My review is based on a miserable experience after being invited to 'interview' for a Project Management vacancy. I was asked to complete two, very lengthy series of specific questions BEFORE being invited to the formal interview process (initially on Linkedin by Nikki, the founder, who completely ignored my in-depth response). The questions were very specific and looked more like an attempt to obtain free digital on advice for a myriad of problems, than a means of gauging a candidate’s problem-solving skills with a view to potentially employing them. The whole process was so inefficient and poorly communicated that I can’t be sure which it was. I was left with a very negative impression of the company and would advise anyone thinking of applying to steer clear altogether.

Hi, i would just like to start by saying that i had become addicted to buying these beautiful pieces of semi precious stone items of jewellery Until i had a clumsy accident with a riviera necklace, caught in my long hair and dropped to the floor and broke!!! More fool me to think that such a large well know brand would be able to repair or replace such an item!!! Well done Nikki for having such a wonderful aftersales service, and customer care. After all these items are not cheap plastic to be discarded after a couple of wears!!! Come on Nikki, im not the only customer that has now had a bad experience with your none existent aftersales care.

Having purchased quite a lot of Lola Rose bracelets and necklace over several years, I will purchase no more. A bracelet I have worn three times keeps opening as the slipknot, for which they are famous, keeps slipping so unable to wear it. Having the necklace to match, I'm disappointed. Phoned the company, a rather disinterested lady informed me they can't do anything about it as it SHOULDN'T happen. !!!!!

Bought loads (become a bit addicted....need to have a word with myself), bracelets, necklaces, earrings and rings. Gorgeous ❤️ My only worry is whether the beading may come undone, as the knots are so tiny or how cord is anchored through the drill holes. I hope not and I am taking good care of them.

My wife is a big fan of this product and the family it has produced over the years.

Good place to choose if you are looking for a gift for loved one.
