Very user friendly. I like that they want a little information about the sender. But it was a little picky on a couple of bills that the bank gave me. These new bills are plastic and once they start wearing out some of there coating comes off.
Easy and convenient way to exchange cash for bitcoin. The price is a bit higher but, that's what pays for the convenience. I gave it 4 stars because you have to insert the bills 1 at a time.
