I am am so appreciative of Dr. Mamon, and staff!!! If I could rate them at a 10 + we most definitely would!! After a bad experience at another vet clinic just yesterday, this clinic and staff were able to fit us in for a Spay for one of our family members!! (How I didn’t find them first I don’t know) As a small breeder of Golden’s and Labradors I brought my “Doberman Pet” family member to be spayed here after a previous clinic described her as aggressive in the morning (which I clearly had stated that she has never left my side...EVER, and that she is very protective of me....she has never shown any type of aggression but I made it very clear she very well may show stressful reactions in the new environment being at the vet for a longer stay etc (Potencial fear aggression) (I could go on and on about that clinic which I won’t) I quickly picked her up after the call (with clearly their staff #1 and my dogs well being most important of course) with my girl entirely stressed and worried.....to be expected regardless of course given the circumstances. Safety is first and foremost for all parties. I then walk into Lone Park (basically in tears, after tears lol) I was welcomed by the upmost trained vet tech and secretary who eased all my worries before my dog was even assessed to be ready for surgery. She took the time to meet me and my dog, even at that point I was at ease and most importantly so was my dog ❤️ She was the sweetest lovely lady (a breeder herself) and my Doberman was already at ease with her alone. Now getting to Dr. Mamon....wow... he spent almost an hour with me and going over the procedure (even though I know what it is being done and expected as breeder, my little misfit of the family needed some extra reassurance and so did I lol) she was stressed (by no means aggressive but didn’t want to leave me, I was also a wreck, which made her even more upset) and he read that on her the second he saw her! “Mom” you come with us to to the back....cause she doesn’t want to leave you”.... if she’s more comfortable with you being there you come along until we are ready” Dr. Mamon went right down on his knees the second he saw her and welcomed her and waited for her to accept him....it was amazing. Brought her a blanket as we were waiting for the initial sedation to take its course, he goes above and beyond! Chatted with me and literally made my experience the best it could have been at that point. He himself called me with updates etc as soon as she was waking from anesthesia. Picking her up she went to him aa soon as he walked into the Post - consult room!. I can’t say enough amazing words and ALL of my referrals to all of my future new puppy local owners homes! Thank you Dr. Mamon and staff! Ps: amazing prices (even though that it not the main reason for choosing this practise) but after all said and done, I couldn’t stress how amazing the care is! X 10

Response to vet: Jessie dog name- Alisa k Took my dog there for the first time because of " good " reviews and the fact that that's the only place during covid that I was allowed to enter with my pet. The whole appointment was very rushed, any question I would ask the vet would flip flop his answer, very not trustworthy. Kept talking the best in GTA and low prices. C'mon, my vet bill was very high and got sold unnecessary pills for a simple rash from his harness... Never gave those pill but paid the price of being convinced that necessary!! Guess what, 2 days later in a new harness rash is gone. I don't even think he checked from nose to tail. Just gums, ears and listened to his chest. I asked the vet to cut the nails I told him that I'll pay , he refused. Even when I pointed out half of his nails are longer and my dog is struggling going up and down the stairs. I wanted all the nails be the same size and that the " quick" go back a bit. He chuckled and said that nails are fine. I had a dog, and I know how and when and how the nails should look like. I know that half of his nails could use 2-3 mm trim . Left the clinic without even knowing if my dog is healthy, was never mentioned schedule for his deworm. And when I called the clinic asking about deworm medication, I was told in a very rude manner that since I REFUSED poop test bla bla . Yes I did refuse the poop test because my dog came firm a shelter. I know for the fact that he was given all necessary preventative medication. And didn't feel a need to pay $40-50 for a poop test. So yeah horrible experience!!! My dog is not house trained , I have hims for 3 weeks . And I have lots of people telling me that's ok, totally normal... When I asked him about it, he basically said, that's not right, he's supposed to be housetrained?! Oh well... Any question/ concern I asked was either made fun (50 cents per question) or rushed.. Left the clinic and never coming back. I honestly felt like at a car dealership , don't know who are people raving about this vet. I guess, won't be trusting Google reviews anymore!!! The only nice people where the girls at the reception!

FULL DISCLOSURE: I am currently employed by the doctors but not at this location. I took my hamster (yes, for real) to see the specialist vet here because she was sick. I don't live in the area so I probably would not drive the 20-30 minutes to take my small animal pets when I can walk down the street 5 minutes to see the doctor who's cared for 2 other pets for many many years. I also am not on a tight budget so can afford the more local clinic who charges the typical fees you see anywhere else. BUT, if my preferred pets' current vet retired, I would seriously consider switching over. Their prices are extremely reasonable (I'm not referring to a staff discount) and the quality of doctors (in particular, the two who own the practices) is great. This location is tidy, clean and new and clearly built to facilitate a full-service offering. The hours are good and rarely issues getting an appointment. My pets are also not averse to a car ride of that length so it would be one less thing to be concerned about. The only thing I'd mention is that they care so much about the well-being of their patients that sometimes their compassion to do best for the animal can come off a little strong for certain individuals but they DO respect the client's decision and circumstances--you just have to be firm with your expectations. Very reasonable and personable people to converse/interact with. Overall, if you're looking for vets who are capable, friendly and simply care about the well-being of your furry friend, I would suggest you to check it out. The good pricing is just a bonus.

Usually I’m pretty happy bringing my pups to this location, and recommended them to my parents for their pup, but I was very unimpressed how they talked my mother into giving her dog a blood test and flea and tick medication for the month of November. I’m not saying I don’t care about my mother’s pup, but if they had asked the right questions, would’ve figured she doesn’t need any blood test knowing she’s only at home all the time (especially for Covid for the past 8 months and even always). Now instead of saving my parents a discount from their regular vet, they had to pay $200+ more for useless things that a good clinic should be recommending. My local vet would first tell me all the costs and also recommended if I even needed it, not sure if Covid made them more desperate to test for other things, but no, the blood work did not need to happen and giving them flea and tick medication for November is just useless and a money grab. I would now 100% rethink ever using them again. My mother might’ve said yes to some tests, but I doubt the costs were explained to her until after or even known of the necessity of the tests (especially during Covid times). Seriously, my two dogs alone’s check up and vaccines turned up to be $350 (with tax) in downtown Toronto, I might as well bring my mother’s pup to my local vet.

My first time at this clinic was with one of my hamsters when he was sick with a skin problem. I had seen an ad for this hospital and clipped it out because it said they cared for small animals too and that they had affordable prices. Although it came to mind that sometimes 'you get what you pay for'. I decided to give this place a try and bring my little fur baby there to be looked at. I asked for Dr.Memon because i'd read a lot of reviews about him. Let me just say I was not disappointed, Dr. Memon cared for my little fur baby with such compassion and caring not to mention cared for my feelings as well. I had three appts with my little guy and though sadly in the end I had to make a hard decision Dr Memon was so supportive and caring. I was in tears each visit and Dr Memon talked me through each visit. Their prices are affordable but more importantly they are all nice and caring people that work there. If the price was good but the service wasn't, believe me I would NOT still be going there. Currently my 8 month old frenchie is a client there. I wouldn't ever consider going to another vet as long as these guys are around!!! :) Four Paws Up for Lorne Park Animal Hospital!!

I had an amazing experience with Lorne Park Animal Hospital yesterday. I have four female cats, and they all needed to be spayed. The amazing staff and doctors scheduled an appointment to have all four spayed later on in the week; all on the same day! They have some of most competitive prices and assured me that money should not be a deciding factor when considering my pets' health. One of my cats had developed hydrometra, and I was not aware of it. Hydrometra is a condition where the uterus gets filled with liquid, and if not treated immediately, can result in an elevated condition known as pyometra. The surgery was successful, and all four of my cats were returned to me the same day. Dr. Bhatti and Dr. Memon took their time explaining how to take care of my cats post-surgery, and scheduled a follow-up appointment 10 days from the day of surgery. Megan also did a very good job answering all my questions with patience, and putting up with my constant phone calls during the day. All in all, it has been an excellent experience so far, and I hope to take my cats in for their follow up appointment in about 10 days! I highly recommend Lorne Park Animal Hospital's services.

My experience has always been above my expectations, Dr. Arif Memon is a doctor who performs with his heart.His staff also follow his example and lead in their desire to aid pets and their family members. His generosity and kindness are one of a kind and it is always a pleasure to visit with him. He takes the time and energy to help you understand not only the animals well being but he explains with heartfelt emotion why things need to get done, and if it is not affordable you can make other arrangements with easier payments and outcomes. You always leave with a sense that all is being done for your pet. Thank you for all your support and service. I’ve been taking my dog to this clinic since 2013, and I’m very happy with the service provided. My dog dislikes two things: strangers & visits to the vet, but Dr. Memon is extremely patient and understanding. His calm and gentle handling of my dog puts me at ease. I can leave my dog knowing he’s in good hands. The supporting staff are also courteous and kind. When my dog was unwell last week, I was able to get an appointment the same day. I have never felt rushed during any of my appointments. Dr. Memon was punctual to all my appointments and answered all my questions. We all know veterinarian care isn’t cheap, but I appreciate that the price is always broken down and I am never pressured to move forward with unnecessary, expensive treatments. Dr. Memon’s bedside manner is excellent. He truly cares about his patients. After my visit, he personally called me two days in a row to check up on my dog and see how he was doing. It’s gestures like this that make all the difference. I will continue to see Dr. Memon and recommend him to my friends & family.

I have been taking my German Shepherd here for several years now after having a bad experience at another vet. Best decision I ever made! Dr. Memon and his team have been wonderful in making each visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Memon’s wealth of knowledge and experience allowed him to catch Pannus starting up in the early stages and he referred us to an ophthalmologist right away. Recently, we went in for a checkup with Dr. Memon because my dog was feeling sick on and off. After some blood work and a checkup, it was suggested he might be having an unknown allergy to something in his food. He suggested we switch to a low fat gastro food and my dog has been doing fantastic since! I have also brought my cats here over the years and always had great experiences with them as well. Dr. Memon always takes extra time to answer any questions and explain everything thoroughly. They always call to check in after an appointment to make sure the pet is doing well. I have never felt rushed or overcharged after an appointment. 5+ Stars from us!

I have a German Shepherd which was diagnosed with a skin disease. Three different vets prescribed the same steroid tablets to give my dog for life. I used these expensive tablets for over 5 years which were some how helpful, but had severe side effects including diarrhea, ear problems etc. I was advised by one of my friends to visit Lorne Park Animal Hospital to check my dog out. I visited this clinic where I met with Dr. Memon and Dr. Bhatti, a superb, honest, loving and extremely caring human being. He checked my dog and advised to stop those extremely expensive red coloured steroid tablets and advised to use couple of precautions. My dog since then have no skin problems and is more healthier than ever. I definitely saved thousands of dollars. I recommend Dr. Memon , Dr. Bhatti and their staff members for any kind of vet concerns. I highly recommend Lorne Park Animal Hospital to anyone with pets. I have been to both their locations and am extremely pleased with the professionalism and care that they give. Until I came here I had horrible experiences with others vets in Toronto and coming all the way out to Mississauga was a bit of a stretch for me, but I'm so glad I did. The people here know what they're doing and they care about the animals and their owners. My 2 shihpoos had some issues that were so completely mistreated by our previous vet in Toronto. My dogs have been treated for all their issues at Lorne Park with great success. They just had dental treatment and I'm soooooo happy with the unbelievable results. The dogs not only completely recovered in less than a week but they seem to be more comfortable too. I'm very grateful to them and again I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good veterinary clinic. It's worth the drive to Mississauga.

Just had my cat spayed yesterday. It was my first experience and I would say it was great. Really organized, they remind u by emails and Dr. Memon called me a day before to explain the procedure and pre operative preparation. They informed me of a doctor who will be performing my cat's surgery. When I went in they greeted me nicely, checked my pet, very friendly, nice and gentle. After I left, they called after my cat was out of surgery and informed me she was doing well. They gave post operative care instructions very clearly, I was actually very anxious about getting my pet operated, but overall experience at the hospital was smooth and wonderful. I highly recommend them. Also would like to mention they were the cheapest among all clinics offering spay, the cone and take home medications were included in the package. Thank u for your great service. Would visit again.

My experiences at Lorne Park Animal Hospital have been great! The doctors and technicians at this location are very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I've visited this location with my dog for major (life-saving surgery), minor health concerns, and regular checkups. Each visit, I am provided with lots of information, details, and answers to my questions so that I can understand my dog's health and behaviour. This allows me to feel confident in making decisions about the next steps and options for my dog's care. Also, I appreciate that the doctors and technicians follow up both before-and-after visits to confirm appointments, to check-in on symptoms, and to track healing progress. Each visit, my dog and I are well taken care of. Thank you to Dr. Memon and Dr. Warsy who continually help Tucker to be happy and healthy!

BAIT & SWITCH PRICING. Last month I brought 2 cats in to be neutered, when making the appointment I was quoted about $700 for both (slightly under $300 for the male, $350 female). But when dropping them off, the quote was almost $1000 PER CAT. I declined a long list of “extras” - even microchips, which I had hoped to get - but my final bill was still $1020!! Very disappointed they didn't honor their original pricing. The “extras” which increased my bill were IV fluids, pain meds, (& unnecessary vaccines). Imagine the horror of being asked whether you want these included in your pet’s surgical procedure. In the end, only the female cat needed the extra “at home” medicine or the lampshade collar. Lastly my cats were dropped off at 10am and picked up at 3pm - that’s not “all day hospitalization”.

I took my dog to be neutered and it was extremely convenient. They gave me an appointment just 2 days after I called. It was a bit far from my house but I heard great things so I decided to take my dog there. The staff were friendly and my dog was ready within just a few hours. They gave me clear instructions on what to do and told me to call them whenever I had a question. I wanted to mention something which was very important to me, because I lived a bit further than the location the doctor just told me to send pictures of the incision so that I won’t have to drive there, he looked at them within a few hours and I got a call back saying what I have to do and that everything is fine. I highly recommend this hospital and pricing is reasonable. Hope this helps!

Absolute best Vet clinic in the GTA!! Highly recommend them! Have had animals in my life for the last 20 years or so and have had been to a few other places before finding these guys..and I will never leave them!! So so fair with pricing..very honest, very friendly and kind staff. Always squeeze me into their schedule. Not to mention how educated and knowledgable Dr.Arif is... so impressive and such a relief to know that when I take my animals here I can trust that they are in good hands. He's also the ONLY person I know that can help us with ALLLL our animals. We own 3 snacks, 2 guinea pigs, 1 cat, and 1 dog and he has always been able to answer every question we had and steer us in the right direction!

The service at this clinic is excellent! From the first call to the surgery process and the follow up call was wonderful. The clinic was very clean and modern. Nicole and Maryanne in reception were very helpful. I had my Chichi neutered there and he recovered so amazingly. I would recommend Lorne Park Animal Hospital to anyone. They are a warm and caring clinic that will take great care of your pet. Dr. Memon and Dr. Bhatti took their time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood how to care for my puppy before and after surgery. They don't rush you and take the time to answer all your questions. They are the best in the city.

I’ve recently taken Bella, my 10 year old yorkie poo, to this location for a dental procedure. I was extremely nervous to put her under at this age, but she was in desperate need of some serious dental work. The entire experience along with all of the staff have been flawless. The consultation was honest, prices were upfront and fair, the staff were very friendly, professional, and compassionate. Bella had a speedy recovery and is in great shape. Thank you to Dr. Memon and all of the staff. I would highly recommend this animal hospital as well as the other location (Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic) that I’ve been to for the past 10 years.

superb service and friendly atmosphere all around!!!! I had such a great experience at this facility while my kitten was spayed. Spaying procedure and post operation care was outstanding, the doc who did the spayed procedure personally detailed about the how it went and post operation care and even gave medicine for home. and the best thing was the amount charged for spaying the cat was i think lowest in the area as i came all the way from Milton to this hospital. During the followup visit Doc. Arif Memon personally saw my kitten and detailed about everything and i found him super friendly. Over all 5 stars Great job !!!!

First time client booked my dog in for neuter and shots etc. The receptionist was so friendly thats honestly the 1st reason I chose to go with this vet(I called about 6 other places to get pricing and everyone was so rude). Pricing was about average compared to other vets, definitely not above average. Drop off was easy and pick up was great everything was explained to me in detail . They even called the day after his surgery to see how he was doing. And a follow up visit a week later was included in the cost. The vet and all the staff are super nice this is definitely going to be my big guys vet from now on :)

Took my cat in because of the "Good" review. As other review stated, the staff was really good, very professional, but the lady vet in the other hand was not professional at all, also really rude (did not bother to say goodbye and smash the phone down when hang up) and she seems don't know what she was doing. After I went home with my cat, one of my cat's eye kept watering. I couldn't imagine what my cat had been through with that vet. Maybe the other vets are professional, but definitely not the lady vet for my cat. I know staffs are nice, but at the end of the day, it's the vet who will perform on your pet.

I highly recommend all pet owners to visit this clinic and see Dr. Memon! He is simply the best & will take such good care of your pet. He gives genuine advises and solutions for your pets and it has worked every time for my dog. My dog is four years old and I have always been taking him to Dr. Memon, and there has never been a disappointed. Being a first time dog owner, I’ve learnt so much about dogs’ health & well being from Dr. Memon. He is so patient in explaining everything & you can trust his judgement. The staff is also very friendly & efficient and moreover, their prices are better than other clinics!

I'm convinced Dr Bhatti saved my cats life from pyometra. She was informative, kind, and very knowledgeable. All the reception people I met were the same! Elizabeth is wonderful. Very welcoming staff - which is very different from what I've grown to expect during vet visits. I also met the other doctor during the surgery follow up, I wont try to spell his name but he was equally incredible and so kind. I just got the feeling that everyone there actually cared about Annabelle, which is a first for me. Its 45 min from my house but well worth the drive to me. This vet has a new patient for life!

I've been using this veterinarian for about 4 years. They have saved me a lot of money and they have saved my dogs life multiple times. My dog likes to eat things she shouldn't eat and no matter where you go diagnostic cost you money for a proper assessment. My dog is nervous and she likes the vets here. Nothing is more stressful than being worried about your pets health and having to fight your sick pet to get a procedure done. Which here I dont have that problem cause it's mostly stress free. My dog feels safe and loves the staff. They will have my business as long as I have pets.

From the time I entered the clinic for my pups neuter, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Karolina, was friendly, and answered my questions. Tulo was well taken care of, and I recieved updates. Dr. Malik did a wonderful job, his incision site is so clean, and can hardly be seen!! I had been looking for a new Vet in the area, and when it came to Tulos neuter, I called around. After reading the reviews, and took into consideration the affordable price, I am glad I chose Lorne Park. Tulo has a new doctor, and this makes me feel relieved that I know my fur-baby is in fantastic care.

Amazing staff and service!! Dr.Memon is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The staff is also super amazing with my puppy, everytime i bring him in they always show him love and he actually enjoys visiting the vet! After getting my puppy I looked around at different clinics and Dr.Memon and his team were the most reasonably priced and took their time over the phone to explain pricing and what shots and checkups are needed! I feel the most comfortable leaving the health of my pup in the hands of such a great clinic!

I have been coming to the hospital ever since it opened. It is an amazing place where animals are well taken care of and I am always recommending it to anyone in need of vet services. Doctor Memon is kind, knowledgable, honest and caring. He takes his time to properly diagnose each pet, always explains all the options and is very clear about what in his opinion needs to be done for certain and what is just the matter of one's preference. We have been taking our yorkie puppy Stella here since we first got her at 8 weeks . We have been extremely happy with the services And the level of care Dr Arif Memon has for our pet. Our puppy is now just over 6 months. We have gotten all our shots and exams here. We also recently gotten Stella spayed . Everything has been very reasonably priced and Dr Memon is a joy to interact with for both my wife and I and Stella is always excited to see him as well. We couldn't picture us trusting her with any other vet and HIGHLY recommend Dr Memon's services.

I checked the reviews online & visited the clinic since my dog Gizmo was not been able to make pooh for 5-6 days.Dr Memon made me very comfortable & explained to me what are the causes & remedies for this.He checked the dog completely & explained the next step of action. I am extremely happy for my dog meeting a nice Doctor who does not fleas the patient by suggesting different test, I would also like to mention the staff was polite & the clinic very clean. Dr Memon has been absolutely brilliant with our adopted cat. After a botched spay by another vet, he has managed to fix our kitty. This has taken over year to sort out and Dr Memon has been very patient, helping us along the way despite multiple visits to discuss what would be the best thing to do (Our cat came back into heat a number of times after the initial spay). His staff are also polite and friendly and the hospital itself is very clean. I would heartily recommend Dr Memon and his practice

Dr. Mamon and other staff members were very kind and polite and we just took our beloved cat that was in critical condition due to her pregnancy difficulties. They saved our cat and her kittens by God's help. We went from Scarborough all the way and it was definitely worth the trip. The price would've been highly unaffordable if we had taken her elsewhere, but here, they managed a reasonable price for us. Highly caring, professional and reliable staff. Worth the trip if your pets are in pain.

I'm so disappointed with this animal clinic. My dog came in for his annual shots and exam. The veterinarian whom I did not meet saw my dog for no longer than 5 minutes. I didn't even have an opportunity to ask questions. There was no update from the vet about the state of my dog's health after the examination. Without my consent, my dog had bloodwork and was prescribed a brand of heart worm medication that I'm not familiar with. I am considering filing a complaint with their regulatory body.

We had very bad experience. Our dog underwent surgery and obviously we will have concerns and follow up questions. We only called this clinic 3 times in 2 weeks and vet already annoyed and upset with our questions. Problem is neither vet nor his staff can give straight answers which lead us to more confusion than clarity. His staff will always refer us to vet and then he gets upset. If our questions are simple, why his staff is unable to answer? Very unprofessional and insensitive.

I have been going to this location for years. I have referred family and friends to them. The staff is kind, professional and compassionate. They are reasonably priced, they take the time to explain options and procedures. I have personally gone to them for vaccines, ear infections, allergy issues and now dental work. They go above and beyond, it's very evident they care and take pride in their work. I cannot say enough good things about Lorne Park Animal Hospital.

I have been going to Lorne Park Animal hospital for over 8 years. First with my lab Buddy and then with my second lab Kaya. The care and follow up is off the charts responsive and the prices are at par or better than anywhere else I have been. Dr. Memon takes his time with every visit and answers all questions and gives his recommendations with true concern and care. The staff are all very kind and respectful. expensive because they are an animal hospital. But service is amazing. My cat was treated very nicely as I saw through the window. I was comfortable with leaving my cat there because I was getting update calls very often from the vet. The services performed on my cat were all very detailed and the vet was very helpful in explaining everything so I understood to a tee. I am content with this hospital and will definitely recommend for any emergency services.

It has been a very hard 2month since Sebastian, our cat was sick. But the staff in LP animal hospital are very supportive. Dr. Memon is very professional. He explained everything in details with experience, logical and options. Also gives us time to think through to make the best decision for our cat. Lucy is very kind and helpful, gives us lots of tips in taking care of a sick cat. Thank you very much for all of your help. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Memon and all the staff here are absolutely amazing. I was visiting another vet and they were great but far away so I decided to try a vet closer to home and so glad I found Dr Memon. He truly went over and above for my dog Parker and you can tell that Dr Memon really cares for the animals. And they have extremely reasonable rates compared to other vets in the area. I will be coming here regularly from now on and I highly recommend them!

My furr babies are loving this place, I have never seen my babies, so relax during vet visits. Especially if shots are involved, I have seen two different doctors at the clinic, and they are both fantastic, friendly, no rush, and certainly a touch to calm their sweet patients. Their prices are easily 25% less than most other places, and you definitely don't get the mechanic treatment (scam, money hungry). I highly recommend this place

Dr Memon is very good at what he does. Our cat had urinary blockage and he thoroughly explained to us all the viable options of treatments with cost and after effects. He took proper time to assess our cat and is very compassionate. Also the other staff members are very sweet and polite. The clinic called us the next day to ask how he was recovering which meant a lot to us. Highly recommend this clinic.

I brought my Shih poo in for his neuter and when the doctor examined him it turned out he had two of his testicles that had not dropped which can be very serious and turn into cancer if left without surgery. The doctor was able to complete the surgery which was more difficult than a normal neutering and educated me on how to take care of my puppy post op. I will not go anywhere else

Year update: the veterinarian is an extremely pleasant guy who will not price gouge for a quick buck. He knows his stuff and it is very obvious he cares about your pets, but he also respects any possible budget you may have. The staff is very professional and they were gentle when handling my cats. Even though I live on the opposite side of town from this clinic I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Memon is one of the most caring vets that I have ever dealt with. He always takes his time in explaining ever aspect of our dogs care, the options available and never makes us feel rushed or that he is in a hurry to get to his next patient. My puppy Rowen has been going to Lorne Park Animal Hospital since before I got her. Dr. Memon, Karolina and the whole team are great. Each and every time we go to the visit, Rowen is super eager to go through the doors and say hi to everyone. Needles, xrays, spay surgery and more, she seems to still love going to the vet! They take great care of both puppy and human.

Will never take my dog to this. Clinic ever again. The lady vet has no clue to what she's doing. Wasted thousands of dollars and sent to a specialist just so they can tell me that my dog has congestive heart failure. I got a recommendation to go to a different vet and may I add that it was the best thing I did for my dog. To much money and time wasted. Never again!

Amazing staff, the doctors are super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I came into the clinic freaking out that my cat was throwing up repeatedly and they got her taken care of right away and with the utmost care. She is now happy and stable, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their animal (and human) to experience top quality of care.

The staff at intake were efficient,kind and explained everything. Plus they never tried to push extras on us the day of our cats neuter. They call several times to make sure our little saucy was doing fine after his surgery. Their rates were more reasonable than anywhere we checked. We highly recommend this hospital and it's staff.

Dr Memon is so nice and reassuring. It’s my first pet and I was anxious to get him neutered but I read the reviews on here first and decided to take my boy to see them. Excellent Animal Hospital, clean offices and friendly staff. Dr. Memon is very experienced and knowledgeable vet, he has been taking care of our boxer since he was a puppy and it's always been a pleasure to come in for a checkup. The prices are very reasonable and we've never been pushed for any unnecessary shots or medications.

I Googled spay and neuter clinics and this place came up, we took our new kitten there and received great treatment at a great price. I then got a new puppy and they were the first choice as the new Vet. They are reasonably priced and very comforting when we visit and just give a good feeling overall when visiting.

Great Staff and Doctor Arif Memon is Amazing. Provided Urgent care to our Cat Toby. Very detailed Consultation and goes above and beyond for his clients. We never felt rushed or pressured. Doctor took everything step by step and you can tell he cares deeply for the Animals and their owners. Would Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend this clinic! I have a really aggressive German Shepherd, however Dr. Memon and Carolina are very patient with him and they know exactly how to handle him. Dr. Memon is always friendly, professional and offers helpful advice on how to care for our two dogs. Their prices are also unbeatable!

They are very professional and take great care of my cat. they always call the day after her shots and after her spay surgery to make sure she hasn't had any problems, allergic reaction or any other complications. Lorne Park Animal Hospital is truly a blessing, the staff is friendly, informative and to the point. The place is clean, our cats and dogs have been going there since we brought them home Dr. Memon is very helpful, expert in his field, provides excellent advise and in depth insight about the breeds.

Most horrible experience!!! My Dog died a couple weeks after visiting this vet for the first time. This place does not care about your pets they are just here to make money and pump your fur babies with meds. Don’t make the same mistake as me as I will never forgive myself for being my dog here.

Everything about this place is purrrfect. (sorry I had too XD ). Seriously though, the vets are really good. The staff care and are well trained. Everything is so clean. You can't beat the prices. There are not enough goods words available to best describe this place. Full recommended.

They care about the well being of the animals first, and do everything they can to get them the help they deserve. We started going because we found a stray but couldn't afford normal vet bills. Its nice knowing that we don't have to break the bank to have the pets healthy.

I brought my 6 month puppy to get neutered here, prices were much more reasonable than my usual vet downtown Toronto. The vet did a great job, very small and clean incision. My pup is doing well, was completely normal the very next day. I would definitely return here.

The staff here is amazing! Dr. Bhatti and Dr. Memom truly care about your pets. My cat ingested lily plants and I thought I lost them, I may have called the clinic over 50 times asking for updates and the entire time the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

Dr. Memon is a phenomenal doctor. We brought in our old and sick cat and he took such great care when diagnosing him and was wonderful with explaining everything in great detail. Clearly cares about what he does and the animals that come into his clinic.

Very reasonable prices. Annual vaccines only cost 60.00. I opted out for the fecal sample but still at a reasonable price that would have only been an additional 40.00 more. Compared to most vets in the area this office is very affordable!!

Staff, descent enough, Veterinary Doctor tried to put on us our pet problems. Instead than explaining how to take care of it. Not professional at all. I guess they dont want bad reviews. We felt my pet was just a number. Long story.

Finally we found a vet that knows how to help my schnoodle. Our doggie all of a sudden was having numerous problems. The vets at this clinic solve them all. She is 13 years old and is back to be her mischievous self. Thank you.
