Whoever worked on 9th July at 11:50am POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- Poor hospitality - Poor attitude - Keeping angry face Iam a first time customer to Lovisa. I bough a product for 29.99 and I returned the product today for change of mind. Product was unused. Store person denied and said they cant take it back due to hygiene reason. They emailed me the receipt as you stopped printing receipts. I didn’t carry my phone on the other day and your salesperson said once you are out of the store we cant take it. Is it my responsibility to ask your protocols and terms and conditions ?? No one explained me anything on the day of purchase. And I didn’t get a printed receipt either. It it a Cheapest trick you follow and email receipts so that when we leave the store and comeback the same day or next day and you cannot exchange or refund and gain sales from innocent and people in a hurry ?? That was disappointing - Poor sales person at the store. So i paid 30$ for an unwanted product without knowing any terms and conditions as you emailed receipts. Good strategy to gain sales

Great store with lovely jewellery and accessories but the customer service in Non existent. I regularly visit the store and have noticed on many occasions (months) that not once have any of the customers been greeted or even acknowledged when they enter the store, even 10mins after being instore still no one has been offered and assistance or been told about current offers and deals, the staff completely ignore their customers and just stand behind the counter pretending to be busy. If the store was busy then it would be understandable but that has not been the case and then when people finally approach the counter to be served the sales assistants seem to be uninterested and they mumble at customers. Kinda makes the shopping experience a little uncomfortable to be honest.

Great prices for any earring or pierce jewelry you could desire. I am a fan of the fun and creative designs offered in store; the cheap and quality pieces are clearly marked. I went for the surgical steel range and they lasted me about a year of use for about 15$ as a sale was going. The girls inside are pretty helpful and there are mirrors you can use to fit them in there and there after purchase. The stores can be a bit packed as they are typically tiny with a heap of interested shoppers within so keep that in mind when shopping during peak hours.

Jewellery is fine. But never expect good customer service from them. I stood at the counter for 5-6 minutes in front of the women and kept saying excuse me so that she could let me purchase but would not even look at me. She was staring at her phone like her life depended on it for no reason. I wish i knew her name as she does not deserve to even have a job anywhere. I am a retail store worker and I know that no customer will ever like this sort of behaviour. I hope she gets fired soon.

I went Christmas shopping on the Thursday at Hoppers Crossing store for nose rings & earrings but the sales girl forgot to place the nose rings in the gift bag upon me paying for them so returned the next day and spoke to the girl in charge...she was absolutely great, she was very respectful, l got my nose rings..all of the staff working there welcomed me with a kind friendly smile...customer service was A1...highly recommended.

I have been in this store twice and never again . The first time was last week and the two staff members did not even acknowledge me but yet saw me walking into the store . And the second time was today and honestly the same thing staff members were rude music was so loud. It’s honestly not hard to be polite and acknowledge someone when they walk into your store . Even just a hello is enough . Did not even get that

The customer service is not great at all. Online and in store prices do not match. It does not state online that the sale price is only for online which is missguiding. Wanted to buy Christmas gift but the staff would not price match their own brand online price and instead advises me to complain customer service. Why even have a retail store if the service is not great and prices as well!

I love shopping here as I really enjoy the products but once when I went to pay, the employee was too busy on her phone to serve me. I waited for a minute for her to finish on her phone and when she was done she didn't even say anything to me, a bit rude :\

this might just be me but the jewelry quality kinda sucks to be honest, my piercings will be fine and as soon as i change it to lovisa jewelry, they swell and start to reject. this happens to people i know too, and theyre SO overpriced. ‍♀️‍♀️ …

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They have basically employed a bunch of “mean girls” to work here that never give you a smile or a hello. They should be fired and hire all new staff.

Nice customer service, this lovisa is in Pacific Werribee near rebel sports. A bigger and more spacious store than most of the Lovisa stores I have visited so far. Great collection of jewelry.
