Im giving this place a 3 star rating because the service here isnt that great. On a regular day maybe 2 girls wait tables, that dont speak english well. Also i think the pricing is a bit high, even for a glass of water. The staff isnt very friendly either, but with all of that said the food isnt too bad... It is wheelchair accessible, theres plenty of parking, and is located right off the service road of 35. Its centered right in the middle of 3 different hotels, of which are mostly workers from out of town which is an ideal place to eat for either type of patron an out of town worker or a common guest at the hotels. The sign is a little hard to see at night because of the coloring of the letters and the fact that it isnt to well lit, i think they are currently making repairs on the lighting of the sign at this time. If you're in town or live near by check it out. But prepare yourself for not so great service, but decent food!!

1st time ever. Ordered 3 tacos of chorizo, potato, egg, & cheese on flour. 1st time they came, it was chorizo only, sent back. 2nd time, came back minus the potatoes. Coffee refilled only when I flag down someone. Restaurant was nightclub dark. Lighting only from large TVs and sunlight coming thru front doors. My bill for 3 tacos & a coffee, $14.03 before the tip! I'm pretty fair and usually give a 2nd chance, but not this time but hey, I'm always up to try something different!

1 block south of Rundberg/35 light. You've seen the area a 1000 times. Not the safest or securest 'hood in the city!

Stopped by on the way back from Waco and was pleasantly surprised with the food at this restaurant. The chips and salsa were on point and the Carne Asada we got along with our shrimp and oyster cocktail was delicious. The aguas frescas they have here were also delicious and refreshing. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. The parking is a little weird since it wraps around the restaurants side but plenty of spots towards the back.

The restuarant was full but we were able to be seated right away. It was a Sunday around noon. The place is small, seating is tight. The food is very tasty. I ordered enchildas suizas there were pretty good. My only dislike is they didnt serve it with rice nor beans. They was an extra charge for that. My husband ordered their famous soup he said the broth seemed water down a bit. The drinks were pretty good. Restaurant seemed cleaned. I wouldnt revisit unless i was close by.

Food was decent , we ordered a parrillada for 2 . The flavor was good but it was mainly veggies and the chicken was chopped up super tiny that we could barely see it. The drinks are decent . They lack in customer service , they rarely checked to make sure we were good- this is the main reason why it’s a 3 instead a 4 . They were a bit busy so I guess I could give them that. Overall I would recommend if you are on a trip to Austin and you want to grab a bite .

It was bad, the waitress did no understand what I wanted and brought me something totally different, didn't offer to change the plate, I returned it then when it was time to pay I was being charged for it, that's when I ask are you still going to charge me for, they end up no charging me for, service was ok I think the waitress need to be trained more as how to handle this kind of situations.

Ordered bistec a la mex and it barely had meat my friend ordered the fish and it was watery on the inside not likely to go back on top of everything there was a roach on our table not budget friendly

Came here 'cause someone recommended ,Security guard seats and greets, they probably didn't see me coming 'cause took them forever to take my order I had to go to cashier to request service, margarita taste like frozen water fish fillet tasteless, shrimp but no shrimp sauce had to ask for tartar sauce overall plate no good. Doubt there's a next time

Place is nice! Just watch your ticket come time to pay. I was charged 29.00 for a LRG quesadill with fajita, a kids cheese quesadilla, and two aguas frescas one kid and one adult. Theres no way that was right but they didnt seem to understand and to avoid confrontation I paid it. And I added tip! I was ripped off but I wont go again.

This place use to be great. Last time we went for my step-sons Birthday, it was terrible.The margaritas were just shaved ice, and the food had no seasoning. The waitress never came back to check on things and I felt I shouldn't have to hunt them down. We'll never return here to waste our money. We spent $44.86 for nothing.

We loved our food. Great salsa. Good quantities. Good service. Only downside was the tight seating and the swamp cooler.

Went here for lunch with my husband- good service, good food, and decent prices. The restaurant looks good on the inside, they had the jukebox playing, and flat screens with the game on. Perhaps some of those other customers showed up on an off day but we really like this place and will definitely go back.

Waitress was so rude. She never said anything but what's your order, but she spoke to the other tables multiple times. I guess since we weren't guys, we weren't important.

Double check your receipt they will charge you extra tip without your knowledge. The service was mid and the waitress was really rude. There was hairs in my drink it was in the ice so I think their ice filter isn’t working properly. Wouldn’t recommend just save your money and go somewhere else. More

Went here Saturday, really disappointed, 15% was added to my bill when it was just myself,husband,1child, when menu says 5or more, between my husband and I food did not add to 51, but when I added the items together plus the gratitude added up to that . Plus left a good tip not going there again.

Wow! We were in town for the night and needed a late night dinner spot. Well this place was awesome! Food was excellent, service was excellent and we came on a Saturday night which was apparently karoake night. The people can sing! Go to this place. They are open til 1am!

What a gem! If you want real authentic Mexican food, a place where locals eat ... This is the place. Gosh I have never had spanish rice this good. My burito was excellent. My hubbys food was superb. Reasonably priced $44 that included food, margaritas and tip.

They are the closest Mexican restaurant to me. Three times in a row they messed up my order. I asked for no sour cream, they put it on the plate, I asked for no Pico they put it on the food. I asked for red sauce and they gave me green never eat there again!!

Small, local, clean family-run restaurant with fantastic, authentic Tex-Mex. Not too sweet margaritas, fresh pico & guac, perfectly balanced verde sauce for chicken enchiladas. Bonus: nothing was over-salted. This is our new go-to favorite Tex-Mex.

Cold.bland food. Chicken was fried , refrigerated and warmed in the microwave and served. Cold limp french fries. Meat in chili was dried out and left sitting. Looks like this place is the next episode of Restaurant Impossible.

The food is excellent and the service is prompt with an excellent variety of Tex-Mex Staples that are original like their shrimp nachos and a great selection of steak dishes , it's my favorite Tex Mex restaurant in Austin .

Place is a cozy place, it's for Mexican people, with kareoke and Mexican music, the food it's not that great, but they have TV's to watch your sporting event, the parking lot is small.

Love coming to this place food is authentic and the music and atmosphere are fantastic if you want to break away from the casual Tex Mex. Price is fair It gets very busy on weekends.

Great place for watching World Cup soccer and probably for drinks (didn’t try). Good service. Food seemed off - like the oils were going rancid. Really would never eat here again.

They call nacho cheese "queso fundido" that is just not right for an "authentic Mexican restaurant" music was super loud right behind us. Not the best experience.

Los mariscos where really good here, the overall food here is good. The service does need to improve here, especially that one tall guy.does he know how to smile.
