Please do not buy from this company! You’ll save yourself a whole lot of hassle. I wouldn’t be surprised if they wrote their own reviews, they’re that dodgy! After about 4 month of trying to recieve my money back on a car that was ‘sold fit for purpose’ with AA cover and a brand new MOT, I learnt after taking it to a mechanic (3 weeks into purchasing the vehicle) that it was actually for scrap. The only way I got my money back was by contacting trading standards and citizens advise. Even then I didn’t get back the full amount because of the ridiculous amount of mileage they said I’d used had been deducted from the price of the car, as well as the £400 I lost out on insurance for. Here’s a list of the problems the car had: Both front shock absorbers are leaking Handbrake cable is snapped Driver side wishbone ball joint has perished Passenger side steering rack ball joint has perished (these are particularly worrying as the latest MOT only mentioned excessive play which was apparently fixed the following day, however, had this issue been attended to then they would have noticed the following passenger side tie rod end which had also perished) Botched head gasket repair Clutch urgently needs replacing Radwell has been used to fill a radiator leak, meaning that water has been used instead of coolant to prevent anyone from spotting if the head gasket has perished or leaking Cv boot leaking Holes in the exhaust have been filled with putty Rear exhaust mount is broken. As you can see, that is a lot of problems for a car that was ‘checked and serviced with their in-house mechanic’ and they couldn’t have occurred in the 3 weeks I drove the car before it sat on my drive for 4 months because of fear of driving it . MOT had been done a month before I bought it and failed for a perished ball joint and somehow passed the day after, but when I got it checked approx 2 months after the MOT had been done, the ball jount hadnt been fixed. I did raise my concerns with the dealership because the MOT comany they use was 2 minutes round the corner from them. Also the mileage on the MOT was more than when we bought it suggesting the clock had been turned back. The customer service of the staff at the company was beyond disgusting. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am unfortunately an unhappy buyer.. Bought a van in October 2018 and was initially very happy. Also aware second hand vans are never going to be risk free. Have since had to spend over £600 on broken parts including a new clutch less than two months after purchasing. MNS recommended the garage by them to save money. The mechanic called me seemingly quite shifty saying the clutch would take time to wear in and the van may jerk a bit. A month later it was still not working properly so I took it to another garage who found a broken pipe by the clutch. Another £220 bill. I suspect the garage knew about or even created this problem but who knows. Just two weeks later another warning light came on but the part is so expensive to replace it’s not worth it. Cleaning it out (another bill) is working for now and the van seems to run well after all this work - at least for the moment. I also discovered the tyres were 10 years old and extremely worn. I contacted MNS explaining my disappointment for the amount of money I’ve had to spend and received no response. Do not use their recommended garage - get your own to avoid conflict of interest. MNS did not properly check over this van prior to selling, I do not trust the garage they use and am very disappointed to have had no reply.

Bought a car from MNS about 8 months ago. This 5star review is overdue, should have been done long ago and it's well deserved. The car is 9 years old but it is in pristine condition. No problem whatsoever with the veicule. And the customer service is absolutely brilliant. I never felt pushed to close the deal and as a first buyer the support was really good. They drove the car straight to my door which was really convenient considering I wasnt insured. And the final touch that gave me complete confidence in these guys: when Sohail parked the car at my door, he spoted that one of the tyres was not in best condition and was prompt on saying they would cover the cost and if I needed any assistance he could come back the following they to help. Now please bear in mind that MNS is in east london and I live in northwest london, not exactly down the road. And they could have got away with the bad tyre as I didn't notice the condition at all, but no.... I guess they understand reputation and safety are too important to be messed about. Seriously amazing customer service! I've called them a couple of times for advise and they are always available to help. Overall big thank you and I know exactly were to go when the time comes for me to get a new car :)

I recently purchased a new car from MNS Motors and was extremely satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. I dealt directly with Sohail who is very professional and clearly knows his Business. He offered me guidance on the purchase of my vehicle and advised me about a small problem there was with the air-conditioning. As I was keen to have the car straight away Sohail reassured me that he would get it fixed at a more convenient time for me. True to his word the air-con is now all fixed and they even gave me a courtesy car to minimise the inconvenience. I have since recommended a few friends who have both successfully purchased new cars and have been as happy as me. As I work in retail myself , customer service is very important to me & I was very impressed with my dealings. Well done to Sohail & team , I will certainly return if I am looking to purchase another vehicle in the future and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family.

My first contact with MNS motors was 8 years ago when I purchased a seven-seater car, their service was outstanding and did not encounter any problem with the car. I recently sold the seven-seater because my kids are all grown up and need a small car. I went back to MNS Motors due to the good service I have received with my last car and recently purchased another car. I found Sohail the owner to be very approachable, helpful & polite. Sohail provided me with informed options which enable me to make informed decision with my new purchase. I also found his after sales service outstanding. I received a phone call after my purchase to check on how I was getting on, also to know if I was happy and satisfied with my new purchase. I was also informed not to hesitate to make a contact if a need arise on any issues with regards to my new purchase. I am extremely happy and pleased with MNS motors service. I will therefore recommend MNS motors to friends and family.

The car we were looking at didn’t appear to be ready for sale as advertised. It was dirty both inside (chocolate on the seat) and outside. The mileage on the clock is 3000 miles more than it was advertised at. He told us it has had 1 previous owner whereas the advert mentioned more. Poor customer service overall and a car that doesn’t match the advert. At the show room we were trying to ask the salesman questions about the car and instead of answering them he kept trying to get us into the office and then proceeded to ask if we can afford the car. After asking for a test drive or if we could at least be driven in the car, as he seemed very hesitant, he scoffed ‘I can drive you all the way to Southend but if you cannot afford the car there is no point’. We had mentioned on numerous occasions we plan to buy the car today if it met expectations and we were repeated met with patronising and derogatory comments. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Went for a test drive a low mileage Polo 1.4 and was met with great customer service and patient selling. I left and later and explained I love the car, forgot my credit card at home and I would be giving a deposit the following day to reserve the car. As promised the next day I called with card in hand to give the deposit and was met with ‘I’m sorry you said you would call later that day, I’m taking a deposit off someone now in the shop’ Clearly my conversation with one salesman was not passed onto another which is extremely frustrating as it doesn’t come across a very busy business. Ofcourse if I had a deposit I wouldn’t be in this scenario but hey they had my number, we agreed a time I would call back and they failed to live up to our verbal agreement. Hope they learn from this mistake that communication in vital!

Just purchased a motor from MNS for my elderly parents who unfortunately had an accident and wrote their car off. I dealt with Chakra at the venue and can only say good things about him and the service he provided. Chakra was both courteous and caring with regard to my disabled mothers requirements and needs and gave a thorough account of the stock. Whilst deciding what to do he was not pushy and made me feel condident a relaxed. He was very efficient with regard to the paperwork and knows his stock inside out. From what I've seen so far the car appears to be good value and sound, but as in all second hand car purchases only time will tell but so far so good. I had been looking for a small automatic car for my daughter, I was passing MNS and stopped for a look I was supprised at the selection of cars on show, I spoke to a salesman who was very helpful and suggested I came along with my daughter and test drive a couple of cars which we did, She purchesed a car and is very happy with it she has had a small problem but it was resolved very quickly they even came to our home to put it right.I like this company and will use them again. No one was pushing her to buy but was giving us adivce when we wanted it,The car is 8 yrs old its not going to be perfect but we are very happy with our Honda Jazz and the service we received.

After seeing a Ford focus CC advertised on Autotrader I rang MNS motors and asked for a video of the car for further details. The video was sent promptly by Whatsapp and I realised this was the car I wanted. I rang MNS and confirmed I was interested in buying the car, Hassan the proprietor went through all the details and arranged for an outdoor viewing of the car, the car had been well prepared and was exactly as described, We completed the deal and it was arranged for the car to be delivered the same evening. Sure enough the car was on my drive by 5.30pm sanitised and in pristine condition, All in all an excellent transaction with real service

In Feb 2013, saw silver Clio which I liked, showroom was busy but I waited and had a test drive with owner of MNS. He was a nice guy, no problem with him. The next day I called and said I wanted an independent inspection on the car which I had arranged. Report came back with two minor faults, needed a new battery and rear coil spring broken. MNS rectified the problems and I bought the car. It is now Dec 2013, and I have had no problems with the car. I dealt with Chakra at MNS and I would use these guys again. ****December 2019, still got this car and same battery! Had no issue with this car at all****

Spoke to a pleasant Gentleman a few days ago to advise that I would be visiting to see a car that was advertised via the AA cars website. Found the man on the day to be a completely different person, extremely rude and unwilling and not wanting to sell the car. Walked away from what would have been a sale to go see another similar car which I ended up buying. Was unwilling sort out a small snag on the car. Unsure how the 3 month warranty would work if he was unwilling to fix one small thing pre delivery. Wont be recommending MNS motors.

I normally look at the much larger dealerships and was looking for a car online some months ago. Luckily, I came across an ad from MNS Motors. The car was low mileage and in excellent condition. I couldn't believe my luck, bought the car and have been really happy with my purchase. A few months later I noticed a problem with the horn not working. The staff are amazing and got this rectified. I'm a very happy customer. I noticed they have a good variety of cars and will be checking them in the future. Thank you MNS Motors!

Perfect service from the initial call with Hassan to then collecting my new car. Hassan is very personable and so easy to deal with. I was nervous changing over from driving a manual car to automatic. Hassan was very helpful and patient. He talked me through everything in detail. The whole experience was definitely 5* and beyond. One star for having the car I liked. Customer service was SHOCKING. He kept coming and going throughout our visit, flaunted money saying ‘he does not need it’ ‘he bought his daughter an expensive £800 bag last week’ to insinuate that he is telling the truth about the car working. Furthermore he raised his voice when we discussed some concerns with the car and was overall terribly unprofessional. Car we believed was also not in the best condition to what he was saying it was.

Bought a car for my wife here and the service was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and informative regarding the car that we were about to purchase as well as advise on servicing and maintenance as I was not overly familiar. We also negotiated a very reasonable deal that saw us getting the new car, with a p/x that was satisfactory for both parties. I would be searching for a new car for myself soon and this would definitely be my first place to look.

Had to post.surprised about high stars. I bought a Honda jazz for a friend a few years ago from this place..Car was horrendous. No coolant bottle, no air con radiatorto name but a few issues...They didn't fix it with shoddy repair work done. Main dealer said it must've been an unrecorded accident car looking at number of faults. Guy played the, I have family line..My friend fell for it and was left out of pocket. Would avoid like the plague.

Raised some concerns with the car upon view, and as a response we got met with a raised voice and rude behaviour. As a comeback from the our concerns with the car, we was told he don’t need the money, and then went on about all the money he has, and stuff he bought his daughter. But after showing interest in the car he raised the price £200 and thought we didn’t notice. Clearly needs the money, and selling faulty cars

Super service when we bought our new car from MNS Motors. Gave us what we wanted for our old car. No sales pressure. They paid for a minor electrical repair that occurred after we got the vehicle home - even though it had been fine when we collected it - no quibbles. They even posted our children's favourite cd to us that we left in our old car... no charge! Great service - thoroughly recommended.

I bought a Red Colour Hyudai i20 from MNS Motors in March 2019. This is my first car in UK. The car is really nice and also the overall process of purchasing was smooth. The owner of the shop dropped the car all the way to my house. I have driven the car till now and no issues. I drove all the way to Scotland during Summer and almost driven 5,500 miles till now. No issues in the vehicle.

I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from MNS Motors in May and dealt with Chakra who was very helpful. I had a few minor problems that Chakra sorted out . I am happy with the service I received ,and would recommend them. Lots of car dealers take your money and then dont want to know if you have any problems. These guys sold me a vehicle with a check engine light on . well it went on within days of buying it smh . since buying it in december already i've spent over $600 on maintence . it needed a oil change + tune up because someone put the wrong spark plugs in it . i personally will not go here for another vehicle.
