I have had bad experiences with movers in the past and I HIGHLY recommend this company. I had an urgent move to evacuate my home. These two guys had all my furnitures onto the truck within 1hr! They didn't mess around. Came straight to job early morning with a great "go to" attitude! Prompt, quick, professional, courteous, & did it with care! They wrapped up things I didn't think needed wrapping to protect the furnitures from hitting against walls & to not make it dirty! On top of this, my new resident wasn't ready to move in as planned on that same day leaving me to go to a hotel for the night! Movers gladly left everything in truck for the night and waited for redelivery the following day. Very understanding, no pressure and made me less stress than I already was! Next morning they met at new location, emptied everything within the hour and waived the overnight fee due to it not being my fault and showing compassion & understanding for a stressed out customer on a tight budget & paying to stay over night in a hotel! They were so quick to settle me in to new place so I can hit the road back to CA for a personal emergency! I will forever use them and for anyone who had a bad experience please give them another chance, maybe it was a bad day, they could have been short on drivers or trucks, but had you spoke to the owner "Mario" he would definitely done everything he can to help you. Mario was one of the mover I had with over 20+years of experience! It showed! He is also the owner of the company! If there was 10 star I would give it to this company because they were worth every dime, tips and reputation! Thank you Mario & your team. You have no idea how much you helped me out & gave me faith again for movers! You made things less stress for someone who just had the rain pouring down on me at such a bad time!

We had a service time window on October 15, 2023 where they were supposed to come between 1-3 PM and they blew us off until 7 at night and had a bunch of excuses, assuming our schedules didn’t matter. They also had a bunch of excuses when they ruined more than one of my personal belongings and knicked my furniture. The guy even mentioned someone not wrapping it correctly but didn't mention any damage he had obviously caused and also said the heat physically crushed in an item that was obviously damaged. Their voicemail is also full and you can't contact anyone during the process whatsoever. Worst moving experience I've ever had. The workers are not trustworthy, incompetent and were completely wreckless with my belongings. Please use someone else and make sure the phone number is working, especially during the actual move. Make sure you can actually contact someone. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone all day to even ask what was going on. They should have a direct cell to competent workers not dodging their responsibilities. A full voicemail is unacceptable for a service I’m paying for. I also missed responsibilities I had to tend to later because of them being 4 hours late. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let us know what was going on. This place is awful, choose somewhere else. It's worth paying a little more to not have your items damaged for hopefully a more high quality service that cares and is available with direct communication at all times. The actually had the nerve to ask us for a cash tip at the end but had damaged belongings that also meant something to me sentimentally.

The pros are the movers were really nice group of guys doing the move and they did show up on time. The negatives were a lot of my things were damaged and the movers took responsibility for doing so. Apologetic even helped me fill out he claim information. Joe the claims manager is probably the most problematic confrontational person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have every conversation recorded with him reach out if youd like to hear how he conducts business. He continued to just tell me to take legal action cause its my own fault and there is nothing we can do. They also over charged me 120 dollars that they said they would refund back. They broke my 1200 dollar TV and then told me it was my fault for not putting it in the box. When prior to the move I asked them if I should box it and they told me no they would packaging everything themselves. When they did finish they forced me to sign a contract that I didn't agree to or they wouldn't leave and then told me that its my fault for signing. Almost every negative review seems to have the same idea. I didnt look at any of them cause I thought what bad could possibly happen moving 1 room of stuff. Well like I said I was over charged 120 dollars. Dresser broke, table broke, tv stand chipped and Television broke. Essentially it cost me 440 dollars to have about 2000 dollars worth of damage done to myself. And then told to take legal action. Use them if you want tell me how it goes.

My brother recommended Low Budget Movers to me after they helped him move my mom out of her place. I trust my brother with my life, so I booked Low Budget Movers to help me move from my apartment to our new house... and I gotta say, they blew me away. They were on-time, the two guys who handled my move (Jesse and CJ) were professional, were clearly expert movers, and my goodness were they FAST! I had been taking small loads myself from the apartment to the house, and I swear it would have not only been faster but probably cheaper with gas the way it is if I just had them do it all. Nothing was damaged, they came in WELL under the estimated timeframe, and the entire experience was a delight. 10/10, and would definitely use them again. Plus, if anyone reads this, y'all gotta give Jesse and CJ a raise or something! This is the same review I posted to Yelp!, but I had to make sure I shared this review in as many places as possible. I truly hope that anyone else that uses Low Budget Movers has the same experience I did, because without a doubt they will be my go-to movers as long as I live in the valley.

The guys at Low Budget movers did a wonderful job getting us moved out of our little apartment and into our new house we got! We hired two movers and a truck (26’) to help us out. We were scrambling to find movers because schedule conflicts and last minute changes meant we couldn’t use the movers we initially paired up with. We also had already organized cleaners for the home and apartment so Friday was our only day we could move out. We called Low Budget Movers on Thursday afternoon and Ricky was able to get us in the schedule for a move (which was set to start in less than 24 hours)! He did a nice job setting up and account and getting all the moving details over the phone. They wrapped up our big pieces and loaded all of our little boxes nicely in the truck. It worked out beautifully. We labeled the boxes and they helped to move it to where it belonged in the house once we got there. Thanks again for helping us out in our time of need. I’ll recommend them to my friends that need moving assistance in the future too.

This was the 3rd time I have used Low Budget Movers and I am very happy to say I will always use them. Pete & JD arrived right on time and had my home in Ahwatukee loaded up in no time. We then went to 2 storage units nearby and the truck was completely full. The final destination was in Fountain Hills and we ran into an obstacle. The home is a new build and the driveway was not yet paved and it is very steep. JD & Pete brainstormed with us to find a solution. We had a flatbed trailer that we used to unload the contents from the truck onto, then drove the load up to the house and unloaded it again. This took 8 trips back and forth to unload the truck. Pete & JD kept a great attitude and made the move happen. We have one more move to make into the Fountain HIlls home and called up Low Budget Movers and requested JD & Pete for that move. I highly recommend using this company. Thank you Pete & JD for your great attitudes and problem solving skills!

I was leery of a company called Low Budget Movers to move my precious piano to an upstairs condo, but was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness and professional way they conducted themselves. My piano arrived at its location without issue, played perfectly, and the experience was expedient. My one suggestion is to providing greater clarity about the overall cost. I was charged one hour for their back and forth travel cost, and was told this ahead of time. I was also told there would be a a two hour minimum as well. I knew that my move would take less than an hour at best because the pick up and drop off location were very close, however I was charged 2 hours labor for the three movers PLUS the trip charge, resulting in 3 hours. Since I was expecting only one hour labor plus the trip charge, I thought this satisfied the two-hour minimum. I'm very happy with the results, but was surprised that my overall cost was $550, rather than $400.

I can’t remember who I spoke with on the phone, but they were very open to questions, patient, and incredibly they got me on the schedule THE-NEXT-DAY of my call. The gentlemen that helped me move were José and Christian, who were both awesome to have helping me. I spent 5 minutes walking through the best plan of action I had come up with as I was extremely unprepared and not really ready to move at all, but they didn’t mind and got straight to it all while doing a fantastic job helping me get ready, and most importantly getting it done. I even sprung more items to move on them compared to what I declared when they first got there, and they were more than happy to get it done. I would highly recommend using this company for the experience you get with the movers themselves, the speed at which they can get you on the schedule, and the efficiency that they bring. Not to mention, this was fantastically priced!

I contacted Low Budget movers about moving larger items from a one bedroom apartment and they were able to assist me. I had two courteous and professional movers arrive. One was named Anthony and the other name I unfortunately do not recall. They arrived early and ready to help move a heavy couch and some bedroom dressers and other small items. They quickly moved the indicated items to their moving truck after putting moving blankets and plastic wrap around the items to protect them as much as possible. Once everything was moved to the truck they drove the truck and met me at the new location. I would use Low Budget Movers again for future moves and would recommend their service to anyone needing to move.

Shane and his crew (collectively over 45 years of experience moving furniture) were very professional from the moment they arrived, they took inventory of the items they were responsible for, they assured that they were going to get things handled quickly and secure everything in the Box Truck. Unloading, they proved to be very helpful as well. They made sure that all of the furniture was in the correct location and placed correctly. They completed their time with a final walk-thru and even offered a prayer for the new house. I am moving to Coolidge in a few weeks. I needed someone to deliver a bed to my new home while I am still in Alaska. I called three moving companies and Low Budget Movers had the lowest price by several hundred dollars. Everyone at Low Budget Movers I spoke with was very kind and accommodating to working with me from afar. They sent me a picture of the bed just before they purchased it for me, to make sure I liked the bed. After that they sent a link so I can track my bed as they delivered it from my phone. The bed was delivered and set up where I asked. When it was time to pay, it was exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend Low Budget Movers!!!

I saw a truck on freeway and called the number. The pricing was within our budget since we were going to have to move stuff twice, one move into storage and one move out of state into furnished home. Joseph & Brion of Low Budget Movers moved the items that were going into storage and our bigger more expensive items. They got everything into storage nice and neat. They wrapped all the expensive furniture and loaded into truck professionally. I wished I used Low Budget for the items that were loaded into a uhaul heading out of state because those guys broke a ton of my stuff because they kept rushing to get job completed. Lesson learned.

They definitely had the lowest prices and low 1-hour minimum and charge by 15 minute increments if you go over the time. We needed help with moving a heavy couch, mattress and large rug to an upstairs apartment, so I didn't want to spend a fortune. They called before arriving, showed up on time, and got right to work when they arrived and were done in less than an hour. Very professional and strong and took care to protect our furniture. Loved the digital communication telling me exactly what time the job was started and emailed receipt on the spot. Would highly recommend and use again!

Their movers are quick and nice. But somehow they damaged my rental property because they were having hard time to get my couch out of staircase. When moving was finished, one of the movers was trying to take 20 minutes off that they were stuck with my couch. They put the manager,Brain, on the phone for me but he was extremely rude. He wouldn’t even let me finish my words and literally yelling at me. I didn’t want to complain about my damage (since I fixed them all by myself because I never got response from them) till i received the worst customer service from BRIAN.

The crew from Low Budget Movers did a great job. We needed help getting a piece of furniture from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor and then bringing down 3 pieces of furniture from the 2nd floor to the garage. Not only were they quick (1hr job), they were professional, pleasant, clean and efficient. Low Budget Movers was the only local company I could find that didn't charge a 2hr minimum fee for a job. That was a huge plus, too. I also was able to get them scheduled within 2 days. Appreciate the great service and would use this company again!

Andrew and Evan were the best. They were able to arrive a few minutes early and immediately began the moving process. They were both fast and efficient and completed the move in 2.5 hours. Did i mention that they were both professional and personable. My only issue was the trip fee that was charged was unclear. How does a company charge you to come do a job. I've worked as a consultant and my fee did not begin until the work began. Maybe change name to truck fee instead of trip fee.

I can’t say enough good things. They SAVED us! My fiancé got a kidney stone halfway through loading our truck ourselves, and we needed help. Andrew and Joseph were so kind, courteous, and careful with our things. And they are incredibly hard workers! I literally saw them running between loads to move things faster. I will never use another moving company. They were able to get us in same-day and made a very stressful situation so much better. Give these two a raise. Seriously.

Great experience with these guys. They kept me up on everything prior to the move and were punctual ,efficient, organized and safe during the move. The amount of stuff they were able to get in their truck was truly amazing. We had nothing damaged, and they got the move done in record time. Erick and Ken were our movers I would highly recommend both of these guys. We got the entire move done at a little over half the rate the other movers we contacted were going to charge.

First of all Joseph got a get value for the date I needed , which was in 2 days. We book and settled the business end of it very quickly. Joseph got us evaluated for the move to a pod. I called another company that wanted over $600 for 2 hours plus 200 and some odd deposit. Low budget was my second call and I was amazed with their prices. This was the first time I have ever hired movers and Andrew and Brion made it an amazing experience. They were happy to help with anything and everything while also loading and unloading extremely quickly. I thank you all for you amazing service I will definitely recommend and use again.

I love this moving company! I went with them 3 times for big moves and I wouldn’t go with another company. They wrap up any delicate furniture and what you think would be impossible to move they can do it. With all my moves I had 6 different employees and all of them have been great. Their positive attitude made my moves so much more enjoyable. The company overall is easy to book and you don’t have to work around what they have available.

Hired theses guys to pick up from a storage unit and deliver to a new place. 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Great professional work. Shane, Trevor and Noah were very nice, worked carefully and quickly. They called to confirm and showed up early. Shane went through the paperwork and surveyed the job then got to work. Finished the entire job in 3.5 hours and put together beds and couches for us as well. Super nice guys and would recommend them.

My first call for movers was low budget. I was elated they had room for us within the same week and even the next day! Awful! Will never use again! The new storage unit manager wouldn’t let the movers in the gate. So I had to drive 25 minutes to get there and the movers charged me an extra $100 for the minutes it took me to get there instead of understanding the situation and to make forever clients!
