Very disappointed with the level of service I received at your Fountain Gate store from the store manager (next to T2) All three staff members were standing at the register chatting ignoring the customers in the store. Finally one of them noticed me (standing right in front of them) after a few minutes of me overhearing their entire conversation. Turns out she was the store manager who might I add had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Referring to customers as "love or sweetie" are absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate. Please train your staff on how to engage and address customers in a more professional manner. One exception was your team member Sahar. What a lovely young lady. She could see that I was already quite irritated by her store manager. Sahar was able to diffuse the situation and go above and beyond to help myself and my daughter. She is an absolute asset to your business. Thank you Sahar for demonstrating that exceptional customer service still exists in these times.

On Thursday 13/04, I went to Lovisa fountain gate to pierce my girl's ears. My 3-Y-O-daughter, got her ears pierced when she was 3 months at Essential Beauty Cranbourne which cost me $68, they stuffed it up, so I had to take out the earrings. After having a another girl 7months after I didn't want to going back EBC so I went to Lovisa which only cost $40 to buy earrings and piercing is free with a certificates and a little cute teddy bear. They two little girls were working on the day, Angelique & Perri, OMG they were down to earth so nice, kind & caring. The waste part was my dress took off my 7months old earing twice & I was in tears and Angelique & Perri were my counsellor. I owe these two girls a lot. They are so young but very professional at what they do. Their customer service was 100%. I know how much my husband and I have said thanks to you but I want to say once again, thank you so much, and know that we really appreciate you two.

I spent over 30 minutes walking around trying to pick jewellery for an event I'm attending. I picked some earrings and then asked the girl if she had any other specific earrings for my other ear piercings. She asked what I was wearing, I described my dress to her, she then proceeded to take the earrings that I had chosen from me, told me they wouldnt look good with my dress, and put them back on the shelf. She then recommended other earrings that I did not like at all. I told her I didn't need help with that, just the other specific earrings I was looking for. I ended up not buying any earrings and leaving. I really liked the earrings that I had chosen. It was so rude of her.

such nice and friendly staff !! i was just wanting my helix pierced but the lady said that i could pierce two places for the same price so i did and they turned out amazing. the friendly staff asked where i wanted mine pierced and drew dots 4 times to match my liking and asked several times if i was happy. then she asked if i wanted a count down or just surprise me. i said to count down and she placed the gun on my ear and said that she was ready and then asked if i was and when i said yes, she counted down from 3. overall awesome experience and definitely coming here to pierce again. definitely recommend :) btw, price was $30 for both piercings.. SO AFFORDABLE as WELL

Worst experience today. I went to the Lovisa store at fountain gate near Boost. Rude staff. The store is the messiest lovisa store I’ve ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. I asked one of the team members to help me look for a second pair of earrings similar to the one I had and they told me to look myself. No help offered what so ever. I left without purchasing anything. The full price items are all messed up with the sale items which is understandable as it’s a busy time but the there’s no excuses for the extremely poor customer service. Won’t be going to Lovisa fountain gate again. Worst Lovisa Store I’ve ever been to.

My wife came Lovisa Store. She tried to wear two pair of earings. What happened was the store manager is very rude. She told my wife she is the manager of the store. We assumed that she is a co worker. She told my wife, you should pay for the ear rings because of the checking. Highly disappointed about customer service. Highly racist. And there is no any notice in written in store. We are regular customers in there. But now I will tell all of my friends about this situation and we will never visit your stores. This massage is for people who are live in Australia.

Bought some hair pieces and love them, no problem there and the staff were lovely. The issue I have is customers being told no refund or exchanges even though it states on the receipt you have 30 days to change your mind. I manage a retail store and also no how these things work I have had friends of mine more then once have bad experiences with refunds and exchanges due to faults and change of minds. It seems to happen in all stores so I think the regional and area manages need more training to they can educate their staff better

Sales assistant accused my friend of stealing based on false and frankly offensive information provided to her by another customer. In response we offered to show the contents of our bags and were declined. Unprofessionally and awkwardly handled by the staff member, my friend left feeling extremely flustered and embarrassed having never stolen a thing that day or in her life. We were even going to make a purchase that day too. Have officially lost two customers.

Got my seconds pierced here today and amongst the extreme busyness of the store, i received fast and fantastic help from the staff member Safah (apologies i forgot how to spell her name). She was super patient with me and made sure i was very sure and happy with the placement of my piercing, she was awesome! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to get piercings, it’s also A LOT cheaper then most other piercing places!

Lovisa store located near T2-Angelique was superb! She was genuine and so kind. She was doing her best to help me whilst helping others! She took her time with me to find exactly what I needed to match my pink dress today! I hope to see her there again! No words to describe her great personality! Management, please pass on the feedback for the amazing work she did. Angelique, thank you so so much.

Oh my gosh, I could spend a fortune here. With all the specials atm I could buy something for every day of the week! I love the bright colours and unusual styles as well as the simple styles. I was able to find exactly what I wanted for my daughters wedding for both myself and my sister. Love love love.

Naz did an amazing job with our piercings! Helped us through the whole process and we even got a goodie bag including stickers and care instructions... all at the price of the earrings... my daughter was very happy with her piercing and I saw a few other kids, they seemed very comfortable n happy

Not sure why you’d waste your Sunday rates on the 2 girls you had on today at your store next to Mecca, didn’t acknowledge me and when I asked if something was on sale she rolled her eyes and said um no just the red stickers then walked out and said I’m getting a coffee.

This is the best place to buy jewels. Price is very low compared to other stores. I recently got my ears pierced. It was an amazing experience. The staff who pierced my ears was really good and polite. She has clearly given me the advices to follow after ear piercing.

Because of the low prices, the jewellery here is popular with teenagers. I bought some for myself, but the zirconia and metals dull quickly, so I had to buy more afterwards to replace them. The inside can be a bit tight depending on the number of customers inside.

Went there today 30th of October 2022 between 11.30am to 12.15pm. There were two sales persons, the Asian one was trying to be helpful and the other one didn't let her to be. The most rude sales person I have ever met. Will never go there again.

Walked into the store and had to walk straight out. 315pm 3 very loud girls stood around the cashier desk talking and laughing loudly. Was an uncomfortable environment.

I took my 9-y-old daughter to pierce her ears and they’re very friendly but on one of the ears the gun got stuck but it was okay. I recommend going there.

pierced my helix with a gun. got infected within 2 days and swelled up my whole ear. jewellery is nice, but don’t get piercings done at lovisa.
