I cannot say enough good things about this store. I used to absolutely dread going to home improvement stores but I have grown so fond of this store and the people who work here that I look forward to every trip. Jordan in the paint department always finds a way to make my day. Knowing I’m an artist she goes out of her way to find things that will help with projects I’m working on. It truly makes my day everytime I see her there. Rick sees my dog and comes up each time to give him love (and usually a treat or two) and has now become my corgis best friend here and he will look for him in every aisle which warms my heart. Whenever I see Wrico I know I can ask him any questions about projects I’m working on with the rental properties and he has an answer. It feels like a community here and it has become one of my favorite places to go, not just for home improvement runs, but in general. Kudos and thank you to the admin and staff here for making it such a pleasant experience!

My mom loved Lowe’s when she lived in Ohio so even though I’ve always gotten better service at their competitor, I agreed to use them for big purchases so she could use her card and military discount. We just purchased a home, so at first we had a fence installed. Unfortunately, two different times they were supposed to come out and start the fence and they did not. When they finally installed the fence it’s about 5 inches above the ground, which defeats the purpose of us telling them we had a tiny puppy. He can very easily get out under the fence. Now we are trying to have wood floors installed and we’re dealing with the same issues. They call and say they’re on their way out because you have an appointment with them and no one shows up. I’m not sure why this is a constant issue but the management at that store definitely needs to focus more on customer service and keeping appointments. Because our time is just as valuable as theirs and we are paying for that service

Lowest quality customer service. We have had a dryer scheduled for delivery 3 times. We purchased this back in December and had an initial delivery and installation date of 22 December. The first time they tried to give us a completely different model from what we purchased. Then they failed to deliver the dryer multiple times in a row. When they finally did deliver the dryer it came without the parts necessary for installation, which were of course supposed to be included. Talking to customer service has resulted in zero progress - we received multiple promises of installation with no one showing up. Finally we’re supposed to have the parts delivered today and now it’s been rescheduled yet again. We’ll see if anyone ever shows up. Needless to say I will never be shopping at this location again, and probably never at any Lowe’s ever again if I can avoid it. I will also be recommending competitors to all of my friends.

Came in like I always do to pick up some lumber for a job. I needed primed mdf trim boards. To my surprise if you bought 10 or more you get 15% off. Score. Upon checkout they were not ringing up as such. I notified the cashier and a man named JJ came over. He seemed like he was actively trying not to help me. I accepted him telling me I couldn’t get the discount but I was not happy. I went to the lumber desk after I checked out and asked the man behind the desk. He without hesitation gave me the discount. Told me I was correct in what I read on the sign. JJ then came back up to try and tell the other man he was wrong. JJ needs help in his approach with customers and try to be more accommodating in the future.

Thos place is getting a bit too much like Walmart with the employees hovering over you while at self checkout. My husband and I were spending several hundred dollars in paint and paint supplies and for some lady to stand inches from us during our self checkout experience not to mention all the cameras flashing in our face like we were doing something wrong. I understand there's lots of people who do steal and that is very unfortunate, but I do not steal and I take pride in that and i do not appreciate being watched and treated as such. I should have just gone to Walmart for the same experience and i would have spent way less too.

Hard to believe someone would say I loved going to a big box store. But that's exactly what I'm going to say. I loved going to Lowe's. Everyone was so helpful with me. I visited the paint store and the gentleman that waited on me was more than helpful. He went out of his way to get something else that I needed. That wasn't right where he was. And the gentleman in the wood department looked and looked and looked to try and find the molding that I needed and they didn't have it. But he told me to come back and he would cut it for me when they found it. I really enjoyed my visit. And the cashier was very sweet as well. Try Lowe's!

I do everything I can to avoid having to go to this store. The employees ignore you and if you do get one of them to give you a little attention for an issue it's really a challenge! The customer service desk is so bad that everybody in line is typically complaining about the incompetence of the staff and the slow slow service. If this store is rated four stars it's because the employees or management is trying to boost up their rating for their bosses. Home Depot is directly across the street and it's hard to park there some days but Lowe's is always empty and there is a reason why

Had a great experience at this store two days ago with my sister. We came to tackle a few projects and the employees were not only helpful but (thankfully) did not bug/bother us or follow us around because of us being women. I've had that experience before where we then feel bombarded and like we cannot handle ourselves. However when we did need assistance and asked for it Joe was *QUICK* to help us not only navigate to the item we needed, but also ended up being the employee who cut our acrylic for us as well. 10/10 service and friendliness Lowes!

Lowe's is a convenient place to find most of the products you need for home maintenance and improvements, but did you ever consider it a learning environment for children? I brought my 4 year old grandson with me to buy a couple of hardware items and after finding what we needed to buy, let him dictate the rest of our time in the store. We went over an hour looking and talking about the things he was interested in. A store manager even stopped to talk to him about lawn mowers. It was an additional hour well spent.

Just drop my rating from 5 stars to one star. I ordered a mower online. To pick up in store. website, stated item was available for pick up today. Then I get a notification stating. It wouldn't be ready until Tuesday so I called the store. Young lady answered the phone. Never gave me her name called me a liar when I told her that it was said that it was ready. Got rude with me. Hung the phone up on me when I ask for someone else to speak to. Waiting to talk to corporate because this is very unacceptable.

Our microwave died last night. I shopped online, found an acceptable replacement, and it was available at Lowes, Home Depot, and Best Buy. My wife and I received no assistance at Home Depot or Best Buy. None. Nada. Bob at Lowe's appliance department helped us, told us of specials we could get. Where did we spend over $500? Home Depot reminded me of the poor customer service at the old Scotty's stores, before the wonderful customer service at Home Depot ran Scotty's off. Thank you, Lowe's!

Lowe’s helped us with our decisions on the exterior paint. I was very impressed with the Paint Manager. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and in the process of helping us, he was training a nice young man at the same time. We had our home painted and had a five gallon unopened paint. My husband got the receipt and took the paint back and they happily refunded us the $230.00 for the unopened bucket of paint. This really made us happy! Thanks for doing a great job Lowe’s! Kudos

This Lowe's near regency is my go-to hardware store. They have everything you need. You can pull up the app on your phone and find the exact Isle and location of the item you want. July 13th update. Picked up some gardening supplies. I also got some pictures of some nice plants I'm thinking about getting for my backyard so take a look at my the pictures. They have a good supply of grills and generators and lawn mowers so check out those pictures as well

This evening me and my wife went to Regency Lowe’s to purchase a washer and dryer after being treated horribly at the girvin store location. We explain to the store associate Harry was his name that we just left that location for poor customer service and then we were looking to buy a washer and dryer well. Harry was very nice gentleman and earned our business spending over $2500 with him , I highly recommend regency location thank you harry

Visited store and was offered a free measurement and cost for flooring got scheduled and whoever is doing this kind of work for Lowe’s is rude and cancelled our scheduled appt for another date! Nope I’m going somewhere else now to get my flooring and installation after trying to call store and can’t even get a manager on a phone So frustrating to try and get work done anymore with company’s who lack customer service

I enjoyed my trip to Lowes! The staff is very knowledgeable about any this I asked them. They were a huge help and were very nice and polite. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back again! On December 18, 2022 I went to Lowe’s at regency location looking for some plumbers fitting, I can’t find because it was ran out a gentleman named Rick came to help he can’t find the item either, he grabbed a big tall ladder go to the top found it. Rick at the plumbing department was very nice and helpful. On that day every staff that I met in this store was very friendly and respect, I love this Lowe’s.

Waited over 25 minutes for someone to bring out a curbside. Had to ask a random employee doing carts what the wait time is usually like and she went in and told someone that me and another gentleman who was there before me were waiting. The workers came out together maybe 5 minutes after.If they cannot do drive up then they should not offer that service

Came in on a Saturday looking for a budget friendly washer but more importantly the delivery. The associate was helpful an I didn't have to search for assistance. I selected my washer an luckily for me it was in stock and delivered to my home the next day. I am pleased thus far plan and plan on purchasing the dryer as well.

Worst experience EVER we will never ever use them for any home improvement project. Took 5 months to complete our kitchen then they installed the wrong countertop and refuse to fix it without charging us. Extremely disappointed, we are closing our credit account as well.
