Quick get to Lowes before this special is over! act now and purchase 1 refrigerator and you can pay for 3! I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes that was "IN STOCK". The day before our scheduled delivery, I get an update email stating the shipping has been moved up and will arrive that day. Fast forward 2 hours, the old barely functioning refrigerator was empty, disconnected and ready. I get a phone call from a lady with Lowes that claimed the refrigerator was not in stock and on back order, they had no date for delivery. No mention of the email stating the exact opposite was mentioned. When I brought it up, she stated their was nothing she could do about that and I should contact the store. There was the first problem. Store Manager Laton Johnson got involved and seemed to resolve the issue with another refrigerator that actually was a bit nicer. That refrigerator was delivered as promised except it didn't fit. It was left at my house as a "loaner" while the issue was resolved, it never was until I called the store manager again, he assured me it would be handled and after over a week of having to contact him multiple times to get an answer the new fridge showed up, but they didn't have notice of a pick up, so now we have two fridges in the house. Another call to Laton and a pick up was arranged. Now they arrive to pick it up and have yet another refrigerator to bring in, I explained that this was a mistake and called Laton again, I wanted to ensure I wasn't going to be charged for 3 refrigerators due to their error, he assured it was already handled and he was "only billing for two" as a joke. Well now I just got off the phone with the CC company stating nothing has been done and the bill is due in the amount of 3 refrigerators totaling over $3000. At this point Lowes and their store manager won't return calls or emails. I gathered Laton wasn't going to be of any help so I asked for the contact information for corporate to which I got a response of the customer service number that hasn't been of any assistance since the beginning. I posted 2 reviews during this process and received a phone call miraculously within minutes both times. I took the review down as good faith gesture but clearly that was a mistake. This location and their store manager Laton Johnson will mislead you after faults of their own, lie to your face and when you call him on it, simply disappear. Laton, please get somebody who can truly help resolve this issue to reach out this time, you've been "handling" it for 2 months and its done nothing but get worse. I do want to point out that the delivery service each time was fantastic and the issues that came up were no fault of their own. UPDATE- response from “owner” was no help at all, if the standard customer service number that I already stated has been of no assistance would work, I wouldn’t have been posting this review
So this review comes after 6 years of shopping at this Lowes in particular. And it's changed a lot. Customer service is a hit or miss (more miss than anything). Employees (most) are very lazy and can sometimes down right be rude for absolutely no reason. They do their best explaining how to find something instead of actually helping or (my favorite) just say their not sure and point in the general direction of which way they think it is (and I've been pointed in the wrong direction many times) the 3 stars are for those employees who actually go out of their way and make sure you find exactly what you need or what are looking for and are kind and patient thru the interaction. I've been in the retail business for 15 years, no one is saying you have to go above and beyond, just do your job, even with a fake smile if you have too. But for the real ones who take pride in helping a customer with w.e. it is they need, just know your service does not go unnoticed by me. I always will appreciate the kind people more than they know. It's a rare trait these days.
Is there a way to provide a zero star?- The nicest thing I can note is that this location was open. Although maybe if closed I would have been able to get better service at another location. Customer service is not a thing here. There was no SMART skills to note of at all! Pro team gets bankers hours however real professionals who actually work in their field; plumbers, electricians, handymen work before and after. This location and its policies do not offer any support outside their set hours. Management does not offer any solutions other than to repeat "our store policy". This location is not recommended at all. Realizing that the staff are only following policy is one thing but they way in which they deliver said message is horrible. I interacted with three levels of personnel to include assistant store manager all of which were burdened by my needing assistance on a Sunday morning. Clearly there is a need to have a pro team member or at least one member of staff that can assist a true professional for any hour that your store is open for business.
Good afternoon, I am reaching out just to state that I am incredibly disappointed in my Lowe’s experience. I had two deliveries scheduled for today. One for kitchen appliances and one for a washer and dryer. The oven I received was damaged and had to be taken away. I still Have not heard back about when to expect a new one. Following that, my delivery for a washer and dryer never showed up. I have called 5 times and been told they could not connect to the driver. After 3 and a half hours past the delivery window, I had to leave. I am building a home and my final inspection is dependent on this. I am frustrated and surprised that no one has so much as offered an apology. I just wanted to share this experience so maybe things could be looked into and perhaps changes made to prevent these mistakes. I guess I will take another day off of work and try again next week to get my items.
I’ve currently been waiting for 50 minutes to pick up items at customer service. I paid $593 for flooring and related items. Waited 7 days for in store delivery. And now I’m in store waiting 53 minutes for the items to be brought up. If all the items were available why weren’t they waiting together for pick up. In my mind this pick up shouldn’t have taken longer than 12 minutes. But just as I submit on this review it’s going on 1 hour. The entire process up until right now from measuring and ordering and working with Tony and David in the flooring department was amazing. Tony and David are great. But over an hour to pick up is crazy. I just want to go home and install the floors. Edit: so I Came back three days later to pick up the remainder part of my order and as of right now I have been waiting for over an hour.
Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this location and in store pick up. One customer service lady was extremely helpful, nice, and checked on me multiple times. It took 45+ minutes for my order pickup to reach the customer service desk that had been “ready” for around 3-4 hours. Once the item was received, it was damaged and dusty, yet it was “expertly assembled” just that day, at least that is what I purchased. I refused the product and asked for a refund. The worker who was helping me at this time was not apologetic or understanding about the situation we were in, and then proceeded to mess up the order refund and I still have not received my money back due to carelessness. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I will avoid and suggest everyone else avoids this Lowes hardware as best as you can.
I purchased almost $500 in flooring from this lowes. They told me it would be ready in an hour, so we returned 3 hours later. The flooring wasn’t ready. We returned the next day, picked up the flooring, and it’s the wrong measurements (significantly less than what I paid for and I couldn’t use the flooring because it’s sheet vinyl cut incorrectly). It’s a lot of flooring and it’s very heavy. I submitted a complaint and didn’t hear from anyone. So I waited 6 days, I called corporate and they transferred me to this store. I spoke to Kevin at this store and he helped schedule a pick up time to return the flooring to Lowe’s instead of having to haul it back myself. I’m not happy about the entire experience but Kevin made genuine effort to turn things around. Thank you Kevin.
This used to be one of my favorite locations. Sadly my last few visits have me wanting to spend my money elsewhere. There are always a lot of employees standing around yet no one offers to help. On this particular visit I couldn't find anyone to assist me in the garden center. I asked the man pictured for help, he turned his back to me and never got off of his handset nor even bothered to TRY to assist me. If the call was that imperative and you're unable to help an in person customer locate a product please get off of the sales floor. Customer service is out of the window. I left to go to Home Depot!
I’d rather go to Home Depot than ever go to this Lowe’s again. I should have asked for a blue vest before leaving since after waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me I pulled over and climbed the ladder to get the item I needed myself. I’d rather spray lemon juice in my eyes while listening to Gucci Gang on repeat for 10 hours than go back to this Lowe’s. I’d rather cut the lawn with tweezers that go back to this Lowe’s. From here on out I will only go to the Lowe’s by Concord Mills they are absolutely amazing!
I had a great experience at this location. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ANTHONY! Last week he helped me tremendously and was extremely friendly and patient. I went in not knowing exactly what to get but he took his time with me, advised, and got whatever I needed even though I was a little indecisive with the vanities . He made my experience exceptional and everyone else I encountered as well was willing to help, great customer service here.
I rented a battery power framing nail gun. The batteries wasn't charged when I got it. Then one battery only lasted 15 min. I took it back and the guy helping said that I got the wrong nail gun. I was installing a fence. Please tell me what type of nail gun should I have gotten. He didn't give me any credit after 4 hours remember takes 45-60 min to charge one battery. I tried both. Crazy service
HORRIBLE CURBSIDE SERVICE.. they will have you wait 45mins to 1 hour even after you confirming the spot, and despite calling the store bunch of times.. We end up walking into the store and pick items.. Why on earth curbside pickup. And to your surprise if you are lucky and they get items.. They will make jokes, make jokes and laugh at us with other staff while we are arranging stuff in our car..
Just waited 40 minutes at the paint counter because the only guy that knew how to work the equipment was busy covering another department. 2 other customers left upset without being served. Girl at the self checkout was rude when asked for help. Decided to leave without my paint, I could have driven to any other Lowes in the city in the amount of time I waited. Heading to Home Depot
Another house project in the books. Lowe’s had all the lumber needed to extend, widen and replace the rotted wood from our previous deck. We shopped around but Lowe’s had the best deals. I’ll update when we stain and paint it, and add decor. Judd in the paint department was aware with assistance with picking out my door color and paint primer. Thank you for all your hard work.

It took two attempts previously he got it right on the first try by simply showing me a color sample. Please give this man a raise he is a asset to Lowes home improvement PAINT department! I write this review as I stand by a bathroom vanity sink, aisle 45 (“fashion bath”). Twice we have had someone paged to this section and when asked if people could help us we have received no response. If the lack of quality of customer support here is any indication…oh wait someone is finally coming. One star, only because zero stars was not an option
Very disappointed. I have been told after multiple encounters over a three week period that I would be credited if I kept the flooring job . This job was going to be cancelled because of concerns with communication between primarily contracting parties. The multiple visits and calls did not yield what was promised and the run around continues.
I have mixed feelings about this Lowe’s. I placed an online, pick up order from this location. I called them a couple of times and dealt with them in person once. The interactions I had on the phone were not good. The person I dealt with in person was very good. He went the extra mile to get me the discount I wanted from a coupon I had.

Actually if you like going into a store and not being bothered by salespeople, then it was great. Couldn't get anybody to help me so I finally just walked out. Most of the major departments such as appliances, doors and windows, Plumbing, Etc must be closed down after a certain time. Maybe I just need to try to go in the morning.
I was very disappointed with Lowe's in the University area. I selected two different items that was supposed to on sale. Lowe's employees placed wrong tags on several products and refused to honor the prices. They had the pictures of the items correct but the wrong tags. No remorse or apology on behave of Lowe's. Awful service.
Great customer service! My go-to place for all my home improvement projects. I like that the Lowe's app shows exactly where in the store I can find what I searched for on the app. The app also shows the local store's price for my searched item. I have bought everything from garden soil to new appliances and hardware here.
I went to lowes today and needed help in electrical. I just wanted to leave a review so Lowes knows what an amazing employee they have. Helpful employees that greet you and make you feel welcome. Very clean and easy to find home improvement and painting supplies. I love the discount paint section you can find paint as low as 2.00 dollars for touch up projects. They even have discounts on curtains and drapes.
I have come to enjoy my visits to my local Lowe's. Aaron, Jerry, Gio, and Omar are extremely helpful. No matter my needs, they offer consistent top-notch customer support. I greatly appreciate the level of support offered; it is the reason I return.
Customer Service has some stellar people! Most of the time, all the cashier aisles are closed, and all that they have open is the self-checkout. They should give the self-checkout customers a 25 % discount since the customer is doing all the work!
Really hard to find help. Worst of all, self checkout only and the machines were not working correctly. Long lines and no checkers but one, who stood there talking for 10 minutes, then finally opened her lane. Seems to be the status quo here.

Convenient store hours. You can make duplicate keys without assistance. The machine makes the process simple. The video prompts take you from start to payment to finish.
You can get many things for working around the house. But you can’t get DeWalt hedge trimmers in the store or online. You can have Craftsman.
