I purchased a Hilux ute from Mark and his team sight unseen from Brisbane. Marks response times and communication was second to none. He explained that the vehicle had been damaged previously in an incident, he sent me photos of the damage and although the damage seemed relativly superficial, he explained in detail the lengthy process of the repairs. This instilled confidence in me so I purchased the car on my instinct he was a man of integrity. He arranged to have the car transported to Brisbane on Ned Kelly transport within 2 weeks and true to his work, the car arrived on the 13th day. I'm very happy with the car and its exactly what was described, it's in as new condition and represents good value for money, he was true to his word. The whole process in dealing with Mark from start to finish was seamless and I can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough. Thanks again, Adam

The day I picked up my car and drove on the freeway, there was a humming sound coming from the front of the suspension. For some reason because it wasn't loud, I didn't think much of it (my bad). 9 months later have to take my car in to a mechanic because of steering issues and told me both control arms and the steering rack ($3k worth of repairs) need to replaced and said these issues would have been with the car before I bought it. Should have known better than to trust a carsales man who claims to be a "family man who looks after his customers" yet sell a car knowing there's thousands of dollars worth of repairs needing to be done. Not even a year of ownership and have pretty much babied the car, cheers Mark, upholding the poor reputation you carsales men have by lying to other people's faces for a living.

I went in to check a car and negotiated a price so we could come pick up later after checking out the area as we don't live here. The sales man wants the deal done now! And we said we WILL come back, he's yelling, wagging his fingers, telling us to leave the property and never come back/ calling us a liar. 0 customers service and just desperate people trying to sell a car and disgusting behaviour. Needs to be fired. Thank god we dodged a bullet and didn't buy. Do not come here!. Absolute embarrassment to the industry. And don't ask me to take this review down, IT WILL STAY! Edit: You have serious trust issues, sort yourself out and next time ask your boss to respond, not you.
