Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .there's the source of the problem and it wasn't the breaker and we would never have found it. We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

When I called Mack Electric, they immediately responded with a confirmed appointment. The technician Mo showed up right on time to do a free estimate after looking at the items that needed replacing or correcting, there are no trip fees. His estimates were very reasonable and is per job NOT by per hour. I have used other electricians before and either they charged per hour for many hours or $1000 min per job, or they purposefully emailed an estimate for your review, but when you clicked the button to review, it confirms hiring them even though you had not decided to hire them. The owner is very professional, responds quickly, and does everything he can to leave your house in pristine condition after the job is done. I had him install 8 LED recessed lights and he helped me map out the location of each light to maximize the coverage in my kitchen/dining room.
