Bought poxclin and zirtek for children with chickenpox there today, €24.85 for poxclin and €11.95 for Zirtek. Found to my dismay that other pharmacies in the area were at least 7 to 8 € cheaper for poxclin and €3/€4 cheaper for Zirtek. Extremely disappointed and feeling like I've been ripped off.

I went here to get a passport photo taken and the woman who served me, dark curly hair & glasses, was so unfriendly, rude and impatient that I eneded up just walking away. Definitely don't recommend going here if you want to be treated like a human.

The most unpleasant experience of buying medicine is here. Employees have bad behavior and abuse clients. They even didn't sell urgent medicine to old Ukrainian women because they think that she must leave Ireland. Unwelcome to Ukrainian refugees

Excellent customer experience. A very high level of courtesy, knowledge, availability. All the members in this pharmacy have the gentle touch with the customers. It has become my pharmacy even if I have two other pharmacies close to were I live.

Went back to return unused packets of medicine , they said it can’t be returned. But they display return policy of 28 days not sure why they display it if they are not willing to take something back .

Painful experience using the "easygifts kiosk" to print photos. Took forever to upload through Bluetooth. Staff are very nice and shop is clean but would not recommend the kiosk.

Unfortunately very very poor customer handling from the pharmacy side. I requested someone to help me to find a medicine, no one attended and I left without buying it.

Prescription, & Services held us for about an hour for an eye drop prescribed by G.P,where they asked us to wait just 10 minutes.

Ended up waiting over an hour for a small prescription which I was told would take 20 minutes
