I love this store! It's a true blue old school hardware store that almost always has what I need as a fix it myself homeowner and gardener. Great tools, supplies, plus the more fun necessities in all housewares every season including specialty items. You could stock your whole kitchen with quality things from here plus have great gifts and kid's stuff too. The staff is totally accessible and knowledgeable and nice and I can be in and out fast. I go several times a month and can avoid all the big stores that take too much time and are harder to navigate and often disorganized. I highly recommend trying our small stores first and this one is exemplary. Plus it smells like a real hardware store and just opening the door is a pleasure to my senses. Long live tradition that is high functioning and prices are no more than the big stores, and often less. 5 stars and this review is long overdue for how much I love it. Going there now for 2" nails, a garden tarp, bathroom cleaning wipes, laundry soap, a new teapot, and to return some electrical supplies that I ended up not needing.
Knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent source for all of the do-it-yourself home repair job needs. Plus, cleaning supplies from mop head replacement to granite countertop cleaners, and the cooking essentials, as well as all your garden planting and maintenance supplies. If you need a new leash for the puppy, or toys for your little ones, or a particular door knob or house paint or key duplicated, you can find it here, and with the convenience of not going out of the neighborhood.
It's a great neighborhood hardware store. There's always someone ready to answer a question / point me in the right direction (quite the contrast from the chain stores). Yes, it's a neighborhood store, not the resource for a general contractor building a new home, but whenever I've looked for things for home projects, including gardening essentials, they've had it.
Seems like a nice enough place. Being a delivery driver. I'm told that I'm still part of the public even though I gave them freight. So I'm still not allowed to use the restroom. How paranoid are we in this world.
Friendly, helpful and they have a wide variety of stuff packed in there. Good plumbing section. Also they have some toys and art stuff for kids like Origami paper and school supplies. Cooking stuff too.
Totally old school local hardware store. Not a huge selection, but they have a bunch of unique things. I also scored a cast iron skillet for $5! Great place to grab supplies in a pinch.
This place has everything you need, no more trips to Home Depot, or buying stuff on Amazon. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone!
The owner said very harsh things about my weight. The comments were really insensitive and out of line. The comments were made in public and in front of many people.
This place is wonderful! I work nearby and I stop in frequently and I’m never disappointed in what I find. They have wonderful handmade pottery and it’s gorgeous
Nice small town feel to this little hardware store. Usually has what I need as long as what I'm looking for isn't a construction specialty item
Closer to my job site than any of the major players and had what I needed. Kinda wish every neighborhood had a little hardware store like this.
Small neighborhood hardware store. Quality selection with lumber and garden stuff in the secret back room. Long live small hardware stores!
Owner (male) was really rude when we went in to get a picture hanger. Quite the opposite that one would expect in a small hardware store.
A great resource when you need a thingamabob now. I walk in, ask, receive, pay and leave in a minute or two every time.
They have a little bit of everything. Small store but very nice to have around. Okay customer service.
Absolutely great small, friendly hardware store. They always have what I need.
Love this place with as much fervor as I dislike going to Lowe's.
They have everything you need and are a neighborhood institution.
Staff is helpful and friendly. I always leave with what I need.
