month! I loved her customer service and even more, my order was made to perfection! Will definitely be returning for more and hope for Ishpreet to serve me once more :)

Horrible customer service skills. Ordered two pizzas, whoever was making the pizzas messed them up completely. Tried to phone the store, only to have someone answer it and leave the phone hanging without actually talking to me. I could hear them doing their thing. The left the receiver off the hook so I could not call again. Go figure, no room on their voicemail to speak to the store owner.

Was a great experience, the staff is so caring and supportive especially the two Indian guys, one with grey eyes and other one with spectacles, they were very friendly and kind and helped me to choose the best pizza with delicious toppings, loved the service, looking forward to have a treat with my friends soon!

I ordered 3 pizzas and only received one. I contacted the restaurant and they ensured me that the driver would be back with the other two pizzas. I never received the missing items so I contacted little Caesars customer support and they issued me a refund. Avoid ordering from this location if you respect your well earned money.

The owner, Nilam, hosted my small class for a mini tour of his store. He is an awesome, patient and generous guy. He took came in earlier than usual to receive us on time. I have gone to his store prior to this and customer service and the food is also good for a fast food pizza joint. I love the crazy bread most specially!

AVOID THIS PLACE ***** I ordered a cheese pizza. The person working at the counter gave me the pizza, after paying. Went home to find out that this pizza had been SITTING inside the warmer and was NOT FRESH at all. Me and my family were very disappointed. I haven’t gone back to this location ever since.
