Can't not recommend this place enough. I went into the store to look for a birthday bouquet of roses. Upon entering the store, I wasn't greeted. I proceeded to ask if the roses they had on display were the only roses. I don't really know a lot about flowers, but the rose selection wasn't great. They looked like they were dying and they didn't have a lot of them. She told me her roses were $6 a piece. I asked how much if I did a half dozen or a dozen. She said its the same price times 6 or times 12. $72 for a dozen roses seemed high but that's ok. I asked how much to put them in a nice vase. She said $125. I asked if she had balloons. She said no. I said how much is the vase. She said about $25. I said that's $97. She said i charge a processing fee and have to be paid to make them pretty. When I asked how much if I just by 12 roses and the vase and make it myself, she became irate! She started screaming and yelling at me unprompted. When the security guard came up, I asked if he heard her yelling and screaming for no reason. He said there was nothing he could do, which I understand because why lose your job over this. I definitely say avoid this store at all costs! I went around the corner and bought a beautiful dozen roses and a vase and a ballon for a fraction of the price. I won't mention that name on this review, but I did leave them a great review today. And if you give this lady a try, just ask if she offers a discount for buying more flowers and you will see for yourself. Any place in Portland is better than this.

An awesome florist...the arrangement was beautiful! They were so helpful at getting it delivered , too. By mistake I ordered my delivery date the day AFTER I actually wanted it delivered on the 30th of March. I contacted them via the "contact" section of their website the morning of the 29th of March to ask what time they'd be delivering it "today". That's when they informed me I had requested the next day for delivery. I was devastated to say the least because it was for my sister's retirement and she was not going to be in the office EVER again, lol. Well, the helpful women on the phone said "no problem" our delivery person comes back in around noon and we'll whip up the arrangement and have it delivered no later than 3 pm today and they did exactly that!!! They were so wonderful and there were no questions or excuses just help is on the way kind of attitude. Thanks so very very much for the excellent service and beautiful flowers!!!!!

I absolutely love the ladies at Lubliner Florist! I worked in the Wells Fargo tower and love having Lubliner in our lobby. The shop is beautifully decorated with small gift items, house plants, and flowers. It is the perfect spot to pick up a gift for a friend or a thank you present. I subscribe to Lubliner's monthly flower delivery and so enjoy getting a small vase of flowers on Mondays for my desk. Brightens my entire week. Lubliner is my go to for any celebration bouquet or sending flowers. Also, around the holiday time, Dawn and Brooke are great for making centerpieces, larger or small - artful and cool. New review! Lubliner's moved to a larger space at the front of the Wells Fargo Center on SW 4th Ave. The new space is bigger, brighter, airy, and so beautiful! I recently took my very tall office plant to these ladies to re-do the scaffolding and re-pot it, and Brooke got into my head and presto, it's perfect! You'll see it in the photos I attach with this review. I'm no photographer, but I took a few pics of the new digs with all of its gorgeous flowers, succulents, plants, lotions, cards (not your average greeting cards), and the best people ever! Do yourself a favor and just go. I promise you'll thank me.

Due to work I had to be geographically separated from my wife for a year and a half. During that time the folks at Lubliner delivered the most beautiful flowers to my wife every month. It was so amazing to be able to have a group of people who knew me and I knew to provide the most amazing and fresh flowers. Each month was another work of art, and the people at Lubliner obviously take pride in each and every bouquet they make. ALSO- delivery across town is a great service to provide, and one that I really appreciated from a far. Thank you all so much for what you do! You are the best.

My experience with my order was above and beyond! Ms. Dawn at Lubliner Florist went the extra mile to make sure the flowers were delivered at the time requested. Told them I needed something simple and elegant that wasn't roses to be delivered to my fiance's place of work. My fiance comes home with an ear to ear smile and absolutely loves it. She said it was so small and elegant and perfect. I said simple and elegant, she came home with small, elegant. I'd say that's a job well done!! I'll definitely use their services again. Oh and one more thing. That was all done over the phone in less than five minutes the day before valentines day. Customer service was superb in every aspect. Very appreciated.

I ordered some orchids for a very special friend's birthday in her favourite colour. She absolutely loved the arrangement...including the attention to detail with the presentation with tissue, the vase used and cool rocks at the bottom. Needed help with a major crisis in the family and needed to send apology flowers. I called them and explained what I needed including a specific type of flower and let her take it from there. They performed flawlessly. The bouquet was gorgeous and the crisis was averted and forgiven. We will definitely be using them in the future for our flower needs!!!!

Requested 4 different arrangements from Lubliner Florist for my proposal night to my partner. Flowers were delivered to the hotel ahead of our arrival (as requested) and were absolutely beautiful.
