I would definitely recommend buying a car from LMG, the customer service was excellent and they made me feel comfortable all they way through from choosing a car to the sales process and delivery, I would never hesitate to use this company. Lloyd's group was beyond my expectation, not only did they offer the best finance rate but there service and professionalism was excellent. Although, in the end I didn't get to buy a car from here, owed to there being major delays in them doing the remedial works such as replacing brakes and timing chain. And I needed a new car for my business. I had a very pleasant experience. Izaak was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. And didn't use any of the sales jargon you usually get at a dealership. Very honest and trustworthy place. Will hopefully get my next car from here in the future.
