Came here to pick up my prescription on a Monday evening - timing was great and their turnaround time was good as well; Only a mere 25 minutes wait while I do my shopping. Service was fine. However, they have my doctor's name completely wrong...not just first name, but both first and last name. "Close enough" I guess. Guess its not a very big deal - until something happens like a lawsuit... I also just realized I'm supposed to have 30 capsules but not even halfway through I'm already half done?!? Only 14 left in the container. Totally doesn't add up. I suspect I was only given 25 capsules instead. Not sure why but I'm going back to talk to them about it. Hopefully they would be able to give me a good answer; maybe the container was too small to have all 30 capsules so they end up putting in only 25. But scary. Especially lethal now that I think about... they were antibiotics and we're supposed to finish the entire course. Without it I'm at risk for infection. OK I'm downgraded this from a 2 star to a 1 star now. Charged me the full amount but only gave me 83% of my prescriptions..

I shop at this Superstore, so it seemed like a no-brainer to have my prescriptions filled here. But I'll be transferring them to another pharmacy. The staff... aren't quite rude, but they are quite clear that they would rather chat amongst themselves than deal with clientele. There has been a problem filling 5 of my last 6 orders. They never say "hello," "please," "thank you," or apologize when they've made a mistake. I'm not sure if their software is that bad or if they are poorly trained in using it, but it takes them forever to find my account every time. And they seemed incapable of sending a fax to my doctors' office. although the rest of us can reach it just fine and they always blamed it on something else. Overall, I will happily make a second trip, if it means I don't have to fight every time just to get the medications I need.

The pharmacist assumed a generic substitution was fine with me without asking my permission. I got home and called to complain as I have had adverse side effects to the generic in the past. I was instructed by the assistant to bring it back. When I did so the pharmacist blamed me for not clarifying I needed a brand name medication. I was refused any compensation for the meds I paid for in full that I can not take. I have to go get a new prescription from my family doctor and pay in full again to get the correct medication. Nothing says professionalism like blaming the client because you made an assumption. This pharmacy has inadiquitly trained assistants, pharmacists who don’t care to ask the appropriate questions and a compete lack of respect for people.

Extremely busy pharmacy. The staff is run off their feet. My experience is mixed but 80 - 90 % of the time, it is good or very good. I have never had them screw up the actual prescriptions. Always correct. One comment here talks about being shorted 5 pills. Complete nonsense. It is possible to do renewals using their phone system or online, so they are ready before you go in. They also answer their phone, so it is possible to confirm that the prescriptions are ready. I had my first Covid shot here and the process was great, given the number of people they had to process that day. I would rate them 3 - 5 based on many visits, so 4 as an average. If I had called them every time before going in, my rating would be 4 - 5.

What a joke ! I received a call from the pharmacy to book a Flu shot . When I arrived at the store 5 minutes before my appointment there were nine other people already in line . Another person told me he had the exact same appt time as me ( 10:40 ). Double booking the same time slot ? If that's not illegal it should be . After over half an hour I left , without the shot . It may interest these clowns to know that my time is just as important to me as theirs is to them and that's exactly why I make an appointment as opposed to walk in . It's a little unsettling to think that this incompetent group is in charge of dispensing drugs and delivering vaccines !

I would definitely give this pharmacy the negative stars if there’s such thing!!! What a joke this pharmacy is! No sympathy at at all and they have no basic professional attitude!!! So rude on checking my insurances. We both work at the top companies in Calgary and both have insurances from Sun Life and Manulife. This is the second time they messed up the insurances and saying they only have one in their computer. I would suggest you go somewhere else and avoid this pharmacy completely!!!

Rarely have I had a good experience picking up prescriptions from this area. Last time I went with a new Blue Cross Cards due to changes to my policy. The pharmacist was extremely rude, acting like it was a huge inconvenience to his day. He then told me the card I presented was only for travel use and he couldn't process the new policy plan. After speaking with Blue Cross, they said the card I showed was standard and they should have had zero issues applying it to the payment.

Worst service ever! I wouldn’t call the people working here pharmacists as they don’t even seem to know how to fill a prescription. Everytime I picked up my medications, the bag never had a complete list of them, either missing one or two bottles. When I called to complain, they didn’t feel ashamed at all! For the sake of my health, I’d rather use other pharmacy instead.

Worst pharmacy I have seen in. My kid had a prescription and I came to pickup, they only give me 60 ml and owe me 100 ml then told me to get it in the second day. I came again and was told they still didn’t have it, advised me to come in another two days. Here I came, they still say no to me and asked me to come back in the next day. Do you believe that?

Dentist sent prescription in the morning for pain killers so we can get the medicine after my daughter oral surgery, we went by 2pm we were asked to wait for 45 minutes, came back and they told us the pharmacist at lunch break , plz come back later, no customer service, bad treatment to me as a customer carless , i will never use this pharmacy again

Honestly, I never thought that I could dislike a PHARMACY! But then I went to this one. Pharmacists are rude from drop of to pick up. Then when you go to pick up your prescription after your allotted wait time, surprise they don’t have it, at all! They never had the product. Avoid the annoyance, just go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

if i could, i would give this place negative stars. this is supposed to be a prescribing pharmacy, they are supposed to help you. instead my “pharmacist” would not even listen to what i had to say, (which was actually quite important and has led me to the emergency room now) and she laughed at me. I do not recommend this place.

Don't recommend this pharmacy. Couple of times I have been there for refills, it never goes smoothly and the staff seriously lacks communications skills. Charged me for a prescription they did not have in stock. Had to get a refund after waiting a week which complicated my insurance coverage.

Always have issues getting a refill done on time. Don't know where is the disconnect between them and my doctor's clinic. I literally have to beg for some medications so I can survive. Customer service is alright though. Don't recommend this pharmacy …

Not a good experience. Service is slow. Staff give misinformation. Several trips to get what I need. Seems understaffed for the volume of business. They do not answer their phone. Fed up. Will change pharmacies.

I have been here for over a year and get a compound medication. They can’t make it their which I get but they say order a week to 10 days ahead and it takes sometimes 3 weeks!!!
