On Mother’s Day my daughter ordered dinner for us via Menulog. The order was accepted through the app. Approximately 30 minutes after the expected delivery time my daughter rang Mas to check on the progress of our order. The man that answered the phone said in a VERY aggressive manner “we don’t use Menulog any more”. My daughter was confused because the money had been removed from her account so she attempted to ask him a couple of other questions at which time he aggressively said he had no time for her and hung up. I have always loved the food from Mas but after witnessing how one of their employees treated my daughter I will never order from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone

I so wanted to give a great ranking but as a foodie must say it was just satisfactory . It would definitely cater for the average person that has not been to the high class Thai restaurants. Don’t get me wrong it was very tasty but the amount of hotness which was denoted by chillies on the take away menu was not an indication. The delivery was first class and a nice touch was the complimentary prawn crackers. I’m still struggling for a go to Thai in Sunbury, I thought Rice Scoop was the one but it has sadly slipped. For Ma’s I would say very good honest food without the wow factor.

We ordered several dishes to take away last night after reading lots of glowing reviews - and here's another... the food was incredible! This beautiful food leaves you feeling nurtured as well as nourished. Everything from the roti with the best satay sauce I've ever tasted, to the noodles and curry are the the best examples of Thai food. People had commented how far they travel for this good, and I completely understand. Ordering via menulog was a cinch. We were still raving about your delicious food over breakfast this morning. Thank you.

We've been trying to find a very good Thai place around our area and I'm glad I found this hidden gem restaurant thanks to Google, I wouldn't have noticed it if you just drive by as the signage is small and the restaurant is upstairs. The food was so yummy and definitely hit the sweet spot for me and my family. This is definitely a legit Thai restaurant. This will be our family's go to place for Thai food. Staff was also very friendly when I picked up our takeaway food :)

Best Thai restaurant!! Great food and service! The pad thai is my favourite Edit: was rated 5 stars but giving it a 4 now due to the ridiculous costs. Prices have gone up and I understand inflation is a thing, but still charging 50c for a container when dinner is already $40? Seems a bit steep. I pay much less for a nice dinner in the city, so it was a bit pointless for the manager to compare themselves to restaurant's from there. I've also never had to pay for a take home container, so.....

I seldom write reviews but your takeaway was a disgrace. I think you have taken advantage of my daughter. You have simply boiled up the same vegetables for different dishes,boiled up different meats and poured different runny tasteless sauces over them. In no way has that been properly cooked. Over 100 dollars for food that probably cost less than 10 dollars to produce. The food is here if you want to collect it!

Took almost an hour to get our food, the restaurant wasn't even busy. Went up to ask the waitress and she snubbed me and said it's getting made now after 45 minutes! The service itself was terrible, the girl who seated us couldn't even remember where we sat. The food wasn't cooked properly. Overall terrible experience wouldn't go back

We have just moved into Sunbury and this could not have been a better choice. The food was fresh and plentiful. The prices are reasonable. We're looking forward to eating in. It's a terrific Thai restaurant. We will be back.

Don't ever go there if you are solo. The host won't entertain you with the excuse that she is busy. But wait, she first asks how many, and then her restaurant becomes crowded and there is no seating available. I asked her what was the wait time, she just replied - "we are busy, sorry!". I am surprised she is still in business.

Delicious food and the right amount for two people. Typical Thai restaurant decor, and quite a pretty atmosphere if you sit near the windows with the fairy lights. It is up stairs and pretty sure they don't have an elevator for wheelchairs or prams. Had takeaway from here also, and food was good quality and delivered quickly.

First time here for a birthday dinner…. The food was beautiful and loved the Green Currie (worth trying) Entrees were very good too… The staff were great, the music choice was good too

Excellent experience. Held a small birthday party here, the staff were accommodating and absolutely lovely. The food was fantastic, the curry puffs were delicious and had the perfect amount of seasoning. I highly recommend trying their red curry, the combination of spices and vegetables are to die for!

Wonderful food! I had the panang lamb curry which was superb, my partner had the Massamun curry which was also excellent. Attentive and friendly service.

Very nice place for dinner. The staff are very attentive and accomodating as to where you would like to sit. The food is excellent and the menu has lots to choose from. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for a lovely meal at a reasonable price.

This restaurant is AMAZING!!!! Have been coming here for years, and when I moved I would drive an hour to just get their food. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is such great quality and delicious and great value for price! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The food was great and prices were reasonable for the area. Service was a little slow on the night however this was due to being short staffed that night and the lady who was on did her absolute best given the circumstances. I would definitely return.

Great ambiance, the entree and Pad Thai were nice, the duck salad on the other hand was very underwhelming. Overall still very enjoyable.

Amazing food! So much flavour! Best Thai food in Sunbury or anywhere really... ♥️ Coconut prawns are insanely good And the Panang curry with coconut rice is a must try!! As well as the chicken pad Thai with added cashews

Great night last week on our trip to Ma's. Service was good and food was great as well though they didn't have somtam made up for it with the whole Barramundi! We ordered a few dishes to share and the price was more than reasonable!

We usually go for dinners. The staff is very friendly and polite. Just can't get enough of Red Thai curry and coconut rice. Food is better than Siam Taste

Food is good but prices have gone up ALOT I understand there is inflation but dishes shouldn’t be an extra $4.50 because you now charge for rice with the curry. Also the 50c for the container to take home your food is a joke …

Awful. We’ve eaten better in a food court long past the lunch rush. Took nearly an hour to get our meals and only because we threatened to leave even though here were only 8 other people in the restaurant. Never again.

Very cosy, always come here for some authentic Thai. Love the green curry they make and Tom Jurd. Maybe the only place that makes it so decent as they do.

Terrible service, ordinary food, 45minute wait for a pad Thai when only 8 people in the entire restaurant. Ma’s Is advertised as a restaurant & wine bar but is really just a bad greasy spoon takeaway joint!

Ma’s is a wonderful family friendly place to get some great Thai, friendly staff, good service and good comfort Thai food. Can recommend the massaman curry! If you are looking for it, it’s up stairs!

This is the best and most consistent Thai my partner and I have had. We have moved out of the area (to Essendon) and make the trip back religiously. 10/10 for the staffs patience and understanding

Best Thai in Sunbury, I've found them to be quick especially when walking in and ordering take away. Love especially their prawn crackers and peanut sauce, and the green curry.

Cute little restaurant, kids set up available with puzzles and tv, couches and the staff were so friendly to my daughter. Food was tasty, quick and easy takeaway process.

Had takeaway and there a bit tight with ingredients, rang up & complained and they delivered a new order which was good.the decor needs to be updated it looks grubby.

Food is amazing and even the service was great! The guy who delivered my food was just so chirpy and they were very quick, new favourite Thai place in Sunbury now :)
