My partner and I ordered a movie sac from the Lexon location almost two weeks ago. Our sale's associate Bouba was very attentive and kind during our purchasing process. He answered all the questions that we asked and helped us choose the best fabric for our family's needs. Now, we recieved the movie sac via FedEx and allowed the several days for it to breathe and grow. During this process we did not sit on it--we just fluffed, turned, and tossed it daily. Fast forward six days later and my partner sits on it and sinks to the hardwood floor! We revisit the Lexon showroom to look at their display again which is a super sac ( one step down from ours)but also super fluffy. Bouba was there again, happy and helpful like before. He informed us to contact customer service for extra foam so we did. I spoke to someone (I cannot remember her name because they don't give it when answering the phone) who validated what Bouba stated ]but in the mist for me explaining that our moviesac is flat like a pancake when sitting on it and nothing like the showroom's fluffy sac. She interrupted me to tell "oh we can send you more foam". The foam is weighed so sometimes the sacs can be slightly under or over she added. The warranty includes 20 lbs of extra foam over the lifetime of the sacs that will be dispersed in 10lbs increments.They told us to email them two pictures of the sac so they can determine how much foam to give us. As I reflected on this conversation I thought so they sell us a sac that is not nearly fluffy as the one they display in the store and I only have 20lbs of extra foam to get my sac as fluffy as I thought it would be?! Hmmmm sounds silly to me.... if the product is not right why should that be against my warranty?? I call back only to speak to Nicole supposedly a manager. Which she did not give her name when picking up the call either and I had to ask for it. I explained to her the above and that I spoke to someone earlier and our dilemma of the warranty vs the defective product. Nicole was very short and rude! She stated well it's up to up what decide to do with the sac( doesn't advocate for the product) and whatever she told you is right because she's the warranty manager regarding the amount of foam. She also stated that the showroom sacs are fluffed with extra foam for that appearance and shape basically. Hmmmm... I asked more questions regarding returning the product and she stated the facts- unconcerned and appeared to be in a rush to end the call. You can tell these people probably work from home. Now, I did call 30 minutes before they closed but never did I expect the level of customer I received from Nicole especially since Lovesac is supposed to be a premium product! The sac cost almost $900 buck for a foam sac with deficient amount of foam. I made Nicole aware that our call was being record for the lack of customer service further, she would ultimately be the reason why we return the LoveSac and why the sales associate Bouba would miss out on his commission after all the hard work he put in. My partner and I refuse to support a company where the the employees do not provide excellent customer service, respect the people and advocate for the product that keep them employed. I hope LoveSac record their conversations so that they can offer better training and fire those people that help there product sales go down.

I called the Atlanta Lovesac store to inquire about their Squattoman and asked if they happened to have one in the store. They had the item (which happened to be a return) along with the cover in the taupe color I wanted. I asked if I could receive a discount on the Squattoman because it was a used item on the floor. A sales associate said she'd have to ask a manager. A second sales associate called me back and said he had "good news." He said the manager would sell me the item for 60% off but the cover would be full price. I agreed to the terms and asked the associate if he would hold the Squattoman and the cover under my name so I could come buy them both the next day. He gladly agreed to hold them under my name. The next morning I drove 45 minutes to the Lovesac store at Lenox Square. I walked in and asked the associate (the first one I had spoken to on the phone the day before) if she could retrieve the items so I could pay for them. She looked straight at me and said she just sold the Squattoman that morning before I arrived. Then she stared at me and said nothing else. I asked to speak to the manager. He came out of his office and told me that they don't hold items. I explained that his associate had clearly told me he would hold the items under my name. He simply stared at me and said nothing else.... no apology....no effort to rectify the situation...no customer service by the manager or the two other associates standing there. Finally I asked (in a state of disbelief) if they would be kind enough to call other stores to see if the item could be found elsewhere. The manager was quick to explain that all the Lovesac stores in the country were busy that day because of their Labor Day sale and that he wouldn't be able to reach anyone on the phone. Wow. I went ahead and purchased the cover and left the store. After I recovered from this stunning absence of customer service, I returned and asked for the names of the four largest Lovesac stores outside of Atlanta. The manager said he would give me the names but he couldn't provide any phone numbers. I walked to my car and called the second store on my list and received excellent customer service from the Houston Galleria Lovesac. The Houston associate immediately arranged to have a brand new Squattoman sent to me at a discounted price and apologized for the poor treatment I received from the Atlanta store. Just be aware that there is no longer any effort to service customers at the Atlanta store. (our family was among one of the first clients in Atlanta and were not treated this way a few years ago. Things have changed.)

The guy in the store was pretty cool and helpful. He deserves 4 stars. Wish he told me my coupon was only good if I bought the covers first. As for the purchase... 2.5 stars currently, because so far, not entirely impressed: it was still pretty expensive even after the coupon I used. I had to make sure to be home during multiple deliveries (time window was "by 8pm" both times) and I've already found scratches (at least 8 scratches, 3 of which are 2-3in long) on 3 parts straight out of the box/bag. I am struggling to unpack the rest. Just for reference, I'm 130lbs, and I am standing on pieces to do what those YouTube guys in the unpacking videos of locasac sactionals are doing in seemingly effortless motions, so if you are not very strong, prepare yourself because you'll be getting your daily exercise in and then some. It is pretty comfy once it was put together. One additional note: if you are considering a purchase, I would be very careful with any from here. I read on some pissedconsumer website that Lovesac has discontinued lines (so no, you can't keep adding to your sactional forever like they tout), their warranty could be limited (I didn't pay attention to that part because usually I don't use that), they charge you a restocking fee if you change your mind, and according to most of those consumers, customer service is a nightmare: getting kicked off hold, canned responses, withholding information... I also suspect that if you use a coupon, they send you one of the restocked ones so technically it's lightly used when you receive it (I have 3 scratched pieces so far). So good luck if you do!

I had been trying to purchase this furniture for about a year and had so much trouble. First, I applied and was approved for financing but could not complete my purchase on their website. After 4 phone calls without resolution, I decided I would try again another time. Tried again online and still could not get it to go through. After several months, I decided to take the 1.5 hour drive to the showroom and place my order in person. The fabric that I received as a sample was not available so I had to pick something else. Then, we get my order in the system and because I forgot to show military ID to receive the discount, the staff was unwilling to reverse the transaction and resubmit it with the discount. Once my order was delivered, I reached out to customer service to let them know that one of the cover sets was missing a piece for the pillow. I was told that someone would reach out to me to let me know what to do and I have heard nothing. Meanwhile, I still haven’t received my complete order or any instructions for how to remedy my missing cover. This furniture is way too expensive to have to assemble it and not get someone to help when there is an issue. If my family didn’t want this furniture so bad, I would send it all back and get something already assembled from a traditional furniture store. Not very satisfied.

So Far ... Have been thinking about purchasing a Sactional for some time. One of my biggest reservations was not being able to sit on it since it was an online purchase. As I was spending a lot of money I was concerned about the comfort of it. After looking more into it I found they had a store about 30 miles from me so I went to the store. After sitting on the Sactional for about 30 minutes and asking a lot of questions. I left the store to think about it a bit more. They had a 24 month interest free special and manager Tonia assured me it was good for at least another week. After sleeping on it I decided to go back and purchase the Sactional. I purchased 4 bases and 5 sides. When placing the order they realized that the 24 month interest free offer had been stopped but the gave it to me since I was told it would last at least another week and it was only the next day. All pieces arrived 6 days later (I was thrilled since it was stated 7-10 days) assembly was not bad at all with the help of a friend it took us about 2 1/2 - 3 hours to assemble all pieces. I have not yet had 24 hours with the couch but so far I LOVE it. Will need to see over time if that remains. My biggest hope it that although it was a lot of money to spend in the long run if it lasts as long as they say it will be worth it.

We purchased a lovesac sectional about 2 months ago. We are very happy with our purchase. In comparison to other sectionals we looked at, we could really customize the shape to our room size. Plus I have young children so I like the idea that I can wash the covers. We chose the standard filling, which at first seemed firm, but there is no fluffing needed, which other sectionals need everytime you get off of it. I recommend you visit the store to choose your fabric. There are so many to choose from! It is really over whelming the number of choices. They did warn us that if you got a custom fabric you could not exchange the covers, plus they take longer to arrive. I stayed within the standard offerings. If you order swatches from the website they are TINY. They only really show you what the fabric would look like in your lighting. The sofa negative is that they are a more modern sofa which means the back is low. Also I don't like the cushions that go on the back of the sofa. They are thin and not fluffy enough in my opinion for a back. However that can be solved with some nice throw pillows.

I would not encourage working with this specific showroom. Both the showroom manager and the assistant showroom manager seem eager on making sells but once the sell is over with neither Anjel nor Asia seem to care if there are discrepancies with your order such as items ordered in the incorrect color, items missing from your order, or items in you order arriving damaged. We spent seven weeks working with Anjel and then Asia to be avoided, ignored, and taken advantage of. Thankfully customer support bas able to correct an issue that neither Anjel nor Asia could correct in over seven weeks in just an hour. 10/10 do NOT recommend visiting this location. When you spend over $7,000 on a couch you expect great customer service but here they hurry off of the phone to resolve your issue and ensure they'll call back and never do. I have been waiting on a call back since August 17th about multiple discrepancies on an order placed July 2.

If I could give 0 star, I would. They got my order wrong for 3 months and the problem still NOT resolved. Do NOT order thru store! Terrible and SUPER SLOW customer service! Order pillowsac with light color cover, they sent me a brown one, TWICE!!! Over 2 months they still did NOT sent the correct cover. Store Manager was of no help even I've emailed and called him to rectify the problem. Finally got to the Regional Manager, still took over 1 month just to get the cinch kit, with NO return shipping label despite I've been asking for that for a month. NO follow up communication. Ordered made early September and now it is mid Dec, I still do NOT have the shipping label to return the wrong cover and the pillowsac without a correct cover. Also, their quality control is very poor, covers for the sactionals are not all the right measurements to fit the modules. Some fit, some don't.

I have to start with Mike @ the Lennox Mall LOVESAC location was AWESOME!! My wife & I basically knew what we wanted going in but Mike was still very helpful in answering all our questions about setups & coverings for the Sactionals. Mike also worked with me to add a “Big One” LOVESAC to the order without my wife knowing so I can surprise her!! ...I would also like to thank Mike for going out of his way to be as “COVID SAFE” as he could be...He sanitized his hands before touching stuff & wore a mask the entire time! ...My wife & I are moving soon so it will be a couple months before we actually set up our Sactional so we’re bummed about the wait but very happy with our buying experience so far! Thanks in large part to Mike!!

I called the Lenox, ATL store directly to inquire about Lovesac. I was given detailed information about the products. The sales associate assisted me with excellent help and input. She explained ordering details via the phone and what to expect through email. There were no hidden surprises! I received the purchase order and email promptly, in fact, much sooner than I had anticipated. This sales associate was extremely conscientious of over the phone ordering—- she impressed me greatly with privacy and security! It was the most pleasant and feel good shopping experience I’ve had in quite some time. She was confident, kind, and trustworthy! Thank you!

Great experience at Lovesac. Loved the couches, from reviews I’ve read online they have great durability and a fantastic lifetime warranty. Additionally, the team was amazingly helpful; Kristen was the one who helped us and explained everything clearly and concisely. I was super shocked to find out that during the shortages and supply chain issues right now they said they would be able to get me my couch in 2 weeks, and it ended up shipping before end of week 1!! This is versus Lazyboy, and while I love them as well, they had a 9 month lead time for a comparable couch. Super satisfied with my experience at lovesac and interacting with the team.

My experience has not been good, I ordered the luv soft cushions and received 1 out of four almost 6 months with an expected date of mid-September however if you are a new customer you will receive your cushions in a couple of weeks, tell me how that makes sense. Also, they asked that I send back the incorrect cushions and they will send me the replacement once they receive the cushions from us, so think about that, if I would have sent back my cushions I would be without cushions for 6 months, no thank you. If I had to do it all over again I'm not sure I would purchase a luvsac simply because of the service, not the product.

I have been researching sectionals for the past two months and finally decided to go to the Lovesac showroom at Lennox Square. Anjel was so nice and friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. After leaving the store I ran home to rave about the product and insisted my spouse go back with me to meet with Anjel to finalize the purchase. She was amazing and was also a big reason we went back to the showroom to put in our order. We could’ve easily ordered online. If you are looking into the Lovesac, be sure to stop at Lennox square and speak with Anjel.

I was hesitant about visiting the store due to the poor reviews at the Atlanta location. But needed to visit because I couldn’t quite get the online configuration to work as I wanted. Had a great experience when I visited the Lenox location. Mona provides excellent customer service, VWR patient, polite and knowledgeable of the Lovesac products. Only opportunity was the website did not specify appointments required. I texted the number on the door and Mona assisted immediately. My sac arrived in 3 separate shipments but prior to two weeks.

I worked with the Lenox store located in Georgia. Love Sac is awesome. I ordered my couch 7seats and 8 sides with quick ship Taupe color.I had two deliveries the same day. I didn’t expect the shipment for 4 weeks. In less than 3 weeks my living room was filled with 19 big boxes. They also have videos to help make since of everything.I had MANY questions. The manager (Tonia)I worked with @ Lenox was very professional and very patient. The best part about the couch is the warranty. I am very impressed and I will be ordering again.

Probably the worst Customer Service i had ever Had. None of the Sales associates are knowledgeable regarding products or policies for the company. Every time i call the store i have a different answer for a returns and policies. Because of this store product I ended up with a 2000$ worth of product which are not up to my satisfaction. Beware with the custom orders you make. I would recommend i make a purchase from a different store for a better experience Ps: Store associates are most unprofessional and no knowledge on policies.

I only just heard of Love Sac. I have been looking for furniture that I don't have to worry about getting dirty. I have lived with sheets on everything to keep it clean. I work outside and I come in muddy and dirty to cool off from the Ga heat. And then go back out again. The store was great. I bought one chair and will build on it every other month when I can afford it. This purchase will be the most expensive thing I bought for my self except for a car and house. I believe it will be worth it.

We purchased a Lovesac sectional and the sales staff was great, shipping was fast and I love the color of the couch. There is only one problem but it’s a huge one. We have ours configured with the deep setting but it makes the cushions for the back far too wide to fit properly. In order to fix the issue we’d have to order different side pieces. Very frustrating for so much money. We either have to jam all of the back cushions in and have them overlap or take one away and have a huge gap.

The customer service was good. They were quick, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. They were able to answer all of our questions. The only real issue I had was there where two stores in the same mall. The two stores did not seem to communicate with each other. If I did not accidentally bump into the primary store, I would have missed my appointment thinking no one was at store to support me at the scheduled time. There are no signs informing the customer of these two locations.

I went to the store to look around, and they were closed. (Moving in to the new location. ) When they noticed I was looking through the window. They welcomed me in and bent over backwards to make sure I had all the information I needed. Then even though their computers weren’t installed yet, they figured out how to get my order completed on a phone, I had driven over an hr. to order my new love sac. Great experience, thanks guys. I can’t wait to see my delivery show up!

We have a LOVE/hate relationship with our new LOVESAC furniture thanks to Heather Rhone who was extremely instrumental in assisting me through the COVID process of purchasing. We totally LOVE it because its incredibly comfortable, the color & fabric we choose fit perfect with our home decor, its absolutely adaptable and can be easily be rearranged to create different looks. Now why we hate it.....all we want to do is come home and sit in it.

Falling out of love with Lovesac. For such an expensive piece of furniture, it’s a shame that we can’t get a complete unit delivered successfully within a reasonable time frame. We waited two weeks for the first order to be made and shipped, only for FedEx to declare the shipment lost. Now another two weeks making the replacement shipment and we’ve yet to get a straight answer on when the unit will ship or tracking numbers. So disappointed.

While researching this sofa configuration, comfort, longevity, options, costs, etc., I chose to check reviews before proceeding further. What I see is VERY LITTLE review of the product (which MOST of the reviewers have not yet received) and the majority dealing with the pros & cons of sales staff. Get real folks. I want to know your review after you have actually lived with this product in your home for a while, not in the showroom.

Couldn't be happier! I've love my LoveSac sectional when I first purchased it and I'm more in love with it after I was able to add another base. Thank you, Johnathan for recommending that I purchase additional slipcovers with my initial purchase which made it so easy to add on when I was ready. My husband is thrilled with his new chaise configuration. Can't thank you enough! Great customer service!!

While I love the couch it hasn't been worth the headache.The customer service has been terrible. When my couch shipped one of the deep back pillows never shipped. I received an email on August 9th saying it shipped and it never did. I've called the store 4 times and every time I'm told a manager will call me back and they never do. It's December and I'm still waiting on a call back or a refund.

Bro I purchased the big one as an early Christmas present for myself and it did not disappoint it is worth every single penny and when I make some more money I’m getting another one it is well worth the hype if comfortable,cozy, and it’s so soft 10/10 would recommend there is literally no negatives when getting a love sac it is well worth it get it now!!!!!!

Helpful staff. Clear information, no annoying upselling. SUPER comfortable product—at least in the store. They shipped quickly and I’m looking forward to spending days slumped in front of the TV, drooling in comfort. And the covers are machine washable so the drool will come right out.
