DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY. NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY. My girlfriend got the shrimp quesadilla, she has an egg allergy. The only reason she got the shrimp quesadilla was because THE MENU said it only contains beans, guac, pico, cheese, and sour cream. Turns out the shrimp and fish quesadillas actually come with their secret sauce and cabbage (like the shrimp and fish burrito) but it wasn’t actually on the menu. My girlfriend had an allergic reaction in the restaurant because of these idiots that don’t know how to write a correct menu. I will not be coming back. I cannot eat at a restaurant where I cannot trust the menu. A menu that is going to lie to me is a place I do not want to dine at regardless of the flavor. I even asked one of the staff members if the quesadilla had any egg in it including if the sauce had egg in it. I was told no. Their own staff doesn’t even know or bother to check with the kitchen. DO NOT EAT AT LOUIE’S TACO SHOP GO TO VICTORS INSTEAD!!!! WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

We got our food to go(4 young kids), but it was amazing! We got several tacos, the regular chicken with onions and chicken pastor were both amazing options. We are super glad to have this local option! Wife and I will be back for a date night. The booths look very nice and cozy as they are setup to be very private.

The food is incredible and both me and my wife enjoyed the quality. The food preparation is slow (new and understaffed?), so mentally prepare yourself to wait at least 30 min. Enjoyed the atmosphere, as i felt i was at beach restaurant off the Gulf of Mexico. We will definitely come back.

100% lives up to the hype! Birria taco was heaven. The chicken quesadilla was huge and amazing. No liquor yet, but they have a great selection of Mexican beers. I’ll pass on the side of rice and beans next time. They were good, but paled in comparison to the rest of the food.

My family ate at Louie’s tonight and we were all floored by how good it was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, employees were kind and efficient, and food was amazing. The birria tacos and guacamole were the best I have had in Bellevue. Oh, and they serve Coke products, which is a must for our family. Go visit them when you get a chance—you will be glad you did.

I am not familiar with the area as I just moved here and was just looking for somewhere to eat. A Google search returned this place, I checked the menu and thought it would do. Well they did not disappoint. The quesobirria quesadilla was delicious and the chicken nachos were plentiful! They give good portions for the price and the flavors are authentic! I will definitely be returning!

The food was very good. (The guacamole was a little too spicy for me). The only thing we really didn’t like was the music because it was extremely loud. It was the first Mexican restaurant we’d been to that didn’t put chips and salsa on the table.

Ordered a burrito, didn't know it was frozen, usually except hot food from a restaurant, this place is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. After taking it home to cook it there was 2tsp. Of meat and 22tsp. Of rice. Never go there!
