One in a HUNDRED Can't begin to tell you what an amazing experience I've had working with Magro Clothing!! I have worked with custom suit companies in the past. In fact (not proud of this), I have over five custom suits from four different custom suit companies. There are three things that I look for when it comes to getting a custom suit. First, is making sure that the actual suit fits right. That was the mistake that I ran into with the first company. Second, is making sure that the price matches my budget. That was the problem I ran into the second and third company. Third, is making sure that my experience was top notch. I mean, I'm buying a suit, it's about as intimate as a guy gets when it comes to purchasing clothing for himself. That was a mistake I ran into with the first three companies. Honestly, I thought all suit companies are like that. You'd either get mediocre customer service, and then a terrible fitting. You get a great fitting but the price would be super high. Or you wouldn't get any of them. So when I went to get a suit from Magro Clothing, I was hesitant. I didn't think that a company with that good of prices for custom suits would provide excellent customer service and actually get the fitting right. I was wrong! And it felt so good being wrong too! They went through the traditional process of measuring me up, asking me questions about what I was looking for in the suit, what features and fabrics I'd like, etc... But that was expected. What wasn't expected was how genuinely nice Sam and Skyler were. They kept me updated, made me feel like a million bucks, and in the end, the suit fit better than any other suit I've ever had.... AND FOR THE BEST PRICE OF ANY SUIT IVE HAD... I've since purchased another suit, shirt, and plan to buy three more suits in the upcoming months. If I could, I travel back in time and only purchased my suits from them. Now that they have my measurements and my preferences in their system, all I need to do is reach out to them and say, "Hey, I'm looking for this kind of fabric in this style of suit, with the measurements you already have of me. Can that be done?" And within 24 hours (I live in Utah so the majority of my communication with them is via text), I get the answer, photos of the available fabrics, what's currently trending, and when they could have it available for me! They seriously are my suit guys! When I get a photo of my second suit, (it should be done here quick), I will also attach a photo to this review. I love this company and love what they're doing in the men's industry. They know their stuff, their prices are second to none, and their customer service is better than I've had from any other suit company. In fact, I'm grateful NOT to live in Gilbert Arizona because I would be a stylish man with no money in my pocket... Again, couldn't say enough about this company! Highly recommended and one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to buying custom menswear attire. Magro has everything you will need for any formal occasion. Shirts, ties, shoes, suits. Stop getting your poorly fit, bad quality, off the rack crappy suit and treat yourself to some Magro Clothing. On par quality with huge name brands like Armani for a fraction of the price. Set up an appointment and meet some of the coolest dudes in town.

BEST SUITS MONEY CAN BUY. I was the the biggest skeptic when it came to spending money on suits, but I finally bit the bullet and have not regretted it. I used to fall for the “buy 1 get 4 free” deals from other companies, and those suits fell apart within weeks. I have had my Magro suits for about a year now and they look/feel just as good as the day I picked them up. I learned - you definitely get what you pay for. This isn’t a 15 minute fitting like other companies, and the suit never fits your right. You spend a couple hours, they take down dozens of measurements, and they make sure the suit fits you perfectly. It is customizable to your body type, style, etc. You even get to design your suit down to the color of the buttons! They are by far the best suits that I have ever owned, and the ONLY suits that I will ever own again. Apart from the incredible product, the company is extremely professional and top notch. Sam Jones is incredible at what he does, and has developed a superior company/product. If any of you are like me, do not hesitate any longer, I can promise you will not regret it!

About 8 months ago (Aug. 2021) I went to MAGRO and was fitted & paid in full for 4 custom dress shirts. Unfortunately as of today, late March 2022 I DO NOT have the shirts! The shirt measurements were taken in the Gilbert office in August but are made in China. 3 months later, in November, the shirts finally arrived but were way too small. New measurements were taken again and after another 3 months, in January 2022, the 2nd batch of shirts arrived, but also DID NOT FIT. Craig said he would again reorder but only 1 shirt, since this ‘will now come out of his pocket’ and wanted to be sure they got it right in this 3rd attempt. Well, that was the last time I heard from him although I have made numerous requests to him via texts as well as voice messages but NO RESPONSE from Craig ! I even gave him a heads up that I would be leaving a bad review and possibly other measures if I didn’t hear back from him…but I’ve heard nothing fro him. I don’t know what’s going on with this company but I hope that no one else will have to experience what I’ve been through so my advice: BUYER BEWARE !

A man in a new Magro suit is a changed man, forever. I say a changed man because if you have never owned a custom suit AND you actually wear suits, you are missing out. I had no clue what it meant to have a custom suit until I stumbled upon Magro. I was able to pick out every single detail of my suit and then when it arrived, it fit perfectly. I say changed forever because I know that I can't go back; once you wear a suit that has been cut to fit only your body, every other suit feels baggy in the wrong places. When I went in to buy my suit, I knew I wanted a dark grey suit but wasn't sure exactly what type of fabric I wanted. Sam helped me pick out a fabric that is way better than what I would've picked out myself. However, if you know what you want, there are endless options. We picked out the buttons, the inside lining and other small details. Sam is passionate about what he does and it shows in the high quality of his work. If you're thinking about it, stop. Go order yourself a suit.

I honestly can't recommend Magro enough. When I was in law school, I wanted to look my best for the interview process so I reached out to Sam. He and Skyler took my measurements and took a real interest in what I needed. Before Magro, most suits I looked at were either so old-school that I wasn't excited to wear them, or so progressive/modern that I'd feel out of place wearing them into the office around an older (and more traditional) generation of lawyers. Sam and Skyler understood the problem and took the time to help strike the the right balance between professional and modern. I can't say I wear my suit into the office everyday, but I do find myself suiting up more than I thought I would. There are a ton of lunches, dinners, events, etc. that come up and I'm to the point where I'm genuinely excited to dress up for them. I'm really glad I ditched the boxy old-school look.

A superb experience. After booking an appointment on their intuitive website, I met with Sam. It was a pleasure working with him in the pursuit of finding some great clothes. I intended to dip my toes into the world of tailored clothing and order a shirt or two. But after Sam walked me through Magro’s purpose and vision, and let me see and feel over a dozen fabrics, I couldn’t help but get 10 shirts. When they arrived, I couldn’t have been happier. I’ve never owned a well-fitting shirt before in my life. Sam has helped me experience the joy of wearing custom-fitting, well made shirts, and I have already begun planning my next visit to Magro to get fitted for some suits. If you’re considering upping your fashion game, I highly recommend reaching out to Magro for a shirt or suit.

Great experience and loved the final product! I found Sam while searching Google for custom suits in the Phoenix area and was impressed with the positive reviews - then I was more impressed by Magro's Instagram account. I actually picked out the type of suit I wanted based on a few of the pictures I saw there. I knew loosely what I wanted in terms of color and fit, and then Sam helped to fill in all the rest of the details. We took care of all the options and fitting in one meeting, and the next time we met I picked up my suit. It fits better than anything I've ever owned and came out even better than I expected. I might actually be more excited about this suit than my fiancee is about her dress. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The Magro team is awesome! They helped guide my husband and I through the process of creating a custom suit that all of our wedding guests were obsessed with! My husband felt handsome and just as special as I did on our wedding day thanks to his custom suit. While I was getting my make up and hair done the team at Magro cut his hair and trimmed his beard perfectly completing his look. I had a great experience with Magro and Sam! I had a custom suit made for my wedding in November, and the process was seamless. I went in to the location downtown and Sam helped me pick out the fabric, buttons, lapel, pockets and lining. Sam took all my measurements for the suit and even hooked me up with a custom shirt as well. I returned several weeks later when the suit arrived and did a fitting, only one small change needed to be made by shorting the sleeves up a little. Sam had it done in no time. Now my suit is a perfect fit and is just the right look I wanted! Im looking forward to wearing it at my wedding. Thanks a lot Sam. Sam and his experienced and attentive staff at Magro are hands down, superb! They have taken haberdashery personally, and to whole another level. The exquisite fine quality of the most elegant fabrics and selection from around the world to choose from, is captured down to every fine detail - nothing is missed. After selecting and designing my first custom suit from Magro, and then putting it on for the first time, the feeling and quality was unmatched to all of my tailored suits (and I have many). Magro's clothing AND service is top notch, and it has become my go-to for ALL of my haberdashery needs.

Overall, Magro was such a pleasant and seamless experience. I was in search of my wedding suit and wanted to go custom for a significant life event such as this. By word-of-mouth, I heard Magro Clothing was a solid and local place to check out. Hidden in a low-key plaza it was one of the best decisions I made for the wedding! Sam set me up with a beautiful winter green suit. He was insightful, reassured me if the process, and was transparent. My experience with Sam at Magro was awesome. 1-on-1 appointments where he walks you through every step of putting together an amazing suit, tons of options to choose from (colors, fabrics, buttons, style, etc.), and all at a solid price. It's not cheap, but it won't break the bank either. A million times better than something off the rack (you get what you pay for). It takes a few weeks so plan ahead, but it arrived on time as scheduled. I get tons of compliments on my new suit and I love wearing it! Thanks Sam!

Working with Sam at Magro was a an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. I've never purchased a custom-fitted suit before, and I've struggled to find shirts and jackets that fit both my neck and my torso, so I was a little skeptical about how well the suit would actually fit. But after receiving my suit and shirt with all of my custom accents, this suit is amazing and makes me feel like a million bucks. Hats off to Sam and Magro for their incredible customer service and for being so easy to work with!

For his birthday, I sent my husband to Magro for a custom suit. It is by far his favorite gift I have ever given him. He loved the experience of getting to pick out every detail...he even had our initials engraved over his heart. I love that he has never looked better than when he is wearing his Magro suit. The difference a well made tailored suit makes is noticeable. He won't wear anything else now, which is fine by me. We have many more Magro bespoke suits in our future.

I have owned many off-the-rack suits over the years and none of them come close to the quality, fit and style of my custom suit from Magro. Sam was meticulous with his measurements and my suit fits perfectly. I loved the experience so much that I had Magro create a sport jacket for me as well. The Magro shop and staff are top-notch and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a well-fitting suit. I don't think I'll ever buy a suit off the rack again.
