Good after sales service from Harry in the workshop, jobs completed promptly and on time and cheaper than other local workshops. Bought a 2000 model Mazda here 4 months ago as a runabout car and the sales dept were happy to let me bargain with them a little. Being an old car with over 230k kms, it has had a few things wear out such as the alternator and starter, but everything so far has been taken care of for a reasonable price within their workshop. Only complaint I have is during the purchase / roadworthy is that the sales dept didn't call to follow up with me as they said they would on more than one occasion.

We purchased a 2007 Ford Territory, at a fantastic price, from M & G motors to travel around Australia. From the beginning Carl and Angelo were super helpful and accommodating. They made sure that the car was in great condition mechanically by replacing all the usual Ford Territory problem components (and more) and serviced the vehicle. They included a 15 month warranty plus roadside assistance. We can now enjoy our trip without having to worry about breaking down. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at this car yard and would highly recommend them.

Sorry say but I went there for a car enquire and I said I m a student need a second hand car. The man reply was disgusting. Customer service is zero. They think that student can’t buy a car. They like to dominate student who are trying to buy a second hand car with a limited budget. My experience was not good I will not recommend any one to go there but it’s your choice. I don’t like to say any things more then this. I know owner may feel bad about this comment. but the guys over there was....

Bought a car from them. Asked them several times if there’s any issue with it. They always replied with oh nah everything great all works. As soon as I bring the car home the radio didn’t work, indicators. I don’t know how it passed road worthy. when I confronted them about the issue they told me they’ll fix it for a ridiculous price. Very disappointed. Would recommend no one coming here. I would give them zero stars if I could. Dealerships should not be this dodgy.

I have been buying cars from M&G for over 30 years. Every car I have purchased has been tip top, reliable and well priced. The professionalism of the salesmen is impeccable, and after sales service is without fault. I have recommended Michael and Daniel to many people over the years and all feel the same. I honestly can't speak highly enough of M&G Motors. If you're after a used car, make this yard the first call, you won't be disappointed.

Purchased a van off these guys Promised that everything works turns out doesn’t, A/C faulty! Took it back to fix they charged me to fix it and two weeks later broken again! Didn’t want to take the car back to fix because who knows what they would do next! So had to get it fix by someone who is professional! Also rust is coming up over the car wasn’t there in car yard so obviously cleaned it all off DON’T RECOMMEND

Gave doggy RWC center locking not working, 2 doors locks not working, I went to my mechanic after buying my mechanic told me I need to spend around $2000 to fix it I bought the car in $4500 when I asked to fix Michael sales person to fix he got very rude and at the time of buying he was very polite he did not fix the car now I am trying to sell but no body wants to take in $2500 so please don't buy from them.

Very rude to customers over the silliest things. They don't respect their customers they tell you that the car is available and when you go there it's not. just so they can offer you another one and they don't care that you drove just to go there for that specific car. they don't care that the customer is happy all the care about is selling the cars.

Costa and the team were very friendly, honest and got us a great deal on a car, great range of cars. We were very happy with the outstanding deal we got, i have recomended M & G Motors to my friends who are also looking for a car for their family members

Price was alight, No fuss and smooth purchase. But lost 2 starts because of the shoddy used car warranty (that most used car dealers offer) . Make sure you get the full details of their "warranty" before you sign, because it's mostly or totally useless.
