Pizza seemed fine, everything was hot. It was just like wayyy greasy...it's been a while since I've eaten little Caesars maybe it's always been that greasy..but ya I won't be ordering again..and not because my order was wrong but because this food caused some very serious indigestion and painful stomach cramping that woke me up in the night and has been bothering me all day. My daughter and husband ate it too and they were fine so maybe my digestive system just cannot handle this type of food. Be careful! Without these symptoms I would have gave 4 stars but yikes!! If you have a sensitive stomach or food intolerance of any kind I would avoid eating this pizza altogether

Completely Terrible Prices have gone up. Quality has gone down. Crazy Bread toppings are so sparce. Very little cheese is shaken on top anymore and little to no garlic butter as a flavour binder. I tasted 99% bread with just a hint of parmesan cheese. I needed the marinara sauce to dip the bread into just to add some flavour and not to be so dry when swallowing. Not enough marinara sauce btw. Those containers are too small to the amount you need to get down an order of crazy bread. Which you shouldn't need if you put enough garlic butter and parmesan cheese on in the first place.

Horrible customer service. Was over changed. Order was wrong then charged money for there error . Proved price waswrong . Got yelled at by a teenage that was very high strung. Advised manager n worker I could have ordered online n got the correct order n charged the correct price. They proceed to tell me you can't order online . I showed then u can .. n walked out.. very unhappy will never go back . Update I emailed little Caesars pizza .. the same day I wrote this review . N still yet to have a response.. I may only be one customer but customers is what make a business.. won't go back .

When someone orders Marinara dip with their pizza can you PLEASE put it on the counter so we can grab it and not forget. Having to ask means I always pay and never get the damn dip and I'm so fed up! Also WHAT happened to the toppings? There's like 1/4 of the bacon used now compared even to a year ago. 1/2 a scoop of bacon isn't too expensive to put on the pizza so it's worth getting. Very disappointed in what used to be a great place with great quality AND value. Now I only stop here when I can't afford to buy any other convenience food.

Carry out items are always ready and fresh having just been made. If in the rare occurence there is nothing ready it's as easy as placing your order sitting down and then pulling out your phone to keep yourself amused and before unlocking your phone your standing up and putting it away bc your order is complete. No exaggeration the service is impeccable and lightning quick. I give 10 starts multiplied by another 10 if I could. Keep up up great work your extremely fast paced hard working team!!

I tried to order multiple times online and it would not accept any payment method so I called and they said they only do pick ups so I spent way to much time trying to place the order. I was directed to try Uber eats. By the way Uber eats has a completely different menu the prices of the same items are higher then extra fees for their service. By the time I got to this point it said sorry they closed. Thanks for nothing. Yes nothing not one mortal if food for my household that night from them

One of the best locations you will find in the city of Hamilton. I’ve actually compared to other locations in the city and this one never lets me down. Shout out to an employee at this location named Brian, he’s the best. Always courteous and makes sure the wait times are not long. Seems like he runs the place (manager) and does a really good job at it bc like I said they’re quality is on point.

The food was great, as always. Whoever was the manager on duty today (Oct 25 @ 5:30) however was not very kind to his employees. He was berating them in a loud and frustrated tone while standing just to the side behind the counter. It was obvious that the other customers weren't enjoying it either. Perhaps some training in how to deal with employees effectively is in order. Had I been the target of his rant, I would have quit on the spot. Poor form Mr Manager!!

I've ate here several times and while the normal hot and ready pizza is average, I recently tried the crazy stuffed crust pizza and it was very good. Lots of cheese stuffed in the crust and when it is done they spread the garlic Parmesan sauce that is on the stuffed crazy bread onto the crust and finish off with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. I have to say I love this pizza. I got a medium with pepperoni for 10 bucks. I could eat it every week.

Pizza was fine, it's what you'd expect from a Little Caesar's. However I was attempting to redeem a coupon for a free 2L pop through their online order system, which errored and I was instructed to call the store to place the order. When I called to place the order, they refused to honour the coupon, telling me that it was only available online (which wasn't working and directing me to call the store.)

Why did the medium pizza given to me this evening have the texture of rubber? No exaggeration, but I chewed and chewed till my jaws ached yet had difficulty cutting up that piece in my mouth and had to swallow large uncut pieces down my throat. Something was wrong with this pizza, but I had driven away and did not go back. For the life of me, why does cheese on a pizza become so rubbery?

ordered tonight around 8:30 pm. I see little Caesars advertise with a board on the road during day but if you guys want to bring in/keep customers you should at least be consistent with your food. the crazy bread was dry, barely any butter on the bread. my co-worker had an order of it too, all of it is dry. marinara sauce is bitter.

It's a frickin 5$ Pizza that's ready when ya walk in in the door.... your gonna get what you paid for. If you want a 25$ gourmet Pizza go to a sit down establishment. My local LC's. Food is always good (unlike some other LC's that I've had that are just disgusting). Staff are always friendly and polite. Great for what it is!!!

Little Caesars is barely pizza but it will always do the trick. Crazy bread is always good and stuffed crazy bread is other worldly. If there are no pizzas ready and they tell you 4-5 mins they mean 15. If they say 10 its 20 mins. Its if its not ready, do yourself a favour and order a pizza from a real pizza place.

As far as Little Caesars goes I keep my expectations pretty low, but with the Parkdale and King location I'd say that they're the definitive Little Caesars location in Hamilton. Hot n Ready means hot and ready here. I've never had an issue with a solid pizza as long as you know what to expect from Little Caesars!

It's your standard Little Caesars. If you stick to the staples like their hot n ready pizza, you can't go wrong here. They have transitioned away from the cornmeal and now use some sort of oil on their pizza crust which is unfortunate.

We do the pizza portal pick up. Very easy to place order through app and than just enter the code in store. Only issue is with the stores being small there isn't many people allowed in store at one time. I've had to politely ask people to stand outside so I can quickly go in and pick up.

We have ordered here multiple times and they have always forgotten the four creamy garlic sauces we get.

Terrible management - I've never felt the need to leave a review but considering the poor quality of service received I felt it was necessary. We noticed fly eggs on a hot and ready pizza (after two pieces had been eaten) and the situation was not handled professionally.

We ordered this for the first time tonight. Delivered in less than 20 minutes..hot..fresh..awesome and this coming from someone who doesn't do pizza let alone the crust always hard and disgusting..I ate the crust first!! Thank you..and this will happen again!! More

Been coming here for years now, their deep dish Hula Hawaiian pizza is the crispy bomb. The toppings are very generous and I've had relatives say that they now come to this Little Caesars because of that, even though it's further from their house.

Just picked up my medium deluxe at 3:30 and it is probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I've had others from Little Caesars but this one is unbelievably bad. No more. Will go to a place that knows how to make pizza

The pepperoni pizza I got looked like it was heated for hours, the pepperoni was dark brown and brittle in the corners, lots of grease, not alot of cheese, too much crust. Many better places to eat at in the area.

Fantastic service. Hawaiian deep dish changed my life. I wouldve given 5 stars but my catalytic converter died on my car when i drove to pick up my pizza. My 20$ order turned into a 2000$ order.

Boneless chicken nuggets, a few good pieces and a few crumbs of chicken nuggets. Didn't even count to 8 pieces, for the price, as they claim.

The pizza is hot and fresh but, they look smaller than the ones from the U. S. The restaurant is clean and the employees are extremely nice.
