"The Japanese excel in simplicity"
"Japanese store selling kitchen supplies, storage solutions, clothing and more"
"worst customer service i’ve ever experienced! everyone was so rude and unprofessional"
"Service is friendly can usually get a few bargains but the asking price of some items is just ridiculous"
My daughter and I are so fan and in love with Muji, everything they have is amazing, quality, colours, design. We want to buy the whole store sometimes, and we go there just to look and it is for certain that we spend always quiet a bit of money in there. I have bits from all the sessions in my home. Grateful for your creation.
The Japanese excel in simplicity. Just like Uniqlo this Japanese store knows how to make the basics in good quality at decent prices. Although they sell a variety of things for the home and travel. For me I love their stationery, storage and travel stuff. It's worth checking them out for Xmas stocking fillers too.
Japanese store selling kitchen supplies, storage solutions, clothing and more. Excellent scented candles. Usually very chilled out, but on this visit there was what appeared to be an overzealous store detective wandering back and forth which made the experience a little unpleasant to a regular buying customer.
worst customer service i’ve ever experienced! everyone was so rude and unprofessional. they gave non reliable answers to all our questions about the refunds and such. they only had one working till and a lengthy que. I love muji but my last visit in tottenham shop. definitely prefer an other shop or online.
Service is friendly can usually get a few bargains but the asking price of some items is just ridiculous. Stationery, clothing and a few homeware items are my usual purchases. The clothing is rather exceptional for the price, the cotton and linen items are wonderful to wear, so soft and comfortable.
Hello, I went there Saturday (26th of March) And I really had a good help from the personnel about chosing the size. I think they noticed that I was very lame in finding the right size and they were very kind to help me. Also cos it was end of day but they were still very patient. Cheers!
The price differences between Europe and Asia for MUJI is crazy! For mediocre quality products with a pricey tag I don't understand why they make the European market significantly more expensive, I can get the same product in MUJI China for a fraction of the price, its frustrating.
I found something i want on the top shelf, and asking one of the staff to help. Then she told me those things only for display. But I went to the same store before and buy the same things at the same place, another staff helped me. Thanks to that staff who willing to help.
A smaller store and the layout is a bit odd especially if you’re used to the other Muji stores. Customer service was non existent - the staff kept telling myself and other shoppers to self checkout - which if it decided to work didn’t recognise most of the barcodes.
Visited Muji on Tottenham Court Road and was very pleased with the customer service I received. Very friendly welcome and staff assisted me in searching for what I needed. Left very happy with my purchases as price and quality is superb. Would highly recommend.
I love the Japanese aesthetic that is used to create all of the house wares they sell. Not cheap per se, but not too bad. Many affordable items all the same. They didn't actually have the bar spoon that I wanted while I was there in September. May be next time.
For a chain store Muji is always well stocked, organized, and boasts friendly staff. It's a pleasure to shop there and the majority of their items are good quality. I typically go there when I need socks or slippers as I like their organic cotton fabrics.
Charged £27.95 for a USB desk fan, but the price sticker said £24.95. Was told prices had increased recently. The member of staff didn't offer to honour the price on the sticker, despite the whole shelf being incorrectly labelled. Not a great experience!
The staff here seem very poorly trained. They all seem to be rushing around but have no time for customers! I asked one employee if there were any linen shirts with collars. At first I don’t think he understood me: they he looked frustrated
I am huge Muji fan, thoughtful and pleasing. But I’m having second thought now. I purchased a dining table from this store and it was supposed to be shipped to me. But it has taken much longer and they won't answer phone call or respond to
It wasn’t the first time that we have been to this Muji store. The store is compact, but it has amazing gems! Very clean, smells really good especially on first floor because of all the diffusers. Staff are super helpful and friendly, they
Flagship muji store and first one in UK. The style ethos here is anonymous design so everything is muted and simple. It's a bit expensive compared to the original prices in Japan, when sales start then items become more reasonable. Smaller
Customer service is non-existent. They don’t smile. Asked a question about a product, staff blanked and ignored my question as if he is anti-social or has problem speaking. When I paid for the product, astonished that I have to pay 10p for
October 08 2022 between 12:40-1pm, We were about to pay and placed our item’s on the counter when my daughter decided to quickly pick up another item as additional considering it’s just only us paying and nobody’s on the queue, I politely
I've been trying to shop in Muji Tottenham Court Road for almost a year without any luck. I live very close to that branch and every 2 months more or less I make an attempt. There's always the same deterrent: "sorry, the lift is broken".
I've been coming to this branch for years because it's the closest to me and there is never more than two assistants out there to help and. You will be helped but not a good shop if you are in a rush. They always run around scrambling to
Visited this lovely shop for a diffuser as they came highly recommended, even though they appeared to be understaffed and extremely busy. The staff were patient and hard working in helping me choose some fantastic oils. I’ve already been
A good range of products with a simplistic design of good quality. So far I have not had any problems with any of the items I have bought from Muji. The range of products they offer is quite big, from furniture to kitchen stuff and some
The Muji store invites customers to place their wet umbrellas in the dedicated stands by the entrance without any form of token system. The staff were stationed by the umbrella stands, which implied a reasonable expectation of custodian
Ground floor has plenty of options for clothes and size options were relatively good. Upstairs, the homewear section is very large and lots of diffusers add a lovely smell. Lots of skincare/body products too. Stationary section has the
Customer service is extremely poor, lady working on the upper floor at the till was rude and dismissive. I understand that she may have been stressed out due to the store being quite busy but that doesn’t mean you put your anger out on
Beautifu, very clean and well organized shop, this Muji looks small but is deceiving, they have a very good selection, spite of the space and well organized. They have small offers very often, not that big, but every little helps. I'm
Had the bedding at Muji recommended to me from a friend due to comfort and quality. Went into the store and I was greated by a lovely sales assistant called Ella who advised me on some fantastic bedding. I must say it is the most
Bought pair of trousers from here. Got it home and found they'd left the security tag on them. Contacted them via help several days ago - no reply. Now trousers have big hole on back of waistband as I live miles away and i'm not
Great Japanese chain store for naturalistic, well-made clothing and home/kitchen decore. It is Beautiful inside, the items for sale are beautiful and look like they will last you for years. It absolutely makes it worth the price.
I love the Muji philosophy and aesthetic. Everything is clean, no frills, and made to a high standard. This shop has everything you need to complement your lifestyle. Solid 5/7, would shop here any day of the week.
If you love neutral colours, soft fabrics, amazing Japanese storage solutions then Muji is for you. Don’t question just go and spend all your money there. This store is the perfect place to do just that.
Self scan check out through an app to enable cleanliness. Good customer service, recommend doing check out near entrance as there's a table and better WiFi (free in-store). Nicely done experience!
I love this store for buying acrylic boxes, etc. to organise items around the house. I love their choice of pens and notepads too. Great value for money and the staff are friendly too. Thanks!
As a regular customer of MUJI, I do realised that their sales assistant training is poor, but I was still shocked by a long hair Asian male assistant’s behaviour, cannot rude anymore!
Staff stood around on their phones, payment systems don’t work and customer service non existent. Love muji products but the in store experience at this branch is shambolic.
the lift has been "broken" for years, effectively treating all potential disabled customers as unworthy of shopping here. also NOT a london living wage employer... gross...
I was greatly assisted by the store manager Monica. Her customer service was excellent and she went above and beyond when I lost a small item in the store.
This is my favourite Muji store. The staff are friendly and there is a great selection of products in this one. Whenever I need stationary I stock up here.
Ive been in here a few times ,mainly bits and pieces for kitchen ,bathroom and i also like their socks fit and last.very good value ,will shop there again
Disgusting customer service do better pls, it wasn’t even busy at all yet that one guy is so unhelpful and the old asian lady is such a snob …
Unpleasant shopping experience in TCR MUJI store On 26/8 I went to TCR MUJI to buy bed frame, wooden legs and underbed drawer.
Me and my wife are always going here for their amazing sets of timeliner pens
Ok store, clean and self checkout makes things efficient
I’ve got one question: WHEN WILL THE LIFT BE FIXED???
Bought some grey slippers, wished I bought brown
Easy to reach and nice things from Japan.
