Hi everyone We rented mahindra xuv 500 on 2022 sep 14th night to 18th the car was very worst, truly bad in condition. Staff are not least bother of other life i guess because 1) i informed them i am renting that car for 4 days and 5nights to kerala. 2) they said car is in good condition u can take it without any 2nd thought then i have booked it . I have informed them car should cleaned they agreed for that but it was not cleaned when i went to pick up the car at that time they started cleaning it and i was not having much time too but some how they cleaned but not properly cleaned i was not having any other option i adjusted for that also 3) i have informed them that we are taking it more than 1.5k km trip so i said them that tyre should be in good condition for that he said 1 tyre value is 10k we can not change tyre for 1000 km and all at that time i was not having any other option so again i adjusted with that also. 4) they are doing scame in fasttag we have recharged upto 2k but we payed the toll of 1600rs and while coming back near Bangalore we again recharged and came they don't have answers to this also. Maily the trip got really worst beacuse of the tyre in munnar ghat session tyre thread came out and it got puncher in our 1st day itself some how we managed with Stepney and continued then in our next day one back tyre gave us hand with same problem again we are in ghat Stepney is also puncherd with some locals help we find puncher shop then puncher shop boy said that tyre is waste if he fill air also it is no use then we (both tyre are in same condition) so we made plan and bought new tube and installed it and came after all this dram we came back here and staff is not ready to pay us tube amount they are asking us bill (there in that busy i dint take ah bill i made video there i have sent that also they dint pay me back . I have called many time they dint pay it back. 5) car head light was not in condition they knw that we are taking it to ghat then too this ppl are so neglect. Before taking car plz check with all thing like headlight, tyre , engine oil, battery,and wiper or else this ppl will play with ur lyfs they just need money Thank you

Worst worst worst experience. #2 times tyres bursted in running# We took their red color Honda amaze and clearly told them we need to drive 1000+ kms. All they said everything is ready. When we went to take car, it didn't eve cleaned. Then it took 1hr to take car, after that real horrible experience started. After driving few km we came to know all 4 shock absorbers not working, 2 window glasses stuck, Wheel balancing is not at all done. Then comes the real shock that all 4 tyres are already lost its life and spare tyre also. After driven some 350km first tyre busted , luckily we managed to stop the car. Imagine In the midnight with this kind of worst tyres without spare tire how will you travel, luckily we managed to get one old tyre from local shop and continue our travel. Then comes the next blast, 2nd tyre also busted in the 2am. Now with pathetic situation we took room near by and stayed there, morning we bought one tyre and continued our travel. Our whole trip went with pain due to this. Best part is except vidya no one cares about our complaint and she is also unable to help us in this situation. Worst . Never ever go with MERA GAADI WORST RENTAL SERVICE... ATTACHED CAR PIC AND ONE OF THE BURTSTED TYRE TOOK IN MIDNIGHT..

I am giving this review for the person who relates him with this car rental place. His name is Syed Matin. He is dealing with a theft car with forged documents beware of him I had this experience recently and made a police complaint as he tried to sell my car in the name of service. He kept my car with him for several weeks by giving excuses for different problems in my car. after filing a police complaint I got my car and keys. He is running away from Bangalore as police are searching for him. I request Mera Gaadi management to take action against this conman named Syed Matin.

The most horrible service I “never” got. I paid an advance to the girl who attends to callers. My booking went from having a BMW to a fortuner to a heavily damaged Innova - none of which was available. When questioned about why the booking was taken , he started threatening me saying he is a local. He also was accompanied by another goon like customer who seems to be his friend who refused to give me the final vehicle that was available. Abuse, threats , no vehicle and local supremacy- a mismanaged rental agency with no control or accountability. Do not use their services

These Rental services are brutal! I should've paid more attention to the negative reviews. I can't even list out in how many aspects the car needed repairs. They are fraudulent! They promise to take care of the repair expenses and once we opt for the vehicle, we're demanded to get the repairs done on our own COMPLETELY from our pocket money and they even stopped responding to our calls until we involved the police. I hope they change and that no one would be fooled in the future. Stay safe people

Such worst experience I had, suddenly vehicle is off in the middle of highway road, after for every 6-9kms, Seriously we explained suitivation but the employees but they are asking money with us. Vehicle already scrached before taking but they are blaming us and asking Rs.6000. but really I had bad experience and even car mileage also around 7-9km/Ltr For madikeri trip we have spent for diesel - 6000, Rent - 5600, for garage 600 total - 12,200 for only car

Don't take car for Meera cars because I best many problems in the this is a fraud company they will not take care about the customer and no condition in the car and car is totally damage car they are giving for customer this meera car is fraud and they will charge extra amount after the trip do not take for a rental for Meera cars it was bad experience for me in that Innova car they will do not take care about the people or customer

Worst experience! The car was given in pathetic condition that too when we stressed on the point that we taking it to Ghat section. Right after we started driving the car the wipers broke then headlight wasn't working, AC stopped working, Horn stopped working and so on. We had to spend more time fixing the car than actual time we spent on trip. Really a car in worst condition was rented to us!

There is no zero star to give and they are very irresponsible on their work and also doesn’t bother about customer’s safety. We booked the XUV 500 and got a Innova which is in worst condition , stuck in the middle of the ooty ghat. Horrible experience and also they didn’t refund our money which we spent on repairs

We hired a fortuner and the car provided was in good condition, although a minor issue was that the rear ac vents were not working. Delivery and pick up service was also provided and we had someone always to reach out on a call. Overall a good experience with very good pricing.

I rented their car for a week's trip to a Hill station and the rest of week is here. The AC was smelly which stopped working the next day. The headlights stopped working on our way back. The brake pads aren't in a good condition too . Yeah … ज़्यादा
