If you've requested to have a "fresh-from-the-oven" walk-in pepperoni and are willing to wait the 10 minutes, MAKE SURE to watch them cut and box your fresh pizza from the oven just before giving it to you. Otherwise, you'll probably get one that has been sitting in the warmer. ... Not too happy about the recent experience we had at our regular pizza spot. My daughter and I normally pickup a walk-in pepperoni and always ask the staff for a fresh one while we wait for it to cook. We normally add the "crazy crust" to it when done for the added flavor... This time, I was served by a lady who took my order rather quickly and proceeded to go to the back to get a pizza from the warmer as I was trying to let her know that we were willing to wait for a fresh one.. Didn't seem like she heard me so I asked her colleague who was also at the nearby prep station to please let her know that I was willing to wait for a fresh pepperoni to come from the oven and that we were willing to wait. He proceeded to tell me that we had just made a fresh pepperoni and that I'd be ok with the one from the warmer. He also said that they could show it to us when and that if I wanted I could wait for the fresh one. Within what seemed like seconds, the lady had come from the back with the warmer pizza with the "crazy crust" not even on the crust or brushed on like I expected.. You could see that she quickly used a squeeze bottle applicator to get the butter somewhat half on the pizza and the crust and even on the box itself. Showing me this, I asked them to please make a fresh one and that we'll wait.. There was literally nobody else in the store.. So there was no need to rush through our order. We waited and when the pizza was being taken out of the oven, the lady then cut the pizza and placed it in a box in clear view from the front as they normally do. Except this time, she seemingly took the pizza behind the warmers somewhere to prep the crazy crust... not at the normal table where staff normally prepares it just before handing it to the customer. Not even a seal sticker She came out and didn't even open the box for me to show me her work on the pizza which made me suspicious. Trusting that they had done as we asked we left the store. When we got back to the car, we realized that the pizza was not even hot to the touch.. Even my little girl could start eating it right away.. It was obvious, they gave us the same pizza they showed us prior to baking the new one... We'll be returning, because we love our pizza on Thursday nights... But I'll be heeding to my own advice the next time...

My first Little Ceasars experience and it wasn't that great. Order deep dish pizza that everyone brags about and it was just a regular thick crust pizza. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't have come like that. Either way not worth it for what I paid for. There was 2 little peices of chicken on each slice and like 3 pieces of pineapple. Pizza wasn't cheesy at all, it was super dry. Not impressed at all. The place was clean and customer service was decent. However, $15 per deep dish pizza (incl. $2/topping), $30+ for two pizza ... not worth it.

We tried to order a large 14" pizza over the phone and the owner told us you cant order that in the store only online..... how does that make sense? If I order online you end up making the pizza so how can you not make it when I order over the phone? He then told me to order on skip the dishes or Uber even though I wanted to pick it up, which would charge me fees. If you can make it when I order it online how can you not make it when I call Pizza is great but terrible service.

Staff and food here were great. I was lucky enough to have a couple pizza varieties that I really like available in their "Hot n Ready" section. The negative experience comes from what I witnessed with the Delivery Drivers for those Apps. The 2 couriers weren't very courteous to the staff and made me feel uncomfortable inside this location. No fault on the staff though. Thumbs up for them!

Food is too good no doubt. But server is so abusive... if you didn’t agree according to the server, he ( old man) will say’ get out of the store with out the order’. Like seriously? I came through 3.5 km distance and instead of giving me correct order, and you guys are saying take wrong order or get out of the store? Lol. I am wondering how you will run business with this behaviour?

Very rude customer service . I tried to call and order a pizza and he told me I was waisting his time because I was asking for pricing , then he continue to argue with me . It’s so sad that people don’t have respect no more when dealing with loyal paying customers. Update I decided to go to Jane and dundas little Caesars and they were friendly clean and the pizza came out amazing

Love the Pretzel pizza...please make it a permanent menu item!! Need to offer extra large and party size pizzas, not just medium and large

Hot and ready are not HOT nor READY. I thought that it's supposed to be from 4-8pm? Nope ...530pm and I get told right away it's gonna be at least 10 minutes. So many other places I could order IF I wanted to wait.

We have been going here for almost a year. The owner knows our order, he is polite. When we walk in he is always smiling and the service is fast. When we order is only takes 10 minutes for us even with the chicken wings, garlic sticks added to our 2 pizzas. The food is made from scratch. The smells when you walk in just make you ready to eat.

Their pizzas are always fresh. And I love their cheese pizza. Ik it’s basic but it’s the best in Toronto so far. If fast food chain is considered.

I love their deep dish pizza. You're not going to find better outside of Chicago. The lunch special seems like the perfect deal for an amazing price but they don't offer it past 2pm and I've never made it to there in time to take advantage. They should make it last until 3pm.

Ordered online. I like that my order is put into the portal & is waiting for me to take it. The 4710 Jane Street location never does that anymore. My custom deep dish pizza came out nice. I ordered it well done.

Horrible quality pizza. They cut corners here. The owner is very rude and treats his staff horribly. I saw him verbally assaulting one of his employees and threatened to keep his paycheck and will fire him. Very arrogant towards his customers. I will report him

Cheap pizza but careful if you add toppings as it can increase the price significantly. Regular cheese is 5.99 but add two toppings and it's $10. Service could've been better as they couldn't give me a price over the phone and told me to "just come in"

Been there two dozen times, Great pizza and usually pick up one pepperoni and one cheese and NEVER have they had both "HOT AND READY". They have two warming ovens and never use the 2nd one. So they never have anything ready to go like they advertise.

The food is always good here. The staff isn’t too friendly but it’s a fast food restaurant, so I don’t mind. They don’t put a lot on the crazy bread, you always have to ask for extra garlic or oil, but they’re willing to do that for you, just ask.

Been here once, staff was very diligent at washing their hands between transactions and before meal prep. Pick up box if you order online beforehand, minimizing exposure. Pizza quality was up to par with other little Caesars.

All sizes are medium. The 5 meat special for $9.99 is well worth it. Enough for 2 adults. What makes the pizzas good is the balance between the sauce, toppings and cheese. Their crust is unique, soft with a little crunch.

The pizza is like a frozen pizza. Not that great but what can you expect for $5 medium.

This is one of the best pizza places. The pizza is made fresh. The crazy bread is absolutely amazing (quite addictive). And those wings, I oh so love. The prices are very reasonably priced. You can't go wrong.

Little Caesars & Door dash is a rotten combination. If you have issues with LC and try calling, thay disconnect there number and the driver dismisses the pick up order. Choose another location!!!!

This is a clean and good store. I drive for Uber Eats and I like the way they require us to bring insulated bags. They also have a small parking space at the back for quick stop and pick up.

Just love the stuff crust and simple menu can't complain

Pizza dough looks, feels and tasted old. It was basically stale. I order the same pizza everytime but from other branches and they all turn out well.

We've been going to this location for quite sometime and family loves it. The owner is friendly and order is always ready fast. Excellent location!
