Great service, willing to go the extra mile! I recently bought a secondhand Jeep Grand Cherokee from 4x4 Warehouse Australia. Throughout the process I dealt exclusively with Maurice. For a bit of background, I live in Tasmania and was looking to purchase online without ever seeing the car in person or driving it. From start to finish, Maurice answered every question I threw at him, provided dozens and dozens of photos from every angle imaginable, including the service history of the vehicle and even the 'bad shots' that showed the imperfections that are inevitable on a second hand vehicle which ensured I knew exactly what I was buying. Maurice came to the table on price negotiations and we came to an agreeable figure for both parties including a 5 year warranty (which I wanted for piece of mind given the online purchase). The process was not without it's hiccups though! 1) Initial departure delivery date was delayed as there were some issues identified with the vehicle. - Maurice replaced the 2 front tyres, windscreen water pump and had some minor repairs on the diff carried out, but still honored the contract price. 2) the quoted delivery was meant to be "to my door" but was actually to a depot 50KM away. 3)The delivery which was initially delayed, was then 4 days early so the URV permit was not active and I had to grab another one. (Out of 4x4 WHA's control) ...However Maurice came to the table again and threw in a tank of diesel to compensate. 4)The car arrived, sadly no tow-ball! It had been taken off for shipping and left behind by accident. - Once again a quick message to Maurice and he was happy to sort it and let me pick one up from a local shop and then reimburse me. From start to finish the process has been handled professionally, despite a few hiccups Maurice was able to deliver a fantastic customer experience. I can highly recommend 4x4 WHA to anyone considering buying from them, including interstate/online purchases. It's almost as-though Maurice knew me personally, as he left a "Matilda - The Musical" CD in the CD player, which was the cherry on top =D (JK) Thanks to Maurice and the rest of the team at 4x4 Warehouse Australia.
