Madison Yards is running a scam and trying to steal my money. I scheduled an appointment online as a new patient. I was contacted via email and text to complete new patient paperwork, which I promptly completed. I also received a confirmation text with my appointment date and time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the front attendant that “there was a glitch in the system” that did not book my appointment. When I pressed as to how that could possibly happen considering I had sent in my paperwork and received a confirmation text, she said “it has happened a couple times to people.” I asked her if they received my insurance paperwork, and she confirmed they had on file. No apology, no consideration for my lost time. I should have ended things then and there and gone elsewhere. My mistake. When I arrived the next week for my rescheduled appointment, I was asked by the front attendant for my insurance documents. Didn’t they already have my paperwork from my online submission? I then waited in the lobby over half an hour past my appointment time. When I was finally seen, the hygienist took me back for x-rays. This went on for a while and then after taking more pictures of my teeth, he explained that the dentist would be in to discuss the type of cleaning for my next visit. Apparently the model at Madison Yards is to bring you in for an initial consultation and then schedule another appointment for the cleaning. None of this was explained online or in my appointment booking. I personally think this is part of some insurance scam, but more on that later. The dentist came in and said my x-rays looked fine, but that I needed a referral to their sister orthodontist office for some specialty dental care. At this point, it was also mentioned that maybe a hygienist could squeeze me in for a cleaning that day. Mind you at this point I’ve been there for an hour and a half. While not ideal, I really wanted to get my teeth cleaned—the whole reason I came to begin with. They instructed me to go back to the lobby and wait for a room to open up. While I was waiting, I overheard the billing folks say my name and mention my insurance was “out of network, self pay, fully reimbursable.” Odd, because I found this dentist through my provider’s website and would never knowingly book out of network care. I was brought back for my cleaning, which felt rushed and poorly done. While I was back there the billing employee had the nerve to come in while I was in the chair and remind me I had to pay on my way out. Nobody had spoken a direct word to me about billing or insurance yet. After my cleaning, I went to the billing window and was told I owed $432 (this was a shock, because my insurance covers two yearly cleanings). I asked them to confirm they ran my insurance. They told me I was out of network. I asked them to double check, and they said they ran it. I hastily paid and left. I called my insurance company immediately when I got to my car. I explained the situation and my insurance rep told me they saw the issue too, given the provider appeared to be in network. The issue is ongoing—I want my money back, and I want whoever is reading this to know how thoroughly disgusted I am with the lack of transparency and attention to detail that is evident at this practice. It feels like the business model at Madison Yards is designed to maximize insurance payments and milk money out of patients. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anybody.

On my first visit, I sat in the chair for almost an hour waiting for them to get in touch with my insurance. I've never had to wait that long ever. I was waiting so long that the dentist came to do the final check, and I hadn't even had my cleaning done yet. And when talking to the staff, your first appointment doesn't guarantee a cleaning and could be JUST a consultation. You could potentially have to come back for the actual cleaning. Again, never had that situation before at other dentists. After finally getting in touch with my insurance, the dental hygienist recommended a deep cleaning. I agreed to it. What I didn't appreciate was the hygienist never asked me about my dental habits and made me feel bad about myself the whole appointment. When in actuality, I follow all the rules about dental hygiene. What made it more confusing, the dentist came in at the end and said, "everything looked great!" Which seemed polar opposite to what I had heard during the majority of my appointment. Then a few months later, I was billed for this appointment. When calling, they said because "they forgot to run this through my insurance." That's odd because I sat in the chair for an hour for them to talk to my insurance... I decided to give them a second chance and came back for my six-month cleaning. I had a similar experience with the hygienist (different from first appointment) essentially berating me. At one point, she said "you should brush your teeth twice a day." Again, she never asked about my dental habits and went straight to assuming the worst. I was basically holding back tears. And at the end of the appointment, the dentist came in and said, "everything looks great!" A few months after that appointment, I received a bill which included services I did not have done during my appointment. I called and it was fixed, but I only knew it was wrong based on my previous visit. I imagine a lot of people wouldn't understand the language on the invoice or question it. And because of this, I question this place's ethics. In my entire life (and I had braces as a child), I have never experienced this treatment. I have never had dental staff make me feel bad about myself. This is absolutely unacceptable. And the way they run their business seems off. I will never be returning to this place and strongly do not recommend it for anyone looking.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years but my last two visits have left a little to be desired. Today specifically I went to get what I thought was a regular cleaning. The hygienist decided to change my treatment plan to a deep cleaning, but never consulted me or got my consent to change the level of cleaning. This in turn resulted in a more painful cleaning that I was not prepared for and a billing issue because the cleaning she did without my consent, is not coSyrrmy insurance. In trying to rectify this with the front desk the front desk person was dismissive, talked over me and then eventually just walked away leaving me sitting there wondering what was going on. I think the office manager finally came to speak with me and she was super understanding of my concern with the hygienist changing my treatment plan without my consent. She mentioned following up with the hygienist to see why she changed my treatment plan without my consent. It’s super important to build patient trust and getting their consent is a big part of that. I have a follow up appointment scheduled for March, but I am heavily considering finding a new provider that places an emphasis on trust and cares about their patients wellbeing. Dr. Nia is phenomenal but is no longer actively seeing patients. The new leading Dentist is a bit standoffish and not very personable. She came in and suggested I get SureSmile so that my teeth could be “prettier” and even if that was your thought process it could have been worded differently. Considering I don’t know her and have only ever met her twice for 3-4 minutes at a time it just left me feeling meh about the practice as a whole.

I just had the worst dental experience of my life at Madison Yards Family Dentistry. I arrived two minutes early to my appointment and went to check in only to tell me they canceled my appointment since I didn't reply to confirm via text or phone. The only issue was that they never even sent me a message. When taking in the appointment, they entered my phone number in wrong. They admitted this error, so they said they would squeeze me in, and all was good. As a new patient, I had to do the standard X-Rays, which were fine; however, the assistant was rough, visibly impatient, and irritable. It created a stressful situation right off the bat. Then after the X-Rays, they proceeded to have me wait for well over 30 minutes in a chair for the hygienist to come. Once the hygienist came, she said, "since we don't have time, and you have to get to work, when do you want to come back for your cleaning?" I noted I had time and came to get my cleaning today. She was surprised but then said she would have to test my gums to see if she could even do my cleaning today. After testing them, she said she didn't have time today and wanted me to schedule two additional cleaning appointments. Keep in mind that my teeth are fine, and I haven't even had a cavity in my entire life. You should avoid going to this office at all costs, they were rude and irritable from the start, and it seems like a major ploy to charge my insurance for multiple visits. They care more about making money than providing dental care, which they denied me today — a complete waste of time.

The office was immaculate and the decor was beautiful and calming. From the young lady at the front desk, Ari, to my hygienist, Tiffany, to Dr.Nia, everyone was so warm and welcoming. I was so nervous about my appointment, expecting it to be painful but what I experienced was the exact opposite. Tiffany and Dr. Nia were super sweet and extremely gentle. They didn’t make me feel bad about the issues with my teeth, but instead educated me on what they could do and what I could do so that together, we can achieve the results I seek. While performing procedures, they both constantly checked on me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain and it made me feel good knowing they were expressing genuine concern. Tiffany gave me the best Deep Cleaning and walked me through every step of the process so I’d know what she was about to do. She was very professional but also friendly. She was very thorough and precise which only made me even more confident in her skills. She exceeded my expectations and has me looking forward to returning for future appointments.

I am very excited I decided to make the switch to Madison yards. Every 6 months I was going to my dentist and every 6 months I was getting the same old regular cleaning that we all normally receive. On my first visit to Madison they immediately told me I needed a deep cleaning instead of the regular cleaning because of showing early signs of gum disease. This was something that was never even discussed with my previous dentist. I am so thankful they were not just going through their daily motions. When I came back a few weeks later for my first deep cleaning, Tiffany put me at ease and did a wonderful job. She has great attention to detail. When I can back to complete my deep cleaning Tiffany was once again great and she even touched up some spots from before because I was not brushing correctly. She did a great job coaching me up. I have learned more about my dental care in the first month with Madison Yards and Tiffany than I have in my previous 42 years on this planet. My wife and good friend are also now going to Madison yards.

Ditched my dentist in FL and gave these guys a shot, as I spend much time in ATL and they were recommended by my girlfriend. Wow! Guess I forgotten what caring, friendliness, and professionalism felt like. I definitely found it again here! Jennifer did my hygiene work and left my teeth feeling like they were brand new! All while everyone in the facility engages with you on a personal level like you’ve been friends for years. The efficiency was amazing with the modern technology x-ray equipment. I literally think my whole experience was only about 30 to 45 minutes in total. That’s x-rays and a very thorough cleaning from the smiling and pretty Jennifer. Finally, if that’s not enough… I was invited to a patient appreciation party. What? I’m not sure what dimension I travelled through last week, but I definitely found my dentist for life! I found Madison Yards Dentistry on Google while searching for the perfect dentist for my family. On the first visit, I received a call saying that they could see me sooner than my appointment which worked out since I planned to get to there 30 minutes early. When I walked into the office I immediately felt welcomed. The office was clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. Tiffany was my hygienist and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and educating me about my dental status. I appreciate her for listening and answering all of my questions. I hate that I can't think of the doctor's name rigth now. He was informative, humorous, and efficient. At the end of the appointment Deanne checked me out. She was so nice and pleasant. My husband was seen before me and had a pleasant experience as well. I'll be going back to get my cavity filled in.

I have always had a great experience at this office. The front office staff is pleasant, the office is nice and clean, and all the hygienists/Dr.Mouzi-Escobedo are always professional and do a great job. I really don’t like dentists (never have), and I trust this office. I even moved and drive to continue coming here. My last appointment here, I had a cleaning at 8 am, and unfortunately as I showed up to my appointment I was notified my hygienist had a family emergency and the appointment may need to be canceled. However, Dr.Mouzi-Escobedo was at the front desk and offered to do my cleaning so I wouldn’t have to reschedule. I really appreciated that as it is hard for me to get off work. I will always continue driving and coming here as long as I live within 1 hour driving.

I had a lot of anxiety and fear about visiting the dentist, but couldn't put it off any longer. The team at MYFD explained the issues and made sure that I was comfortable with the treatment plan before moving forward. They handled the insurance claim on my behalf, which was great. After insurance, the out of pocket was manageable. The staff are professional and cheerful. I can't give the full 5 stars because they rescheduled my appointments multiple times, which is a drag. My information was entered incorrectly, which has made it difficult to find my record when I call to follow up. Also, I was charged an additional $33 during my last visit, even though I had paid in full in advance. I objected and it was settled, but without any explanation.

I came to Madison Yards Family Dentistry after a bad experience at another dentist office. The other dentist was trying to make me schedule unnecessary procedures and charging me way too much for routine services. Madison Yards was the exact opposite. They corrected my treatment plan to be so much more reasonable and the dentist was so so helpful in explaining why particular procedures were or were not necessary. I recently came back for a routine cleaning and my hygienist Tiffany was gentle and thorough. She also fully explained why certain procedures were necessary. I really appreciate how ALL of the staff here are willing to take the time to explain things to their patients. 100% would recommend

Update 1/6/2023 The office has changed a bit since I started going in 2020. A few of my favorite dentists left and my hygienist left as well. However, it has maintained its professionalism and cleanliness. One of my crowns came fell off yesterday and they were able to fit me in today. I'd seen Darren a few times, but remember him mostly from Tech Dentistry. OMG, not only is he professional and friendly, he is thorough and gentle. He kept me updated with every step he made and I have to admit it eased my anxiety which is always off the charts when I go to the dentist. The doctor was professional and friendly as well. I think this was my first time seeing her, but another great experience. Yolanda

The office is nice and every single person here was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort from start to finish. During every visit the staff communicates constantly and effectively so you know what they are doing, why, and the costs. I let the office coordinator know my insurance was ending and Dr. Mouzi was able to squeeze me in to have all of my many fillings done before it canceled. The hygienist was thorough with my deep cleanings and during the procedures they do everything possible to add ease and give heads up to what’s happening. Even while waiting they explain who’s coming, when they will be there, and check to ensure comfort. Overall great experience!

I had to come on here and give a review, they are so Great! A professional and clean environment, with a welcoming sense of style. The receptionists are nice and friendly. Mallory was personable, noticed my birthday coming up and wished me well on my trip. Makenzie was helpful, called a few days in advance to confirm my appointment and offer a callback if appointment slots opened up. The hygienist, Tiffany, is very knowledgeable. She was comforting and explained what procedures I was getting and what to expect . And of course Dr. NIA, such a great guy! A good sense of humor, honest, and quick. I couldn't of searched for a better dentist office. This family dentistry is a GEM!

I'm so glad that I switched dentistry. This is more of a family environment where you feel that the employees are genuinely happy and cares about their patients. One of those examples was my dental hygienist, Tiffany. She truly cares, had concerns for me overall oral health, and showed step-by-step how to truly floss correctly. Her sweet little laugh was delightful especially for someone like me who is deathly afraid of going to the dentist. I am planning to make a call to the office and see if I can request for Tiffany to be my boyfriend's hygienist as well (I already convinced him to switch and make an appointment at Madison Yards because Dr. Nia was exceptional).

Honest review. I'll start with craftsmanship , its a solid 2 out 5. Cleaning was so painful but this is not even worst part, when i had to fix my front chipped tooth and back tooth filling, OMG i was in excruciating pain when she was putting needle in my gum without realizing the numbing solution wared off. I dropped a tear and ripped soft pad from the sitting chair. And composite work was on a sloppy side. My tooth has been fixed a other location before and quality not even close to be good. In terms of stuff, Dentist doctor was nice and her assistant as well as lady that did my cleaning but front desk people seemed very unwelcomed and kind of judgy looks.

Today, I would like to share one of the very best Dental Cleaning experience that I've ever received. Tiffany Was by far the most professional and gentle hygienist that I've met thus far. Not to mention that she was very knowledgeable and showed me that she also values me and other patients with the best Service that Madison yards Family Denistry has to offer. Best dentist I have ever attended!! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Elizabeth is very personable and ensures I am greeted as soon as I step one foot in door. Tiffany did a great job on cleaning and Bianca on my X Rays, very nice. Darrin is a cool guy who makes getting dental work slightly less daunting, we were able to talk gym and sports. Shameka is also friendly and did a great job with my crown seat. And Dr Mouzi is the nicest, gentlest doctor ever. I had deep crowns done that were easier than fillings i’ve received in the past. I am not a fan of the dentist but this place is good as it gets. 10/10

I do not like going to the dentist but Madison Yards Dentistry is amazing! Great service every visit! Dr. Mauzi is amazing. She’s so gentle, knowledgeable and reassuring. The Dental hygienists/assistants are also amazing. The hygienist Shamika (maybe spelled wrong) was so sweet and gentle. She greeted me with a smile I could feel through her mask. lol I had some billing issues and she checked in with me to make sure everything went okay and that I was okay. Dr. Mauzi and Shamika explained everything to me before, during and after my procedures. After years and years of dental problems and bad experiences I’m so glad I found them!

There are not enough words that I can write to express how fantastic Dr. Sara is!! I moved to Georgia last year and I have not found a dentist that is as excellent as Dr. Sara. She was gentle, attentive, kind, and very thorough in her work and explanations. I asked a ton of questions, and she was able to answer and clarify everything to me. I felt extremely comfortable during her care and felt that I was in good hands. This is a feeling that I generally do not have at the dentist, which was very important to me. Thank you Dr. Sara for your excellent care! If I could give more than five stars, I would!!

I have never posted a review for a dentist office. But I could not wait to post for this one! This has been by far the best dental experience I have ever had, from the receptionist breaking everything down regarding insurance, to the dentist lovely, gentle, and patient personality. To the assistant being just wonderful as well and making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I usually am terrified of the dentist and I felt no pain and can’t wait to come back for the rest of my work. Again, the best dentist I have ever had to work on me! Thank you all!

I actually love this dental office but I have to give two stars because of the obscene amount of surprise billing. Pretty much every time I come here, I pay for my work up front or I'm told that it's covered, then I receive a bill a few weeks later, sometimes for over $1,000. Sometimes this is a mistake and when I call them they take care of it. Other times they are basically like "I don't know what to tell you, you owe this amount that we didn't tell you about when you consented to care". Other than that, this dentist is really great though!

I was told to confirm for an appointment, so I asked if I could reschedule 2 weeks in advance. Nobody calls me back, so I end up confirming 3 days prior and pay for a baby sitter to come stay with my 3 month old so I can go to an appointment. I show up, and they tell me they cancelled and nobody called to reschedule, and didn’t even offer to squeeze me into the schedule. Are you joking me? Absolutely the worst experience ever. I am never going back and if you have kids, good luck with them being able to accommodate. Never going back.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone who works here is genuinely cheerful and kind. The office is very clean, and I was impressed with the precautions there were taking to ensure everyone's safety. Jennifer was professional, thorough, and simply terrific. This is unlike any other dentist's office: it feels like a family, and everyone from reception to treatment to billing treats you as well and with the same care as the actual dental service they give. I highly recommend this practice and will go again and again!

I had an amazing experience! The decor at Madison Yards Dentistry is beautiful! The receptionist was so kind and addressed me by name! Darren who was my first hygenist was super friendly and explained every step of the way what was going on and made sure I was comfortable. When I was laid back in the chair, there was a second TV on the ceiling yay! I had my permanent crown placed properly by the dentist and had xrays before and after to confirm placement! I highly recommend this place for your family dental needs!

I love the staff and my dental assistan Shameka. First time I ever met her. Came in from another office. My two month old bridge feel out of my mouth on a Friday afternoon. My normal office doesn’t take patients on Friday and couldn’t see me under any circumstance for 5 days. I found this sister office was open, immediately left work and walked in and they immediately came to my rescue. Shameka was so kind and gentle. Best experience and bedside manner ever!!! They now have a new patient. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I normally hate going to the dentist but when I started coming to Madison Yards it changed my whole perspective about dentist visits. They really educate you about dental health but most importantly it’s a comfortable experience. Tiffany took care me today and walked me through the whole process before she started my deep cleaning that made me comfortable. I can actually say this is first time I have had a deep cleaning that wasn’t painful. I will be referring all my friends and family to Madison Yards. Thank You

My experience at this facility was awesome! My hygienist, Tiffany was great. I really appreciated how she educated me on what and why she was doing what she doing as she was cleaning my teeth. Darrin and Shameeka both dental assistants were attentive to making sure I was comfortable as I had some work done on my teeth. Dr. Mouzi was also awesome as well. This was honestly the best dental service I have ever received. The service was quick, thoroughly, and I’m happy with how everything turned out!!

Madison yards was a wonderful experience. I was welcome like family from the time I walked in to discussing my treatment plan and leaving out with a big smile. Ms Jennifer was very knowledgeable and explained everything I need to know and do. Dr M was amazing as well she discussed my dental work and my options and put me at ease about my procedure in the upcoming months. They’re a great team together and the front desk staff was nice and friendly and can’t wait to my next cleaning.

Cancelled 2 appointments in row and will not reschedule. First time hygienist needed to reschedule and the second time they rescheduled because I did not confirm my appointment (trying to do so through the phone options does not work). Impossible to get in touch with if you need to talk to somebody on the phone. UPDATE Was personally reached out to and given an explanation and apology for what happened. Everything is resolved now. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Mallory :)

Wonderful dentist office, highly recommend. I get anxious going to any dentist based off previous bad experiences but the staff was incredibly kind and gracious with me from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor. I appreciated how detailed they were with me about everything with both the physical and financial information of my treatment. Even going back for my second visit my dental anxiety was so much more at ease and I again had a wonderful experience with them.

Another 5 star visit to the team at madison yards. I've been going to the same dentist for well over 8 years prior to them. Upon moving to Atlanta I didn't know which dentistry to pick. Luckily I stumbled upon madison yards and found my new home. Looking forward to the continued visits many years to come. Service is top notch and if i could give more stars i would. Tiffany is very thorough with my cleaning and explaining how to better care for them. #myshinyteethandme

This is the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! The team was incredible - from the minute I walked into the office all the way to accommodating my need to leave to get to another appointment and helping me get out on time. They took phenomenal care of me, especially Tiffany and Jessica, and made me feel comfortable. They were thorough and educated me, which I greatly appreciated! Highly recommend to anyone even thinking about it - make your appointment!!

I’m SO glad that I found this dentist office. I trusted all of the positive reviews and let me tell you they are definitely true. Everybody in there is super friendly and helpful and seems to care about doing the best job possible. No complainers and everybody is really thorough. They have really nice new equipment and clean office. Above everything I feel like I can trust them. S/O to Shameka and the rest of the staff that’s helped me.

Fantastic experience! Everyone there was so welcoming and amicable, and the office itself is gorgeous. I usually go to their sister office (Tech Dentistry), but because of Covid-19, I switched to here and definitely plan on returning. My hygienist, Tiffany, was kind and did a wonderful job, and there were great precautions taken throughout the entire process to prevent the spread of the virus. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I am SO happy with my decision to go here. Everyone from check in to the techs to the dentist and financial team were so friendly. They explained everything to me about teeth, financing, insurance and I felt empowered to make my own decisions about treatment while knowing their recommendation and why they recommend it. This was my first time coming here and I had such a wonderful experience! Excellent service from start to finish! Everyone from the front desk staff, to my assistant, hygienist and dentist, was so kind and welcoming. I wasn't made to wait long periods of time and I was in and out in no time. Facility is so lovely and clean as well! I would definitely recommend, and plan to make this my permanent dentistry. Thanks, guys!

Extremely pleased with the quality of service I received today. From the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between, I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone was friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. They were able to work well with me and create a treatment plan for my specific needs. It was well worth the several month wait to get an appointment here and I am happy to be a new patient.

I have to say that this is the best dental experience I’ve had in years… Maybe ever! The employees are so kind and gentle. The doctor was sweet and funny. My husband (who LOATHES going to a dental appointment) is happy to go for his extra deep cleanings that they recommended. He even told our neighbors how nice the new dentist is in town! Thanks for making it easier for me to talk him into going to the dentist!

Had my first visit at Madison Yards Family Dentistry this morning and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Tiffany was my dental hygienist, and she gets an additional 5 stars. I needed a deep cleaning and she clearly explained the reasoning behind the procedure and what it would entail. It was also surprisingly painless. I’ll be using this dentist moving forward.

This was my first visit with my new hygienist Tiffany. She was very courteous, friendly and thorough. Tiffany explained everything she did and asked if I had any questions or concerns before and after my cleaning. We had a very pleasant conversation. Welcome Tiffany! The office was very comfortable. The doctor and staff were kind, super knowledgeable and thorough. Tiffany was my hygienist and did a great job talking me through what was going on during the visit. I feel like I know way more about my current dental health and my treatment plan moving forward. I think I’m actually looking forward to my next visits (words I’ve never said about the dentist in my life).

I’ve been with this dentistry (at multiple locations) for years and am always 100% satisfied. Facilities are clean, staff are friendly and efficient, and I’ll continue to follow my hygienist, Tiffany, wherever she goes! She is the perfect blend of friendly and professional and does an excellent job. Dr. Mouzi-Escobedo is attentive and genuine, and I always leave the office feeling well cared for.

My crown that was being delivered cracked. No big deal. Dr and staff was very accommodating. Not so happy with the hygienist. I’m not so certain she diagnosed me correctly. She left the exam room and never came back. No explanation, nothing. Sent in a person from up front. I won’t use her again. All in all the Dr and assistant are great. I hope there is another hygienist or I won’t be back.

I love the dentists here. They are kind, gentle, and do quality work. The staff is always friendly. I would like to suggest an opportunity for improvement. On my most recent visit the tech had long fake nails that were pointy. I mentioned that they were poking the inside of my cheek and she was making an effort to avoid it, but they were just too long and unfortunately it was unavoidable.

Awful booking experience, showed available appointments and lets you book a time and asks you to complete forms before the meeting and then emails you that you cancelled the appointment. Called to clarify to have someone make me provide all of my info only to transfer me to the front desk and leave a voicemail. Get your system together this is terrible.

Absolutely wonderful and friendly team. The hygienist was not only incredibly informative, but also had a very gentle hand. The dentist was patient and shared a lot of information with me. The x rays weren’t the most enjoyable experience but when are they ever. Everyone asked if I enjoyed my experience and truly made the dentist more enjoyable.

My experience at Madison Yards was great! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had regarding the work I had done. Tiffany was a great hygienist and very efficient, I was done in no time. Darren helped with my fillings and made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. The staff is amazing very detailed. My appointment was at 3 and I walked in at 250pm and immediately was on the roll. Ms Tiffany was amazing gentle but detailed. I left out of there feeling amazing after my teeth cleaning. And yes I am going through orthodontist treatment and that was no problem at all.. Thank you guys for all you do.

I really love this office. I have been looking for a great dentist near me and I have finally found a home. I had to get a deep cleaning and I was so nervous about the anesthesia. Tiffany my hygienist was great! This is my second cleaning here and both hygienists have been wonderful. The office is very clean, they have a tv on the ceiling to calm your nerves and they are always kind. Very much appreciated since the dentist isn’t my favorite place!
