My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Little Guys. We had to move out fairly quickly with me switching jobs and my wife 8 months pregnant. Obviously we were looking for a stress free move but at the same time find a fair price. We called around and every quote we had was pretty high and of course every business we talked to had the same pitch, “the time quoted is only approximate we will probably be less”. When a certain time is quoted there is no incentive to finish faster because why would you want less money, in fact I’ve seen too many reviews they take their time on everything. But not with Little Guys Movers, their quote was broken down in a point system by the items moved and then a flat fee for the truck and city to city move. That was an immediate sell to my wife and I. We set up a Saturday move two weeks in advance, which was amazing for such a short notice. We had a 10am-11am window for them to show up, they showed up at 9:57am and that was with I-35 traffic. Dylan and his crew were courteous and very effective with their moving. We went through the whole house for a final itemized list to know what exactly was moving, we even had a few things taken off the move and had other things added. Even with that our final quote was less than originally quoted! They wrapped everything with blankets and bagged our mattress for protection. Never once did I feel my things were in danger of being damaged. My wife you likes to worry about other people handling our stuff was at ease through the whole process. When we got to Austin at our new house they even had a couple of extra movers meet us there at no extra cost so that it will be offloaded and set up faster. They set up all the furniture exactly where I wanted and did it in a efficient and effective way. We are very happy with the move and have already recommended them to my sister in law who is a realtor.

With a 2.5 hour minimum I figured hey, not too bad maybe a little over-kill for a 1 bedroom apt on the 1st floor to another 1st floor/1 bed 5 miles away but it ended up taking well over 3 hours. Working in furniture sales and delivery myself in younger years I saw no sense of a steady pace from the movers taking their sweet time with numerous trips back and forth with at times only single small items or boxes and disappearing into the back of their truck for unusually longer periods of time. With a drizzling rain throughout the day the attempt to blanket or cover the exposed items was never made either and completely irked me internally as I saw them casually carry my 3K dollar OLED flat screen to the truck in the rain when I specifically asked if they could blanket it or warp prior to walking it out-I wish hadn't turned my back and made sure to this Customer service wise they are very good and in great communication at all times, shoutout to Joel from their customer service line for contacting me and making it somewhat right with a discount to their fee. However with those issues and a couple dings and scratches to the paint on my washer and dryer I cannot in good conscious recommend Little Guys Movers at this time. I hope this can be a coaching opportunity for them and Little guy's movers can address these issues internally to provide better service in the future.

The guys were so polite and professional, they took extra care on a horribly rainy and muddy day to lay out blankets and dry their feet and the tires on their hand trucks, and to wrap all my furniture and boxes with blankets and shrink wrap to minimize the water damage. Not a single item of the move was damaged in the slightest! They were cheerful and fun and so efficient. Unfortunately I probably forgot to point out one remaining closet where I had stored some boxes and a dresser, but they happily piled back into the truck and flew back to my old apartment, grabbed the last remaining items without a complaint, and brought them back to the new place without a frown. They were careful about putting the right boxes and items into the right rooms to spare my back in moving things around after they left. They were so cheerful and speedy and helpful, I have to say I can't imagine using another company. Also, they reduced the price when they saw that the mileage was less, we used one less person for a period of time, and they did not have to provide the wardrobe boxes I originally asked for. My bill was lower than estimated which is always a pleasure. Thank you guys SO MUCH for making a rainy day move something speedy, sunny and safe.

Excellent experience. Little Guys has great customer service. I was shopping around for movers and after talking with them on the phone and getting my estimate, I stopped calling anywhere else. They were very upfront and gave me a fair estimate. Their pricing is a bit different because it is by the item and they have a minimum flat fee but even with their calculations it still came out far better than other companies. Plus they did a great job of communicating every step of the way. I received a call the day before the move, one the morning of the move, and one as they were on they're way. They arrived exactly at the time they said. There was a 3 man crew (they didn't charge extra for a third guy like other moving companies try to do). The crew were friendly, down to business and efficient in time and packing the truck. They wrapped most items in blankets to keep from and scratching or damage. All three, Jarod, Jose and Sam, worked together well and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Jose was very friendly. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was pleasant and flexible when I wanted to add a few other items to the moving list. Overall great company-definitely will use them again.

I had a great move with Little Guys. Starting with the initial estimate, the company was fast to respond to my request and more than willing to meet with my to evaluate the size of the job. Another company I contacted told me they would not do an on-site estimate "during the busy summer months". Keith was my estimator and was very professional and very responsive to all my questions and even helped me with a last minute reschedule of the move date without any issues. The day of the move, the crew called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on the way. They actually arrived ahead of time and were prepared with all the equipment and tools they needed to complete the job. The guys were all polite and professional and, most importantly, worked very efficiently. They took good care with all my items and got the truck loaded and then unloaded in a timely fashion. They only charged me for the time that they were actually working and did not hit me with any unexpected charges. I felt very comfortable during the entire move, which I could never say about a few other movers I worked with in the past few years.

I'm leaving 1 star because Google won't let me leave 0. I booked an appointment with Little Guys a week before my family and I were to move from California to Austin. Before we left for our 3-day drive, I called Little Guys to confirm our appointment. They told me we were on the books, but that they would call me the day before with a start time. I received a phone call that morning saying that we hadn't confirmed our appointment earlier in the week (not true) and that they were canceling our movers. Now I have to scramble to hire a new moving company this morning (with additional expenses attached) before my Uhaul truck is due back by the end of the day. Stay logged on to Help to see which movers are responsible and professional, and who was able to help me overcome Little Guys' complete incompetence. TLDR: Little Guys called me the morning of my move to cancel their appointment, leaving me with little options or time.

This is the 2nd time I've used you all, I plan on using you all to move the third time this August. You always get back to me with a quote within a day, it's always been easy to schedule, and when it wasn't due to peek seasons, you all were still able to make it work to schedule me in, always at a fair price. As for the movers, I've had 2 guys both times, all 4 guys were so friendly and nice, quick, efficient, and careful. I even have extra furniture I do not want anymore, and when I ran out of options to get rid of it, you all were kind enough to offer for us to give you a call and try to schedule to pick it up and help take it off our hands. I will always use you all, you have a lifelong customer. You make moving for me so easy, it's honestly not that stressful, like it was before- I hired yall 2 years ago - my first time to ever use movers - and now I will always use you all. Thanks for all the help.

These guys were amazing! From the quote process to every time I spoke on the phone with any of them. The nicest guys showed up to move my stuff and they were ready to work! No standing around staring at the truck on my dime. No damage to my stuff. They were quick and didn't dally around like most movers I've ever used. Moved my stuff up flights of stairs in 100+ degrees with a smile on their faces. Seriously, they were simply perfect and they made a very stressful day for me go so much better. Excellent experience with this team, from ease of initial search results through to submission form, thoroughness of the quote, booking process and correspondence throughout various follow-up inquiries. Response times were always incredible, seemed like they have a team of several members monitoring the inbox who were always willing to jump in and respond to emails quickly, clearly, directly and politely. Movers on the day were great, too — shout out to Francois and Marcus, who arrived on time and finished early! The guys wore their masks in my house and had plenty of gear on hand to make the move as easy and efficient on themselves as possible as well, which is also appreciated. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Let me tell you...this was no easy feat. We had a 100 in long x 4 ft deep sleeper sofa couch from RH that was heavy as all get out. We talked to Ray and his crew of Scott, Paul & Daniel. They were perfectly on time, very kind & realistic while still optimistic. The space that we had to get this couch up looked damned near impossible. We actually thought at some point that there was no way that it was going to happen. Then Ray showed up and made it rain. If you could see the engineering that they did to get this couch up a flight of stairs and into this space...it was one of the most incredible things I've seen. Ever. I cannot recommend this company enough. Setting up a date, time, and expected inventory for moving from my apartment to storage was very easy and Ryan, who I spoke to over the phone, was very helpful and straight forward. I had to make several changes the two weeks leading up to my move and they were very responsive in updating my inventory and moving information. The two men who came to move my stuff into storage were on time, quick, friendly, and professional. I thought their rates were very reasonable, but the speed with which the two men worked cut off two hours from the expected move time which saved me quite a bit of money! I will absolutely use Little Guys again next time I move.

The whole staff from the first phone call to the actually unpacking of the truck was professional, prompt, courteous, hard working and knew how to do their job. We even got done early with unloading and rather than moving onto the next job the staff helped further relocate boxes and unpack. - They didn't have to, but took the time to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied with their work and their service. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Nobody enjoys moving, but Chris and his team were incredible. We had Chris, Andrew and Bryce pack our whole house in one day, and Chris, Andrew, and Blake come move us the next. Francoise, Trey, Zach and Jordan joined us later in the day for backup and everyone was focused, productive, and professional. The packing job was organized and careful, the unloading process was efficient, and the team went above and beyond at every opportunity. If you’re moving, call them and let them pack you up. They know what they’re doing. Their price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work and size of our monster move.

Little Guys Movers helped me move twice about 7 years ago. Each time it's been the best experience. The guys who helped me move were always hard working great people. They charge a very fair amount. I've booked another move with them in about a week because we are selling the house and I know it will be an exceptional experience. I appreciate the communication and kindness of this entire business! I always recommend this company to my friends and co-workers. Tony and Donovan were exceptional movers. They are so friendly and helpful, plus they were careful with all my stuff. I will always call Little Guys especially because of the high quality people they hire!

The movers were Awesome! They were polite and friendly. I moved to Texas several months ago and had my furniture and boxes in two storage units. They were very patient as I picked out the items that I wanted moved. They combined the remaining items into my other unit. Although they didn't do the original move, they were still able to put my furniture together in my new home. They estimated what the cost of my move would be but it ended up being less since they didn't use the full estimated time. I was happy to save the extra money. I would definitely use them again. Other family members used their services during the past few years.and recommended them.

Logan and his crew did a great job moving me from Boerne to Fredericksburg. Logan was very professional, thorough, and provided great and consistent communication. He came out first to draw up an estimate and there were no surprise fees. They took their time using equipment to protect my furniture with no damages. This is just the way they do business and they charge by the item and not the hour and still they took their time. I really appreciated them moving my things as I cannot carry the big things like beds and couches by myself. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing to make a move. Thanks guys!

These guys are about as close to scammers as a business can get, they keep removing any negative reviews. They are the absolute slowest movers I have encountered. I literally overheard their supervisor telling them to waste more time. After leaving feedback, they had the audacity to call me back and accuse me of lying. They moved 1 truckload and it took them all day, charged me 1300 dollars. They wasted time at every opportunity. The next day I hired different workers, who sent only 2 men, and yet moved 2-3 times more stuff, in less than 1/4 of the time these guys did. Talk about SHADY.

Whether you are looking for movers to move your stuff or looking for a place to work, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They only do a half decent job of padding the furniture. They "drape" the furniture in the truck but carry it from point a to b bare bones with nothing to protect the items. They don't use shrink wrap at all. They do not use mattress bags for the bed. Instead they get their sweat all over the mattress and place it on the floor of the truck with nothing to keep dirt off the bed. They will move your stuff from here to there but are too lazy to properly protect it.

These guys didn’t help me move but I am rating them a 5⭐️ for honesty and accuracy. All I needed to move was a Murphy bed, and they quoted me a reasonable price on that lil move. But after discussing internally Ray called me back to suggest I call Wayfair pros for disassembling because the springs can be difficult. I thanked him but did it myself anyway and just as soon as I took that last screw out of the wall, the bed chomped me up like I was a ghost in a Pac-Man game. When I need to move something difficult again I’ll call Little Guys for their advice but maybe listen next time.

I like the pricing model (per item) because it allowed us to make specific decisions about items we could or couldn't move ourselves. I liked the customer service, both in person and over the phone. The guy I contracted with on the phone couldn't have been more pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. Our moving crew was also great. The guys were very strong, very good-natured, and very careful with the furniture. They were just great. In the process of this huge move, they were the most pleasant service experience we had. I recommend them. Highly.

The best moving experience we’ve had and we’ve moved a lot! We really appreciated the thoroughness from doing an inventory walkthrough, checking in before our move date, and walking through inventory during the day of the move. I can’t say enough good things about the moving crew that came to load up our stuff! They tetrised everything perfectly so we could fit everything in one truck. Little Guys Movers moved our office and we are so glad we partnered with this company. We have contracted many moving companies over the years, but none were as professional, flexible, punctual, kind, fast-moving, careful and communicative. The entire process was planned and transparent - from estimating to confirmation and invoicing. Our company would highly recommend using LGM to anyone - Ryan, Eric & the team are amazing. I'm glad we never have to stress about moving again, we'll just call LGM.

We have used Little Guy Movers twice. The first time was great; our grand piano was slightly damaged but they took care of the repair. The second time they moved our grand piano it incurred slight damage again. Little Guy Movers contacted a company to make the repairs. A rep from the repair company inspected but, due to miscommunication, no repair was ever made. I then received a call from Little Guy Movers stating the damage done during the move occurred to long ago for the movers to be liable.

What can I say, these guys were amazing! I have had pretty bad experiences lately with movers and even my last ones took 4.5 hours for a 1 bedroom with an elevator. These guys took 2.5hrs (the min) to get ALL my furniture and heavy things down, loaded, and UP 3 floors using stairs. They were super quick and kept going like total pros. I can't believe how wonderful their service was, I was starting to resent movers but now I've found the best. 10/10 would DEF recommend

Kept in good communication for arrival times. Was efficient and very conscientious to be certain about what pieces were staying or moving. At the end, asked if there were any final adjustments to where boxes needed to be placed (different floor or room). Courteous throughout the whole process and exceeded my expectations on time frame for a long distance relocation from Austin to Denver. Would not hesitate to rehire.

The movers were so friendly, efficient and easy to work with. We did 2 large moves from multiple locations in just 7 hours on a single day which would normally have taken 2 days and about 12 hours total. Francois, the team lead, was understanding and took care to make sure that everything was carefully moved. I also appreciated his attitude and general thoughtfulness in regards to communicating everything clearly.

John and Dylan were so awesome! They made moving out of one third-floor apartment to another third-floor apartment. Look so easy! They were on time and were really efficient with their time. This company has done so much for me in such a short time from giving me full time hours to helping me heal from a work related injury. It is hard labor but seriously rewarding if you can put in the time. Always welcoming and higher positions allowed for you to strive for in a short time. Cons are the hospitality of the co-workers and the professionalism of the managers.

I've moved twice with these guys and both of these experiences have been more than excellent! Timely, friendly and most importantly super gentle and respectful with my belongings! They took the time to wrap all the pieces, made sure it was secure in the truck and assembled everything perfectly (no wobbly furniture)! Also just overall fun guys with great personalities!

Don’t apply with this company a waste of time, I scheduled an interview with them and nobody ever showed up I waited 20 minutes for an interview that they scheduled. They don’t care about what you have going on or how far you have to commute as long as you meet their needs. Very unprofessional and whoever is the boss of this company isn’t money hungry at all.
