The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The chilli con carne was good. The crispy chicken burger was sadly about half the size they looked on the menu board, and for $11.90 was way overpriced for what you got. To turn it into a ‘meal deal’ was an extra $4 which included a tiny bag of hot chips (approx 10cm x 10cm bag) and a bottle of water (only meal deal drink options were water or coke-more variety would be great). I wish I’d thought to take a photo. Fingers crossed I was just unlucky, as the staff were awesome & the venue is nice (a sign indicating the toilets would be a useful addition). The whole experience left us feeling rather deflated.

I loved the welcome i got from the staff as soon as i walked into the store. Outstanding service/staff and amazing food. I had the chilli con carne and it was fresh and tasted amazing. One of the staff complimented me while talking to me which also made my day Will definitely be going to Liv Eat Sorell more often because of this wonderful experience

Super friendly & quick service, food more tasty than perhaps some other Liv Eat franchises. Funky music playing, lovely little play area for kids, interesting books to read & 3 levels of waster collection; landfill, organic & recycling. A very welcome & convenient addition to Sorell with plenty of nearby parking. Accessible to those with mobility issues :))

sat inside the cafe but the booths are too close together so a little uncomfortable. Tables need to be moved further part. Food was fresh and came out to the table quickly. Ham and salad sandwiches were only $8.90 and were tasty. Coffee was really good. Service was friendly and meals were well priced. Would recommend for coffee, or for lunch

I have been in to the store several times since they opened, and the service has been excellent every time. The food is also fresh and yummy. The wait times I have experienced have been around 5-10 minutes, which I think is very reasonable when getting freshly cooked, good quality meals, and especially during the lunch or dinner busy period.

Instantly greeted when I walked in. Menu is the perfect size, with enough variation to keep everyone happy. The prices are fair, portion sizes are decent and the speed of service was quick too. Well done guys, super impressed

The food and the shop is wonderful! The ice coffee was just perfect ! But could the young blonde girl please stop calling every customer “ my love “ or gorgeous and mate ! It’s soooo irritating! 100% for enthusiasm but the girl is over the top !
