My partner submitted paperwork in November 2020. Then had to resubmit in March. Managed to speak to someone in a call centre in Stoke! Could not speak to the actual people sending the paperwork back. Advised over the phone but instructions were vague as person advising did not know the details. This resulted in paperwork being sent back twice! He gave up at this point. We have had to pay to speak to a solicitor to find out what to do next. Complete joke of a ‘service’ pay the money but don’t get a service or a specific individual to speak to. Had to pay more money to resubmit. Money for nothing springs to mind. Have spent three days on the phone trying to speak to someone and tried webchat which is always busy! My partner works nights so spending days trying to get through is ridiculous. I would give this a minus not even zero.

Disgusting service waited nearly 3 months for feedback, on c100 form and asked for urgent hearing. Fobbed me off to other courts, even though I contacted the helpline and they said its with them. No accountability, no apology, if they don't like something they get sarcy or ignore you. You serve the public remember that, that's why we pay our fees. If you want no accountability, long waiting time and be fobbed off, this is the place to be.

If I could rate zero stars I would do not answer phone or reply to emails I applied for divorce in august 2020 and have still heard nothing quick to take money (all paid for)though it’s stressful enough without being stuck in limbo, disgraceful service I’m now having to contemplate on getting a solicitor but why should I have to do this when all paperwork signed and paid for already absolutely shocking really getting me down

Complete and utter waste of time, one star isn’t good enough. They do not reply to any emails, do not answer the phone after several attempts, just kept hanging on for ages as others have commented. I needed to get in touch with them for an important matter but couldn’t do so for love or money. A thing they are good at though is taking your payment!!!

Not answering calls, I wish I could rate this as 0 stars. I paid and signed for my divorce in 2020 and haven’t heard anything from them till now!!!! It’s a horrible service, this place should be closed down because it feels like no one exists in there, you can’t speak with anyone or contact them.

The 2 defendants printed a will off the internet and filled it in themselves claiming an estate for the value of £140,000. This place did nothing, they ignored an expert hand writing report and 13 known signatures. I would advise anyone to avoid this place, it is disgraceful.

been trying for 4 days now to get through to someone and no one answers email or calls, turn up at the door and two VERY UNHELPFUL men simply turn you away. how am i ever supposed to get the information i need if no one will answer phone calls or emails?

I needed a copy of my divorce papers, when they called for payment I was notified of a 6 to 8 week waiting time. I mentioned it was urgent. I received a call within 2 hours with the details I needed and confirmation to posted same day. Excellent

Denial they don’t even want to see my evidence they adopted my 5 children with out myself and my partner knowing I will have a word with them in the next life in front of (god )
