I dropped off a prescription that was related to my recovery from childbirth, was told to expect a call the next day to be updated when it was ready. I never received any call from them. So I called the day after they said they would call me and I was told my medication wasn't in stock and the estimate was to have it in after the long weekend was over and expect the next update on Tuesday. Well of course no update from them again. I waited until Thursday to call again, i get told they would call me right back. Another hour and some passes still no call back yet again. At this point its been a full week from the day of originally dropping off my prescription and now they haven't even checked to see if my insurance covers my medication and has to start that whole process and wait even more. I only learned of the insurance issue after I end up calling THEM back for the third time! I never ended up getting my medication from this place, and when my husband went to pick up my original prescription to take it else where they had the audacity to lie to him and say the medication was done THE SAME DAY I DROPPED MY PRESCRIPTION OFF. Which is obviously complete bull S. Thank you Madigan Pharmacy for wasting my time and allowing me to go in pain even longer. The lack of professionalism and customer courtesy is enough to make me never set foot in this place again for any of my family's pharmacy needs even if it means driving further to the next one.

THREE TIMES EXPENSIVE... my doctor send prescription to this pharmacy as this was close to my home. i was surprised to know the price ( 3 times ) as my doctor gave me an idea about cost. I called my doctor just to double check if she changed the medicine but they told me to check with other pharmacy about its cost. I didnt know before this that there could be that big difference in Pharmacy to Pharmacy prices. BIG TIME ALERT - Please call for price before buying. Response to your reply:- Thanks for your reply With my review I am just helping people who sometime don't ask price before visiting and believe that price difference could be 20-50 % but not 300%. I have no reason to visit you again as i don’t want to take any chance for any other medicine. I did find this out because my doctor shared with me budget price for this, so i did ask around the price. My Doctor never recommended any quality of the same. I am sharing my learning and experience with people so they can decide based on this. If you want to learn from this then please train your staff to explain about price difference before preparing medicine and ask customer’s willingness to pay for expensive HIGH STANDARD. Some people don’t have much money to pay for such expensive medicine and on top of that you don’t refund once paid. I did ask your staff they said no they can refund once its ready. Hope you understand and take some good efforts to resolve this.

Been going for almost a year since I moved into the area. Very good service, they remember me and are happy to see me. Ils peuvent parler francais, si vous en avez besoin aussi :)/ I have a lot of confusing medications that mix up a lot of pharmacists. Madigan makes small mistakes here and there but are very quick to fix them and are overall great people. They now have a compounding designation for which the head pharmacist (Kouassi, a wonderfully kind man) took great pains to qualify for and to implement (and I wish them much success with it!) including a good selection of home and medical supplies as well. As a smaller pharmacy they take the time to try to understand your condition and to know their customers, as well as to ask about medical history and answer questions. A great addition to the neighbourhood!!! Update Sept 2018: I noticed they now have a certificate for veterinary medicine consultation

If you need a Clomid prescription for fertility purposes I do not recommend this pharmacy as it is 3x more expensive and the medication itself is already expensive as it it. My prescription for 3 cycles of Clomid from Regional Fertility Program pharmacy was $135 last year/it is currently $155 as prices have gone up a little (but they do buy in bulk and have better prices) and the price for 1 cycle from Madigan pharmacy was $175 few months ago. Three stars are for staff being nice and calling beforehand about the price - I needed the medication for next day so I paid it, but will not be coming back for the refills. This review is for anyone else going through fertility treatments - so you don’t pay extra unnecessarily, when the treatments are already expensive and stressful enough. Go to Regional Fertility program pharmacy instead.

Very kind staff..the other day i was late picking up my D.D prescription then i think he was the owner of the Pharmacy checking all the doors are locked then he noticed me and asked if im here to pick up my prescp i said no im here to pick my D.D meds and i didn't know that it there closing time that moment 6pm so he asked do i need it today i said yes yesterday supposed to pick it up but I didn't have time so i came today ..without hesitation or telling me to just come back tomorrow he went and open the door and i got my D.D meds Thank you so much Kind Sir!!!

4x the cost of other pharmacies. Absolute scam, definitely get prices from other pharmacies. 3 other pharmacies quoted me less than the Co-pay for the entire prescription, and I only discovered this when my doctor heard the cost. And claiming only best ingredients is a LIE as the prescriptions were all filled with generic brands, and all other quotes were with Name Brand Medicines. GET QUOTES to save yourself money.

Pharmacist and staff are always helpful, friendly, and organized. Lots of parking at the front and accessible directly via public buses. I've only been for the covid-19 shot but my visit was so quick and painless that I have recommended this location to others. They also carry a variety of items from skincare to several other medical devices.

When we showed up for our scheduled Pfizer vaccination the place was closed. We were never notified that the appointment was canceled or rescheduled. Very poor business practice. There was another client that showed up while we were there for their scheduled appointment. Would never recommend this location to anyone for anything.

I been going there since they first opened and i wouldnt go anywhere else, its like family setting, they are understanding, compassionate and amazing service, they go above and beyond for anyone and their customers/clients.. they ask how you are doing and they care about your well being..

went to get something mixed he was very pushy wouldn't tell me how much it would cost before mixing then when told the price of $380 he then tried to push even paying a bit of the cost went to another pharmacy and was charged only $71 these guys are over charging WATCH OUT

Due to a shortage of my required drug in Canada, I was recommended to go here by my home pharmacy. Two quick phone calls and I was picking up my Rx in a few hours. Friendly and courteous. If I didn't work in a business with a pharmacy, they would be my go to place.

Good service, friendly staff. Vaccine appointment scheduled, on time as per booking. Specialized mobility equipment and accessories were a nice surprise, not always expected in a neighborhood pharmacy. Will definitely be going back.

I been going there since the first day they have opened til now, they are like family, helping others with medications if they are short or can't afford it they find ways to help people. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

All staff always friendly and I found solutions for my kids sickness I was struggling for many years but now I am so happy my kids no more suffer thank you so much

Only been there a few times but they are efficient and make special compounds. Medication is ready quickly. If you need a special cream call them.
