For customer service for Piercing I would have given 5 star but for customer complaint I would give 0. I was there to Pierce my 8 months daughter ear and my nose they did really good job. When I couldn’t see the end of my piercing on 2nd day I went to ask if they can fix it or what can be done. Ala ( same girl who pierced) was there and I asked her and she said you will have to see doctor there is nothing we can do I thought she didn’t understood what I was asking again I tired to ask she said same thing and I told what has doctor to do with anything I do in this shop. And she said it’s swollen and you will have to see doc without listening to me again. She was passive aggressive (rude) and I told her am not trying to be Karen but you are trying to make me look one the way you are responding me. I understand some customers can be prick but some agent can be prick too. She said I can speak with her manager if she could do anything for my she didn’t have any info about when her manager was coming in she tried to avoid and gave me customer service number which she knows if really difficult to get hold off. Ala (I think that’s her name) could have done better.

I’m so satisfied with my experience at Lovisa! The staff were so pleasant and helpful. I went in looking for earrings and left with a complete look. Ala was incredibly friendly and understanding, exceptional customer service! I have gotten so many wonderful compliments over the past few days! …

Worst experience ever I understand the shop closes at 9 but it makes no sense to close the shop at 8.45 and attend the friends of the staff and do not allow other customers to enter the shop by closing the doors

They do ear piercing in this Lovisa and I did my second ear lobe, both of the girls were wonderful and they did my ears in the store and they were helpful. Would come back again …

I had my ears pierced by Sumaya today and she was so lovely and did an excellent job. 10/10 highly recommended
