Currently sitting in the office, had a root canal and crown done by Dr. Scott last year. The entire system came out only a year later. Crowns should absolutely not simply fall out of your mouth one year later when effectively placed. No trauma. Now, they’re saying they have to do more work, which would cost more money, time and of course discomfort. Why would I allow them to do that when there’s no accountability, no remorse, no compensation and it was incorrectly done in the first place? It’s just like oh yeah that should not have happened but here’s a new treatment plan. Here’s a treatment plan that’s more extensive and more expensive. My goodness. If I’d known that this was the type of dentistry and service I’d be receiving a year ago, I would’ve definitely just saved myself the trouble. If you need anything other than a cleaning or maybe a filling, do not come here. You will more than likely regret it and be left with a bigger bill than you anticipated a year later. Edited to Add: Per the response below, I have not been informed of any credit offer towards the procedure. When was this offered? I literally just left your office an hour ago. No such mention of a ‘credit’. Although the response below implies there was empathy; Dr. Scott, who was in the office; didn’t even come over to express this supposed empathy or look at the issue himself. It’s your work and your patient, you should have definitely shown your face and offered your professional guidance. Bedside manner is an integral part of providing customer service in the medical field. However, Dr. Thobani was professional, patient, listened to my concerns and pretty much had his hands tied. Hats off to him. Also, if a tooth is that “significantly compromised” to begin with, a crown should have never been placed. It’s not a viable option or realistic plan of treatment. It appears more so that the cavity and decay was not properly excavated during the procedure therefore the decay continued underneath the crown. Lastly, providing someone with a more costly treatment plan after the work was done poorly to begin with is by no means “an attempt to accommodate” me. Please have the office manager reach out to me. This is hands down the most unprofessional dentist office I’ve had the displeasure of working with. I have incredible dental anxiety and was already stressed about making this appointment. I took the time out of my day to call my insurance provider, make sure I scheduled an appointment with a dentist (Dr. Singh) who accepts my insurance, and scheduled my appointment online. A couple of weeks go by and the week before my appointment I am sent a confirmation email. I confirm my appointment. Later that night (5:30 to be exact) I receive a text from this office trying to reschedule my appointment because “the provider I scheduled with does not take my insurance.” The issue? They are reaching out to me about a totally different provider (Dr. Thobani) and a different time than I initially scheduled. I replied back to them with a screenshot of my confirmation email stating the correct dentist and time. They simply replied with “Unfortunately, she will not be available for that day.” and again tried to reschedule my appointment (that was already confirmed.) I asked to cancel the appointment. Now, a day before the original appointment was scheduled, I am again sent a confirmation text about the appointment (that the office canceled.) I replied stating that I thought the appointment had been canceled, and they again tried to blame it on insurance issues and reschedule. I tried to call and was told the office was closed for the day. Overall, this office has just given me the run around, and it is clear that no one checks previous messages or verifies appointment times and providers before reaching out to you. This was not the experience I was hoping for when I scheduled this already anxiety-inducing appointment. It seems they have an outside company handling their scheduling, and based on some of the other reviews this company needs to be fired and the scheduling brought back in house. There is another dental office directly across the street that has been incredibly helpful and I recommend you try there before dealing with this incompetent scheduling staff.

The 1-Star rating has nothing to do with the the Dentists and Hygienists I have been able to work with. They are phenomenal people and do great work. My low rating comes from not one but two incidents that have led me to part ways with Pure Dental. A year ago on the day of my dental appointment, I get a call to say "we are sorry to say we must cancel your appointment as we are doing a system upgrade and our systems will be down all day... you can call back at your convenience to re-schedule" Today, I do not see an email that was sent to me at 6:38am before a 7:30am appointment that an emergency has occurred and we cannot see you today. I got a call when I was sitting outside the office telling me this as I did not think to check my email before I drove there. I was then told yet again, "you can call back at your convenience to schedule..." Pure Dental must be ROLLING in cash as they have now done this twice to me and instead of apologizing and seeing how they can make it right with me... maybe a start could be offering rescheduling services ASAP because people have busy schedules and plan their dental appointments around a whirlwind of other tasks.... I have had it with this business throwing me to the side and saying that I can call them back to re-schedule on my own time. Well my time has been extremely wasted so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Dentists and Hygienists are not the problem. I paid around $1,000 or more for their services… I was scheduled to do my regular cleaning every 6 months and the front desk knew that. Instead of scheduling me every 6 months, they scheduled me couple days before my 6 months (I have proof of that) which resulted a $116 out of pocket charge. It was their mistake and instead of being reasonable and acknowledging I’m a loyal client who pays a lot, they decided not to waive the fee. I realized I’m paying a lot of money for my teeth and I was a client for less than 14 months with Pure Dental. This is crazy. I never missed a 6 month cleaning in my life and couldn’t understand why I’m paying for these services now. I don’t know if they are doing the services because they genuinely care for my teeth or to rob me for my money. I went to another dentist and they charged me a different rate. I told the other dentist what I paid for and they couldn’t believe why that is…. It’s sad because I really liked my Hygienists in Pure Dental. She really cared and she is the best. However, I wont be returning.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized institution I've come across. I wanted to complete the braces process with Pure Dental Health, however, the only orthodontist they have working (Diamond) is wildly incompetent and inconsistent. She missed multiple appointments with no notice, and failed to place my brackets on correctly. The brackets would fall off within minutes of my appointments. On top of that, it was nearly impossible to schedule follow up appointments to get these issues resolved. They were always three+ weeks out, so prolonging my treatment process. When I confronted management about these issues they were ineffective and rude. Sarah the office manager has no control over the place. When I requested a refund for the incomplete services, they were unable to even locate my contract.... does that sound like a competent and professionally managed organization? Overall, terrible experience, please go elsewhere.

Pure Dental Health was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life and I even told the staff myself! They were extremely friendly and made me feel so so at home. Armando was the first person who saw me and he was so friendly and personable. I usually dread going to the dentist but I genuinely enjoyed being there. They even put a blanket over me and gave me a remote to watch whatever I wanted on Netflix during my cleaning which was amazing. Never experienced that at the dentist! Mylinh was my hygienist and was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable and in good hands. The dentist was also super friendly, professional, and funny too. I would 10/10 recommend this dentist office to anyone in Atlanta!

After years of bad luck with my teeth, I went with Dr. Scott’s recommendation on having the “ ALL-ON-X” surgery. The team made the procedure very smooth, with confidence and a level of care I have never received at a dentist. My smile is beautiful, I could not be happier with the results, and above all, surprisingly, there was NO PAIN, only minor discomfort, which is expected when having a procedure such as the ALL-ON-X surgery. I barely had to utilize the medications that were prescribed. Thank you again to the team at Pure Dental Healt for helping restore my smile.

I’m so happy with the care that I got here- the staff are personable, professional, and welcoming. I had complex dental work done and every step of the way I felt taken care of. They did an amazing job and I’ve never felt better about myself. Dr. Scott is a veteran dentist and an implant specialist and I couldn’t be more happy- he is very experienced and also incredibly kind! Also shout out to Daniel, he’s an incredible dental tech. Pure Dental Health is incredibly well staffed and I won’t be giving my business anywhere else moving forward.

Both receptionists were sweet, kind and accommodating, especially Geneva! The office got a little busy & Geneva went out her way to keep me updated, help others in the office and gave me comforting reassurance that everything was going good during my visit there. My Dental hygienist was over the top in explaining every step to me (I don’t remember her name but she has the sweetest bubbly personality ). The atmosphere is also clean and comfortable. The Dental assistant’s were amazing as well.

Really great first experience with them! It’s been a couple years since my last dental appointment, and going to a new dentist is always nerve-wracking but they were very understanding and nonjudgmental. They kept me informed about the entire process and upfront about pricing for a procedure that I didn’t expect to have. I’d really give them like a 4.5, only taking off a bit because it felt a bit hurried (I still think they did a thorough job, just the feeling ya know!). I’m excited to return!

Pure Dental Health has been amazing! I started going to the Buckhead location, but then Dr. V shifted to Dunwoody so I started going there instead. I have had no issues whatsoever with this dental office! The hygienists are great -- I can always feel how clean and healthy my gums and teeth are after every visit. Everyone has been very professional as compared to other dental offices that I have been to. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone visit Pure Dental Health!

Choosing Pure dental has been one of the best decisions that I have made. I had a fear of coming to the dentist but after working with Daniel, Dr. Scott and their team I no longer feel the anxiety of the anticipation of what is to come during my dental visit. Mylinh cleaned my teeth like no other she was so personal and sweet made me feel at eased even though I haven't been to the dentist in a long time. Her before and after photos showed me how good of a cleaning she's doing! Mylinh is the truth! I have some serious anxiety when going to the dentist and she does such a great job of making the experience so pleasurable. She is the first dental hygienist that has not made me feel any fear, shame, or stigma about my dental health. I’m so excited about my upcoming appointment too! The rest of the team is also incredibly kind and thorough. 10/10 would recommend!

Had the most amazing experience with my hygienist mylinh she is so sweet and has so much knowledge on dental hygiene I highly recommend anyone who is out of date with their cleanings to see her. Staff was warm, friendly and knowledgeable of the practice work. They knew exactly what I wanted done. They showed the facility to make one more comfortable with where the dental work will be performed. They did not leave you sitting by yourself alone for more than 5 minutes. Have scheduled my follow up consultation.

An absolutely pleasant experience. Geneva and the front office staff were just so helpful. Very nice and lots of big smiles. A very calming office setting. Very open and free and didn't feel stuffy like in a lot of dental offices. If you're in this area, definitely will recommend, Pure Dental!

Came in on yesterday with a tooth that needed to be out last week! Yalonda and Dr. Thobhani took excellent care of me. Very affordable and I left a very satisfied patient. I will definitely be back to get future work done!
