Subject: The Staff at Lovisa do NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES. I bought two items off their online store, The ring was to big for me and I decided to go and exchange it at This specific store. The cashier/assistant at the store had no idea how to process online exchanges and called her manager to which her manager responded by saying that they do not do in store exchanges for online items purchased. The cashier/assistant abruptly ,proceeded to say We can't help you" . Unsatisfied with their unwillingness to help me, I took it upon myself to find their policy and train her on what Lovisa website clearly states. I refused to walk out of the store until I was helped. After calling two more managers (who both had no idea about the return policies )the last call was to the regional manager,ahhhhh we finally found one person who understands and knows Lovisa policy's and I managed to get a refund .... please take note: your assistant did not apologise for providing me with the incorrect information Your assistant was sarcastic and pointed me in face when explaining procedures she herself did not understand. I am disappointed in the service and will no longer support this store.
I am so dissatisfied with lovisa , specifically in blue route mall . Not only for their customer service but for the low quality range of jewellery they offer to get piercings done with . My boyfriend got his ears pierced about three months ago and his ear hasn’t healed since . The earrings that are supposedly surgical is contributing to the prolonged healing process as they are literal needles at the tips as it has also caused so much irritation.Another pathetic thing is that the person qualified to do this type of job ( piercings of course ) didn’t even shoot the lobes identically in or not even close to identical , i didn’t say anything once the process was done as I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt … but now I am just upset because the ears should have not been causing this much pain and suffering. This is the second time my boyfriend has had his ears pierced and the first time did not even come close to this awful experience. Lovisa , your promised pricing is pathetic for piercings as I would have thought that the high pricing is for the best quality . Stop using your cheap stuff you sell in the stores for piercings

We NEVER ask them to do anything out of their job description we'd rather spend a long time there trying to find something we're looking for, and if we cannot, we reach out for help. And please don't get me started on the manner in which they answer the phone!!!! Wow! Management, please step in and train your customers to deliver service willingly and with a SMILE, and "thank you for your purchase, have a good day" it's that simple, please guys, I've worked in customer service including retail for 8 years, just BE NICE and KIND!! We've never given you a problem nor have we ever confronted you in person, but please.....just start being nice. We're all facing some sort of battle in our lives. Please Managent, take note and make the changes. I've just gone through some more of the reviews and it's been months yet people have similar complaints about the customer service they've experienced. Kindest Regards
Have been to this store many times. Amazing range of silver jewellery and very helpful assistants. I went in to buy jewellery for two of my school's matric girls who could not afford it re matric ball and the assistant was so sweet and cheerful. She spent nearly half an hour assisting the girls to match their dresses to the items they wanted and managed to find items on sale to keep my wallet happy too! Keep it up, Lovisa, you rock!
Rude staff and loud music, it's a horrid combination. It's year-end and everyone's felt the effect of this year. Turn the music down, smile, be friendly, and stop banging cupboards. You may make more sales with a change in your attitude. We don't want to hear about stock that needs to be unpacked. I keep promising not to visit this store but I keep giving you the benefit of the doubt. Never again!
Not a real piercing studio. The gun is extremely bad (also banned in certain countries)and unhygienic. It also is reused without being cleaned and blunt force is used to shove bad quality earrings in. Their jewellery is not piercing standard, please go to a professional! Needles are 100% better despite lovisa staff spreading misinformation for a cash grab. It's really not worth it!
If I could rate this store zero I would. I Purchased a piercing gift card online and all I received via email was confirmation of payment but no digital gift card called the nearest store for assistance but the staff are clueless about anything online related The worst customer service!!!!!!!!
The extremely loud music is off-putting, walked in, couldn't take it and walked out again. I was at the elevators and could STILL hear the music clearly. Is this an accessories store or a nightclub? Because I can't tell.

From the moment I entered the store, I was attended to, I got good tips in what to choose when buying a gift for someone.
Very disappointed got my second holes pierced yesterday on my birthday, and it's so uneven. I rate lovisa zero stars.
